Great quality, professional repair on my Macbook. Had to replace an expanding battery, and was extremely satisfied with the like new repair job. Great atmosphere, and very friendly staff, and extremely reasonable prices. Brandon was extremely kind did a great job on my laptop!

I have used this service a couple times and have been very pleased with their repairs. Brandon was very helpful with a much needed repair to my Dell laptop that developed a broken hinge. He diagnosed the problem and determined that a new part was needed and quickly ordered it. His checkup also found a broken WiFi antenna wire, which he repaired. The service was quick, and the communication between the store about the cost and problem was excellent. Very satisfied with their work!

Patiently helped elderly lady, whose phone had run out of storage,. Technician Conor was very kind, and not one iota of condesencion of impatience. Fixed all issues, and helped clean up phone while we waited. VERY reasonable price, too.

Heard about them through Facebook, I stopped here to see if my unit could be repaired. Its old and I figured they would say, its too old. They said leave it a day and we can check it out. Not only did they repair it, showed me how to change the part out again if it ever happened and charged me way way less than I expected. I cant say enough about these guys. Best experience I had in years. They are more about finding the fix then the dollars. It is still working fine 2 months later. Sorry it took so long to write the review. We have been going here since we moved up to the area about three years ago. We have had 3 S10 screens repaired (I am pretty rough on my phone due to my line of work) and never had any issues. The last time I had a screen protector put on, it didnt save my screen but I didnt want to make a stink about it since they arent bulletproof. My wife called to repair my phone again, we had scheduled to be in on a Saturday and were told the screen was in for us. Unfortunately, we were unable to make it in but they told us that Monday would be fine. I work in Branchville and live in Stillwater, thirty from my home and 45 from work. I left at 430 to make sure I could give them enough time to make the repair and arrived around 5:15. When I got there I was told there was no screen there for me and that a white one had been ordered. I mentioned we were told my screen was in but they were unable to find one on order. I asked to leave it there, although irritated because I could have wasted my time otherwise, but didnt make a stink about it. Ultimately, I needed the screen fixed as I am in the middle of selling my home and it is damn near impossible to do everything through email on a computer these days. When I got home, my wife called to ask what had happened and she was given no explanation just that they didnt understand why she was having a reaction in response to her being upset about wasting our time. The man on the phone was no help but could not care less about wasting our time or not providing any customer service to us whatsoever.Today, my wife called again and was told the wrong screen was ordered(color) and that it would be in tomorrow. When she informed the man on the phone that we would no longer be going here she was met with just an Ok. Upwards of $900 spent here and they couldnt care less whether or not we continued having work done by them. No resolution was provided, no offer of mailing my phone back or delivering it for me, dropping the price, anything. Just an Ok. I am not sure what happened to this business but it is not the same place that we started coming to three or so years ago. I have no respect for this kind of customer service and am thrilled to make sure people dont waste their time here. I am sure to see their reviews plummet.

Had a Samsung Galaxy 10 issue. The calculator shut down for no apparent reason. Tried to resolve on my own, but to no avail. LifeLine figured out and brought back the app in about 5 min. They were friendly and professional.Have gone to LifeLine for PC assistance and repair in the past. Always a good experience.Our go to place.

I took my computer here twice to get and both times to fix software issue. That I have been having with my computer. like I have asked them too. They only fixed the hardware issues I had with my computer. I can tell because a day after I got my computer back both times took it in the software glitches where back. This store is only good at fixing any hardware problems you have with your computer.

I went in their almost in tears hoping to save my Samsung Notes from a broken cell phone that I couldnt unlock until I met Brandon, the General Manager. Not only did he unlock my phone within minutes, he saved my Samsung Notes, synced my phone with my new one and transfered all my old stuff that I missed so much. I feel like I have my old phone back. They were very helpful in fixing my daughters cracked screen on her iPhone and replacing the battery. They even gave me a free screen protector. Very nice people. Will definitely go back. Just a bit pricey, wasn’t expecting to spend that much. But it’s cheaper than buying a new phone and definitely worth it.

I had an issue with my battery draining very quickly on my cell phone and went to Lifeline for help. Brandon and Napo at Lifeline addressed my problem quickly and professionally. They both suggested ways to remedy the problem and explained all the costs involved with each option. In the end they suggested I try the least expensive option first (no cost to me) and viola it worked!! Theyre the best!

Was disappointed with my experiences with Life Line Repairs. When I first went in to get a quote, to get my Iphone 6s screen replaced they said it would be more than a hundred plus dollars. I checked online before coming in and it was fifty dollars to order a screen kit with tools. I didt want to wait or drive to a different phone repair shop so I decided to get it replaced, the tech told me it could take 45 to an hour to get it done, he ate lunch and worked on the computer then replaced the screen, he ended up replacing the screen 3 times! the first 2 times didt work and he got it the third time. I got there around noon and left at almost 4. Im now out of town a few weeks later and half of the touch screen doesnt work, and when I have called them during there work hours ( on a different phone) It rings and gets stopped or picked up and they hang up. its unfortunate it happend and I dont want it to happen to others, Id appreciate if they could try and resolve it.

Now that I have found LifeLine, I dont need to go anywhere else for my cell phone issues. The guys working at the store quickly diagnosed the problem with my device and had the replacement parts in stock. They immediately began the repairs and the price they charged cannot be beat. I am thrilled with the service I received.

An Android update wiped out the disability accommodations on my phone (which yes, is illegal). Verizons response: buy a new $1000 phone. Lifeline fixed my phone in less than 10 minutes and this wasnt the first time where Lifeline saved me from Verizons expensive upgrade it, not fix it policies. Ill go there first from now on.

They might be wonderful at replacing the cracked glass on your phone but they know nearly nothing about real computers. They took my computer and promised me a diagnosis within 48 hours. Five days later I had to call them and they confessed they didnt really know how to fix my computer - they didnt even diagnose it. If you want knowledgeable repairs to your computer dont take the chance, there are plenty of other repair alternatives in the area.

These guys are best. My girlfriend dropped her Galaxy cellphone and was in a panic. Concerned about losing her information and all her passwords for literally everything she has saved on her phone, she didnt know what to do. She had used LifeLine before but wasnt sure if they could do anything with it. They helped her through everything and fixed the phone, helped her get her apps back, all passwords are again safe and sound. I dropped my phone and broke the screen. I was going to just live with it but it was driving me crazy. All fixed. Took laptop that I had considered dead to them. Not dead any longer. Very friendly. They analyzed my problem with my Macbook pro and offered a very competitive price to fix it. However, time was a factor so they recommended I take it to the Apple Store where they would have the part on hand and therefore be able to do the job more quickly. I did, but I had to pay a good bit more for the fast service from Apple. Will use them in the future if needed.

The earbud jack broke off inside my daughters iPhone 6s. We were resigned to buying her a new phone when it was suggested we try LifeLine. Having never heard of the store, we werent very hopeful but figured we had nothing to lose. We couldnt have been more wrong. What a pleasant surprise! We were immediately greeted by a very helpful associate. He explained the procedure the technician would take to clear the obstruction. Before we could even turn to take a seat, the phone was fixed! The technician showed us his work and explained the fix. The associate gave my daughter earbuds to check to devices function and the informed us that there was no charge for the repair. When was the last time you received something for nothing?! We left this tiny shop we had never been in before, amazed and truly grateful. I would definitely recommend LifeLine to anyone in need.

Repairing phones doesnt seem like an easy job, dealing with tiny screws and cracked screens or computers that are just impossible. Ive seen some negative reviews for this location and the one in ledgewood - and all Ive gotta say is Ive had no negative experience with my visit. I had dropped my phone at work and needed a new screen, luckily they had one they could put aside for me. Didnt take too long at all. For those who complained about computer and phone issues after - sometimes taking care of your stuff helps! Accidents happen but sometimes faulty hardware is to blame, especially when it comes to computers. Humans cant fix everything, plus technology isnt built to last because how else would corporations make money?For those complaining about the price - part of it has to do with parts. Its a business, they dont just get them for free.My advice is give them a try. They know what theyre doing and the gentlemen who helped me today answered all of my questions and were very helpful.

My phone was so badly water damaged I didnt think there was any way it could be fixed. Fortunately, these guys are AMAZING!! My phone works like new! Not to mention the men who helped me were extremely courteous and the price was beyond reasonable

Brought my laptop in after it crashed, staff was super friendly, problem diagnosed ultra fast and hard drive replace. They even transferred as much data as they could get from my old drive. Parts and labor were very reasonable.I would highly recommend them.

Store was closed at 12:30pm even after confirming a 2pm pickup THAT MORNING.Inconvienced, overpriced, and unprofessional.I recommend making a few more calls before considering this location.

I came here as a customer tons of times. I did a membership where it costed me $11.50 something. They double charged my credit card and now the business is giving me the hardest time with getting my money back...

Dropped my LG G3 screen down and you can guess the outcome. I was planning to bring my phone to the mall in Rockaway to have it fixed. But as I was looking around the area, I found this company and from the reviews Ive read, it seems to have a good reputation and people seem happy about the repairs and the service the company provided - except 1 or 2 people. Anyway, booked an online appointment for the next day. Arriving on the morning of my appointment, found out that they dont have access to the appointments - not their fault. Best thing to do is just call to make an appointment. Anyway, showed them my phone and they said they dont have the screen replacement part - DOH!. But, the 2 service techs (sorry, forgot their names) instead gave me a used LG G3 for the price of a new screen. And I get the spare battery that was on the phone. There was a small chip on the back cover of the replacement G3, but I switched that with the back cover on my cracked phone. Replaced my SIM and memory card on the replacement phone, tested that the phone can receive and place calls and done. They said I have six months of warranty in case the replacement phone did have any issues. So I was done and out of there in less than 15 minutes. Great service and the two guys at the store were very friendly. Would highly recommend.

My phone was dead when I went in. Ryan got it back on and recommended that I back up my contacts and pictures in case it dies permanently. He said I could call with questions and didnt charge me. No new phone needed! Thank you Lifeline!

Great and friendly service! I stopped at Lifeline Repairs this morning to get some help with my Iphone. After a mishap with it getting soaked in water, I was able to save it by putting it in a bag of rice for a couple of days. The problem I had is that some rice got caught in the opening where the charger cord gets plugged. The guys at Lifeline Repairs were really nice about helping me out with it. They were able to get the rice out of it, and got it up and running. When I tried to pay for the service, the guy who helped me just shook his head and said it was for free. What a really nice, competent and professional local business!

3 stars.I had issues with my iPhone 6 mute switch. I stopped by this place and asked them to take a look. They opened it, did some cleaning, and returned back to me 20 minutes later stating that they cant fix it. Some very expensive part must be ordered and replaced, but they wouldnt recommend to do so for 2+ years old phone. They didnt charge me for cleaning. That was nice.Surprise came next day when I tried to make a call: I couldnt hear anything at all. Phone worked fine via headset, or speaker, but not via earpiece.I stopped by next morning and asked them to take a look at it again, as it was obvious that they have done something to that phone and damaged that earpiece.It took them an hour to play with it, and finally they came out from the room in the back just to tell me that they cant fix it now, and suggested that I take it home and try to connect to iTunes to restore from backup. Really??? How will software restore fix hardware issue? I said that I will not take my phone back until it fixed, and it must be fixed for free.Guys didnt argue. It took them another 15 minutes to replace earpiece+front camera module. They didnt charge me.To conclude: Very customer friendly place and I wish this business to succeed, however, not all of their repairmen know what they are doing.

Great guy, great service! I feel down the stairs and my galaxy s6 was in my back pocket. the top of the phone got bent and nothing was working. The screen did not shatter because I had the otter box on it. Unfortunately my phone could not be fixed because the inside was all damaged. But the guy felt bad and did not charge me due to all he did was bent it back and checked out the inside of the phone. But it had to much internal damage. I appreciate there help and they took the time to look over my phone. Really sweet of them not to charge me since now I have to buy a new phone.

I had just gotten a replacement Iphone from Apple (after destroying my previous one) and A DAY LATER I somehow managed to crack the screen, needless to say I wasnt very happy with myself so I brought it down to LifeLine after work and they replaced the screen and also sold me a durable Otterbox Case (which I clearly need) and I was out of there within an hour. The crew was extremely helpful and polite and I definitely recommend going to LifeLine for repairs.

I visited their website for a general idea of cost and whats involved to replace a broken screen on an IPhone6. Its a common thing, happens to people all the time, so theres no reason I shouldnt be able to get a price range pretty easily.Website says I have to call. Ok, fine..what number? I see Contact Us, but that turns out to only be for people interested in opening a franchise. Finally I find it under locations. I call, and the only auto-prompt options are schedule an appointment or schedule mac pc repair. I choose appointment, even though I just want to speak to a person for a cost range. It rings twice, then tells me that voicemail has not been set up, goodbye, and hangs up.I am so fed up with lack of personal service and common sense. So I wont even bother trying here again.

What a great find! Always very helpful. I found the prices very reasonable. They did the work in the shop. They have saved me hundreds of dollars. I have had 2 phones (Iphones screens) and 1 Galexy tablet (Wouldnt Charge) fixed by LifeLine Repairs. For the phones I sat next door in Starbucks and had lunch and it was done when I was finished with lunch. The tablet they had to order a part and it took less than a week.

Came in to get a repair for an old iPad that my special needs child uses for school and as an aid, as she bent the 30 pin charging port ... I took my iPhone 6 here to be repaired for a crack in the screen. There were 2 young boys working that day - they told me the cost would be $100 to fix the screen. When I picked up my phone later that day, they told me that the repair would be covered for 120 days. Less than one week later, I noticed the screen had cracked again - I know I did not drop the phone nor did anything happen so I took the phone back to Lifeline since I was told there was a warranty for 120 days (also advertised on their storefront). This time there were two older men working and I was told that they would not repair the phone and that if I wanted it fixed it would be the same cost as last time - $100, after I pressed the one man (Im guessing the owner) said he would give me a discount - when I asked what that would be, he said he would knock $10 off. Oh boy. I left, I will keep my cracked screen but I will not be returning to Lifeline Repairs. I believe the glass used to repair the phone was of a cheap quality since I had my i phone 6 for two years and it took a lot of drops, things hitting it etc. and never cracked until my 2 year removed the case and dropped it hard on the floor. Less than a week with the new glass and no drops and it cracked :(

I admit I never went here... but, my Iphone 6 screen needed to be replaced. I asked about pricing and I was quoted $200... and this is down from our normal $250. Needless to say, I did not go. I went to the Apple store and it was $109. Way too crazy expensive.

Something got jammed in my iPhone 5s headphone port . I tried a bunch of stuff, to no avail, and Ryan at LifeLine cleared it in seconds, didnt even charge me! (I would not necessarily expect your job to be free, but they are good and fair )
