Always great customer service whether we are in the post office or the mail carrier comes in our office! Keep up the great work :)

There I was, waiting to send a package that was already late and was waiting for the buyer from Marketplace to place the order for a second time as it had canceled. I teach school starting at 7:30 and then teach private music lesson usually until 5:30 or 6. Neither are really the kind of job i can duck out of for a few minutes to go to the post office. Today i happened to have a music lesson cancel, so I ran to the post office. Just as the buyer re-ordered, it turned 5:00. I was messaging with the buyer saying I was at the post office ready to send it. As I walked up to Jose’s window the woman he was working with said, sorry we’re closed, you’ll have to come back tomorrow. We open at 8. Jose said nothing, just stood there patiently waiting as I found the address. I said to her, I’ll be at work at 8 and work until 6:00. Her answer, “well you’ll have to come back, just sayin’. We’re closed”. I answered with “I was just hoping you could help me out. This package is already late. Her “sigh”. Jose was AWESOME and took the extra few minutes to help me out as she continued to walk around sighing and grumbling. So why the 5 stars? Because Jose is what she would probably call a pushover and what I call an exemplary human being who knows that by spending just that 6 minutes (I walked out the door at 5:07), he was making my day. I’ve known Jose for many years and it is his nature to be kind and I know that will bless his life. Jose, thank you. Female coworker...all I can say is...Karma.

Normally don’t do reviews but this post office just doesn’t have welcoming employees. Their staff is rude and don’t process packages good. Should of stuck with Bellevue’s post office instead!

Worst postal service I’ve ever seen in my life! Two out of 6 days per week our mail is delivered to an address on another street, we always have difficulty receiving the packages that we are sent via USPS, we are never left notices to pick up packages at the post office however when we track the numbers it states that we requested post office to hold the package for us. How could we request they hold our packages if we never receive a notice?? Everyone around here says that’s the reason they have to get po boxes because the postal delivery is so horrible and lazy. We should not HAVE to get a po box! We have our own mailbox at our home that is fully capable of receiving mail. Why is it so difficult for the mailmen here to deliver our mail to our mailbox??? Never have we ever had such poor service.

Good location. Poor maintenance throughout winter months. Front door has been missing for three years.

Friendly staff and every time I have needed assistance they have always been more than willing to help. Great all the way around!

This place is the worst. They are always rude and there is always a long line. Maybe they should hire more employees for the holidays. Then maybe they can get my packages out in time!

Always a hassle any time the post office is involved. In this day and age the free market should deliver packages. The key word here is accountability.

M y package wasnt there

Called in today to see if my package was there. The lady went to go check but couldnt find my name. I doubt she had checked in less then a minute having to run to the other side of the building and running back in that time. Called the bellevue post office, they helped alot more.

Customer service limited to those subjects they wish to address; outside of that, expect to be disconnected.
