Their office is accommodating with regard to my schedule and they really do a fantastic job. They also arrive on time, and take care of my possession with great care. 5 Stars!

WOW!! First time cleaning with them, and they did an amazing job. Didnt cut any corners... everything was sparkling clean, literally. Will get them back on a bi weekly basis as their prices seem very fair. The first cleaning was a little steep..even by their estimate, but all in all totally worth it!

5 stars. Switched from our other home cleaners to them. They are honest, reliable and talented. I actually call them sometimes to tell them how neat and sparkling clean they make my home. We have been using them for over five years. They make a house a home. Teams always have a positive attitude and are willing to help. They go above what any other housecleaning service does - you get a lot more for the money!

They are reliable, trustworthy and do an excellent job... all while staying within my budget constraints. The office staff are friendly and have always been willing to adjust around my scheduling needs.

Excellent service! My wife and I had a chimney company make a mess of our basement, but they agreed to hire a company to clean it up. They put us in touch with Budget Home and Office Cleaning and we made an appointment. Now Ive never had a cleaning service in my home ever before, so I was a bit skeptical when they said they would remove everything from shelves, etc etc. It just seemed too good, and way too detailed. But sure enough, four really nice employees cleaned my basement for over 2 hours! And sure enough, they removed everything from where it had been, cleaned it, and replaced it. They even did the walls and ceiling and got rid of all the cobwebs. Our basement wasnt that clean even when we moved in! Im a believer, and I would definitely use them again.

Whatever you do, find a different cleaning service. My family has used Budget for awhile now and first of all, they arent inexpensive, so the name is misleading. However, the fact that the owner, Bill, came to my home and acted like he cared about customer service made me believe that it was worth the extra money.The cleaning was okay, nothing, special for sure, but We wanted a service as opposed to one person who needs to be in the home for several hours.The last time they came I returned to find all the lights left off (not the usual way my home was left), one room untouched by the cleaners, and dishes left in the sink. I thought it odd but figured I would let it go. However, when my son returned home for a visit from college the next day, he discovered his bank in his room had money stolen from it and a small safe in his room had been attempted to be broken into.My husband contacted Bill and there has been not one iota of apology or attempt to make it right on the part of Budget! I am disgusted with Bill and his lack of customer service and consideration for his clients. They do not care about customers - only making money. I work for a company who always puts the customer first and am shocked by Bills attitude and disregard for theft of personal property.Stay away from Budget Home Cleaning! I cannot stress this enough.

Budget is the best they do the best cleaning ever the staff is wonderful we have used their service for years I highly recommend using this company.

Horrible people to do business with. The cleaning is sub standard. I highly recommend hiding your valuables or locking them away before you let them walk into your house. Put away any precious pieces of lenox or lladro, youll come home and it will certainly be broken.

Be careful! They broke my shower door and left the gas from the stove on while my wife and baby were home. This was in just a couple of months. Not recommended!

Great service, the only trouble is that they dont clean houses on the weekend. Other than that I would recommend them and use them again too!
