I was a loyal employee here for years. I would often work 50+ hours with no extra compensation although, I was salaried. I started with TextUPs before Redline Advantage bought it. I was then working as an employee with Redline for 2 years until Aug of 2017.*In total, I was with the original company for 4 years. It was decided that the Bangor, ME office would close and that myself and another employee I worked with would work remotely from home. The person that runs the support desk is outright abusive in their position, and upper management does nothing. Originally I had contacted my direct supervisor over issues and practices regarding myself. Some of the issues for example were things like not receiving the same training, being given different rules to follow than other employees and things of that nature. I was even told that I cant start a sentence with the word in. I also told my direct Supervisor that micromanaging me to the point of threatening to read every email I send out was over the top. Also, there was the issue of this Supervisor talking bad about me to other employees that I wrote him about too.*In turn, the supervisor then decided to not respond to my email and instead just took parts of my work away and gave them to a fellow employee. That fellow employee came to me and asked me why they were given the work and could I take back some of the work that was taken away from me. I then messaged my supervisor to ask why he had taken the work away to begin with to be told Just lightening your load.*Again, trying to be a good employee I went to the head of Human Resources and filed a formal complaint. Essentially, from there I was told how my supervisor was right, down to the point you cant start a sentence with the word in and that if you do, it is not business writing. Thats what the head of Human Resources said to me. Of course, it should be noted that after searching my emails other employees and upper management are apparently allowed to use the word in except me. 2 weeks later after my complaint they fired me telling me I was no longer a fit for the position that I had held for 4 years.*During the 2 years I worked with them, I received 2 pay raises and 1 promotion. Yet, the moment the head of the support department, Director of Client Services, decided he didnt like me, all of a sudden I was no longer competent at my job. I wrote this review for the purpose of helping anyone else they may hire.*
Please keep in mind that just because you didnt have any reviews DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE A GOOD REPUTAION. It is just being brought to light. Im confident Im not the only one you have done this too. ALSO companies with GOOD Reputations dont have ridiculous disputes like this. (Obviously that hasnt clicked to you)AND extort money from you? lol! This is comedy!? Your vocabulary is outstanding! lmao! You admitted that you still owe the money! You have NO system set-up to properly document hours for employees! After contacting you about how to DOCUMENT hours I got a VM with no returned call! You cant have a Good business and not have ANY type of system to document hours. Your just going to count on the word of someone else to tell you what time a person came and left! REALLY! But you have a reputable business? The employee couldnt afford to make it home lmao. But you cant afford to supply your employees with CAMERAS when you hire THEM to take pictures for YOU. How hires someone to take pictures for them and tell them they have to BUY a camera?! LMAOOO really?!
