I’m terrified of needles and the nurse was so amazing and sweet. She was very comforting and even gave me a butterfly needle to make me feel more comfortable. I’ve been to a couple different Labcorps but this one is the absolute best. Such professional and experienced nurses.

I came here to get the MaterniT21 test, waited 5 days and got a call that the technician didn’t draw enough blood for the test. Now I have to go get it done again. Obviously will be going somewhere else that can draw blood properly. I would also like to note there was no issues with the draw, clean stick quick so there was no reason to not take the correct amount of blood

I just moved from out of state and everything has been a huge change while being 30 weeks pregnant. I had to do a late 3 hour glucose testing and some blood work and my body could not handle it well and I threw it all up. Carol was so helpful and was so accommodating with me, but honestly all the girls there were really nice. At any time I felt like they were there to help me with any concerns and that is so important to me at any kind of office even labs.

I love the girls at lab corp in hackettstown. Kind and caring, professional in every way. My veins are hard to find and tiny. I need a fine needle. My blood is taken first try. Only place that can do this! I have had many bad experiences at other places including doctors offices and hospitals. Thank you lab corp!!

I have been going to this location ever since it opened. Never had anything but good experiences.Nice staff

Not sure why but the bruising and black/blue from the blood test is terrible. I have had many and never had bruising like this.

I had a great experience at Labcorp today. I was nervous because I had to have a lot of tests run but my phlebotomist had a very calming influence and she was very nice. She was doing double duty checking me in on the computer & drawing blood. I wish I asked her what her name was so I could give her a shout out! I was there less than 30 minutes & I didnt feel a thing!

Easy walk in instructions and moderate/quick waiting time. Ladies are very calm, pleasant and nice. However, I went for one blood test and was butchered pretty bad. Looks like I have a golf ball on my arm. That hasn’t happened to me ever.

I had a great experience here with my toddler. There was no wait after checking in. The techs were calm, quick and excellent with my 1 1/2 year old. I will absolutely return to this location.

I had terrible experience as well twice actually. I was butchered for simple blood withdrawal and blamed i probably did not drink water. I never had such experience entire my life. I have perfect vains and i was soured over month from torches. By the way same person both times Spanish lady who seamed friendly but i wont recommenced to sit in that chair and trust her.

The girls here are so amazing compassionate and willing to help always. One of the best lab corps Ive been to. Very professional and you will for the most part never wait more than 30 minutes. Great ladies.

The, “Manager” at this location is absolutely toxic, obnoxious and rude. A terrible experience and I’ll never return to, nor recommend this location. Go to Quest Diagnostics right down the Street.

New kiosk system (for check in) is an improvement for scanning your drivers license and insurance card.

Excellent staff!

Only complaint is they take too long to wait on you.
