They got delayed on a big wreck on I-81 but kept me updated with new ETAs. Driver was kind, courteous, & professional. Did what he had to to make the whole experience easier on me. Bill was exactly what they quoted me, there were no extras or hidden charges. Hope I dont have to but will call them again if I need to!

We Called them early on a Saturday morning they traveled from more than 20 miles away to come tow our truck! They were so fast to get to us and made what could have been a stressful situation so easy!! Very professional and super nice!! Highly recommended!!

We called a towing company to come tow my car to a dealership located about 30 miles out. I did not have a key and the parking break was on, which i had advised the company prior to them sending someone out. Well much to my surprise they sent someone who was new and inexperienced. She wanted to drag my car without any materials to do so! I said no way and sent her on her way. Thats when we called wrenches & wreckers. They are professional, timely and when the driver Nathaniel got here, I Could automatically tell right away that hes been doing this for years! He handled my car amazingly and even was prepared with skids to assist the car. He completely turned a bad experience and situation into a very good one! Couldnt be happier and ill be sure to use them in the future and tell others about it too! Lastly, cant beat their prices more reasonable than other places we called.

I was traveling in my class C RV when my wheel lugs came off and I was broken down. They came out with a flat bed tractor trailer and the amazing driver managed to get the RV on even though the wheels were about to fall off.They transported me and my RV toBarnes truck and trailer repair.It took 3 guys, 2 of which were from Wrenches & Wreckers, an hour to get the RV off with damaging anything.Truly an amazing dedicated group of people who are there to help and support people in time of crisis.Thank you again!!!

I have used this company for 2 years and they are professional, courteous, good prices and actually fix issues. Tonight a person assigned a different vendor to go out. Vendor told us the truck needed to go to a dealership for a headlight. I called Wrenches and Wreckers out and they were able to not only fix it, but tell me what caused it in the first place. For years it has been consistent and outstanding with them. You have other choices in the area, so if you hate money and love being possibly robbed by the person you call, Dont call them. If you want the problem fixed and professional service, they are the people to contact.

The starter went out in my big rig. They towed it and even drop off at a hotel and picked me and took me back to my vechile. They are absolutely wonderful company.

I called them out for a road service for my peterbilt, they arrived within the hour. The mechanic found the issue but cousin it because the local peterbilt dealer had closed for the evening so he couldnt get the part. Fortunately I was near a local hotel which the serviceman gave me a ride to. I got a call first thing in the morning letting me know they had arrived to do the repair but they didnt need me present at the moment so I stayed in my room until they notified me that they need the keys in a half hour. My car was towed by Wrenches and Wreckers after a major car accident in which I was involved. On the scene I was very impressed with their quickness and professionalism. I rode back to the tow lot and the driver was very accommodating. The next day I returned to remove the items from my car. One of their employees was a huge help in helping me remove my tags, pry open my trunk, and loading stuff into my rental. It was a huge help and I wouldn’t have been able to do it myself. Nasty customer service

When my son got a flat tire on the way to New Jersey the night before Thanksgiving, he could drive only the recommended 50 miles on the donut spare. No tire stores were still open, and we knew that no one would be open on Thanksgiving Day either. I found Wrenches & Wreckers online and called them. Unfortunately, they service only truck tires, not those for passenger cars. Even though W & W couldnt help me, the person I spoke with gave me lots of suggestions for what my sons options were. He knew how important it was to my son and to me that he make it home for Thanksgiving. And even though it didnt benefit his business, he went above and beyond to help out, and a wonderful Thanksgiving was had by all.

We had a bearing go out on our trailer in Hagerstown, MD. We called Wrenches & Wreckers and they sent out a serviceman right away. Chad got us fixed up to were he could escort us back to their shop. Mike and his crew replace hub assembly, brake shoes and had the spindle repaired. For the amount of work that was done they got us back on the road quickly and for a fair price.

I am an OTR O/O, making a delivery to WV and had some issues with my truck. Took it to a FL dealership and needless to say, left there with nothing accomplished but a lot less money. So wondering what to do, I found Wrenches & Wreckers on my GPS and gave them a call. Right off the bat, the owner was friendly and honest. They towed my semi truck and trailer with live animals on board to their facility. I broke down in Maryland at 5:00am on a Friday Morning with a 2 axle trailer stage I was pulling to New York City for a very special event for Focus on The Family. I had to have the stage in place at Times Square in New York at 12:44am Saturday Morning in less than 24 hours. We called Wrenches & Wreckers and spoke with Rebecca and told her our situation and she assured us that she would start talking to the right people to get us on our way. In just a few hours Will showed up with a nice wrecker. In just a few minutes he had the trailer secure so he could tow it to the shop and get it repaired. From what I understand Will and Ken jumped on it, found the parts we needed and repaired the trailer by 1:00pm that same day. Thanks so much Rebecca for relaying the information about our trailer and getting Will out there as quick as possible and to Ken also for getting me back in the road. This guys were truly awesome. I have a 40 ft RV and it was stuck in the backyard of a farm house. After 2 months of working with wrenches and wreckers and my issue, they got the rv out of the 2ft mud without damaging and provided me e ceptional assistance.
