Gary and his staff were fantastic in making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. They went out of their way to follow up on any possible problems and take care of the issues.

Nancy Repsher, an agent at Lenny, Vermatt was rude and delivered a house I was buying in awefullcondition. Beware of this person as my experience was like no there. I have bought and sold several homes and would have never dealt with this agency or this person had I known the type of service I was going to receive. The house I purchase had 50-60 picture holes in the walls from the sellers and the vendors who prepares estimates for which I was credited at escrow could never be reached. My agent never confirmed the accuracy or truth of these estimates or the existence of these vendors. I think it was a sham. As it turned out the work which I was credited cost a lot more to repair! Beware! The vendors who prepared the estimates for the seller could never be reached... It goes on and on.

Beware! This is a very unethical company. Im sure there are some honest realtors that work for LVL, but certainly not all. Its very disappointing to find out that your realtor is not working for you or even telling you the truth. I would expect a more professional experience from a real estate company who has been in business as long as LVL.
