Just bought a Dodge Charger from Silver Creek. Im very happy with the car it is in very nice condition, runs well, and it was just what I was looking for. Tyler was incredibly helpful during the sale and checked to make sure everything was working on the car and sent me a video showing all of the car upclose. This was very helpful since I live a couple hours drive away. Thanks again Tyler for all your help!

I was told my car was ready, so I go out to find that the oil had been drained from my car but no oil had been put back in. However, I was charged and told my car was ready to go. I made them fix the issue, and I left. The next week I find out that none of my fluids has been checked or topped off even though I had been charged for that service as well. I had to drive the hour and a half back to this terrible place, and luckily I was given a refund. Never go here for anything! They are incapable of even completing a simple oil change.

I had an extremely pleasant experience with Silver Creek Ford. It was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership and Joe Leedgaard was more than accommodating, especially during this hard time with the virus. After lots of conversation and photos of the Tacoma I was looking at, I made the 4 hour drive up to Idaho. He had the truck ready to view up front with everything sanitized. After the test drive I pointed out a vibration I had noticed and Joe kindly offered to help out. Even after I took the truck and the purchase was complete he still promptly answered my emails. Communication & overall customer service was amazing throughout the entire process, I highly recommend this dealership for your next car buying experience.

Bought a truck and was told it had new parts 2 days later had to replace said parts that i was told were new. Still waiting for them to pay for the parts and repairs. Told they would cover half, well I sure don’t want to pay for what l was told were new.

We were travelling through the area and our diesel truck needed an oil change. We called never thinking they would be able to get us in on such short notice but they took us that afternoon. They were fast, efficient and even checked all the fluid levels, brakes and rotated the tires. We felt the price we were charged was very reasonable. Now we feel safer to continue our journey. My daughter is an unemployed service worker in the valley (due to COVID-19) and she needed her snow tires removed from her Ford Fusion. She was going to take it to Les Schwab but I said no, let’s support a small business in the valley… I called SCF and made arrangements for her to take it in and for me to pay with a credit card over the phone, assuming it would be around $100 at the most. Well Silver Creek Ford charged me $149 to change 4 tires out. I thought that was a little high so I called around. LS was around $100 and the little shop in Carey said it would have been about $80 there. Silver Creek also charged us a hazardous waste fee and they didn’t even keep her old tires. They just lost all future business from my family.

I cant thank Evan, the service manager, and Kevin, the technician, at Silver Creek Ford enough. My family and I were vacationing at Stanley Lake last weekend. Just before arriving from my four hour drive, a DPF warning came on that the filter was over limit. I couldnt figure out how it wouldnt have gone into auto regeneration to keep itself cleaned out in a four hour drive. I left the camper in Stanley and drove over to Hailey for help. They fixed in one hour what I have been asking Broadway Ford in Idaho Falls to fix for 3 years. A simple TSB update. They were so kind and helpful. On top of that, they sent me on my way without charge. Thank you SO much guys!

I have bad experience with this dealership from salesmen to mechanics, I took my truck to get it looked at, and later get a call back from them and they told me that my truck had issues with injectors, and that the cost and labor will be around $600, i let them do the job due to needing my truck, a day past and I get called to go pick it up, I drove it home it seemed to be doing good till the next day it started acting wierd agian and I took it back and they told me I had to pay agian to get it looked at, that got me upset after paying for something that didnt get sovle, I ended up taking my truck to a buddy that found the problem right away, it end up being the computer that was damaged that fired the injectors incorrectly, since I got it fixed Ive had no issues at all something that the dealer couldnt do correctly, buying a car at the dealer was a nightmare looking at cars for an 1hr all the salesmen standing around chatting not one came over to help me, till we got into the car thats when they insisted of helping, i just said no thanks will go somewhere else, i ended up buying a car in Twin Falls, it was worth the trip, all this experience Ive had I will no longer go to the dealership nor will i tell a friend, I rather tell my friends and family to go else where to buy a car or get it fixed.

I prefer to shop locally but this dealer was the only dealer that had the exact truck I wanted! I made the trip from Montana and at the time they were fair to work with. Fair enough for me to spend $36,000.00 on pickup! When I purchased the vehicle I made it known that I MUST have a spare key!!!! The key was not available at the time of purchase but I was told by Kurt the General Manager not to worry, I know the person that traded this truck in prior to you purchasing it. I will DEFINITELY get you the spare key Since that day I have personally contacted Kurt on three different occasions via telephone.... over and over I was told dont worry Im gonna get that key to you... I have tried contacting Brandon the owner and Im told he does not have a voicemail and they refuse to give me his number or put me in contact with him, instead they will put a note in front of him to contact me ASAP Heard from Brandon, they paid to have a spare key made, provided a check to help with the cost of retrieving the vehicle, and then Kurt called me a liar! for this reason I still do not recommend this dealer to anyone!

Do do forgery on the contract my case was referred to the Attorney Generals office. Run the other direction avoid buying a car there at all costs

This was the worst experience i have ever had buying a used car. There seemed to be a major lack of communication between the salesman we started the transaction with and the sales manager and finance manager. We had a few small concerns about the car that we wanted addressed and was told that would not be a problem. When it came time to sign all the paperwork some things had changed, for instance the price we had negotiated for the trade was lower, they were knocking off the price of the car for some body damage and they were to make some small repairs were not addressed in the paperwork. We brought it to their attention and they verbally said they would take care of it, i made the mistake of not ensurring it was signed on the paperwork and took their word. Eventually after about 12 days they corrected my issues with the finances but they never made all the repairs we discussed when i dropped the car off for them to do, even though they had the car for two days to make the repairs.

This dealership may help some people for as for me and plenty of other people the dealership rips you off. They call you back after a month from your purchase and tell you their was a slight error in paperwork, and then they raise your APR from 7.99 to 25.99 and increase vehicle purchase price an extra 1500 not ever doing business with a Goode motor branch again.

Had an issue on a new car I bought. The warranty covered it and Debbie made sure it got fixed after a run around. Now I have another warranty issue and they recently stopped working on Chrystler/dodge warranty issues leaving everyone they sold a non Ford to screwed. Dont buy local its not worth it. What should be easy solution is now very complicating.. Thats what I get for living in a small town that wants to hold itself back rather than better itself..silver creek ford should be held accountable for vehicles the sell... Oh well .since this wont let me reply to you. Its now November 28th. Im in mountain home auto ranch getting my car fixed. When buying the car I noted concern about signs of rodent damage in the engine compartment and was told nothing was wrong.. Now its catching up to me.. Not covered under warranty its costing me around $300 to get chewed wires fix and gas and time off work to drive down to mountain home 3 times now. Even if you dont work with Chrystler anymore you should stand behind stuff like this.

I bought a car from them about a month ago and was told the price for my older car was great because it “had low mileage” (96k) now I am being told it’s old and has a lot of miles. I have had many problems already, I’ve had to take it in twice already the first time they fixed an issue I was told was fixed before I even bought the car. So of course that had to be done for free. And the second time I took it in I was told it needed an all over tune up and new spark plugs, on top of 2 other things and that it would not be covered by them anymore. Most dealers deal with all that before you buy cars from them so I feel as if I was sold a broken car, with little to no effort from them to make it right. Everyone who has heard my story including the other mechanic That is helping me fix it at a way lower price, have all agreed you should not sell cars with out a tune up. Especially after being told and lied to about what “great condition” it is in. I understand cars need maintenance but within a month to be having so many issues it is ridiculous. I will never buy a car from Goode motors again.

After searching online for local/close Ford Dealerships I found Goode and had a call from Judy in Burley within 15 minutes who suggested stopping by Silvercreek Ford in Hailey. I did on Wednesday afternoon with my daughter and son-in-law - met Steve DeWitte and test drove an 2015 Edge. On Thursday Steve had numbers for me on a Ruby Red Edge SEL AWD and I was Sold! Everyone at Silvercreek was friendly with no high pressure involved. I received my tutorial on all the computer set up items and drove the car home on Friday. I have been in love with the Ruby Red color since touring an assembly plant in Dearborn 3 years ago! There will be a bit of learning curve involved with all the features but I know I will be very happy. On Friday I had a follow-up call from Judy who asked if I had had a chance to visit the Hailey store and I told her I had the new car parked in my garage! What a thoughtful thing for a Goode employee to do!
