Ive been meaning to write this and while looking at my pool earlier today and noticing how great it looks - I reminded myself that I needed to get this down on paper! My pool has NEVER looked better. I dont have to think about it anymore. It ALWAYS looks great. I have had a couple other companies in the past that maintained and never did the great job that Flores pool provides. Its sparking clean day after day regardless of weather. One less thing to worry about! Thank you!Best,Torres

Since purchasing our house last year, Ive been dealing with many different contractors and technicians. As you would expect many dont show, some do lousy work and others are out to rip you off wherever they can. And every once in a while you come across a business that you feel is honest, reliable, and reasonable in their rates.Working with Flores pool from their maintenance staff to their construction has been fantastic. First, they answer their phones and respond to their emails (which is my preferred method of communication). They have never stood me up on an appointment and I dont feel like they are trying to up sell me.Overall 5 stars for this business -

Ive been using this company flores pool for over a year now and cant be happier. They are prompt and always take my calls. Any time Ive ever had a question about anything they always give a quick and prompt response. Never an issue!They also take care of a another family member of my family and they havent complained once and thats saying a LOT! tech was amazing in installing a whole new system for our pool. Pump, heater, plumbing, and turning it to salt water and automated system. If you want your pool done right, flores pool are the best!!!!

I got a quote from them and said they would come to fix my pool light. They have not called or texted back. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.

Great guys they did an amazing work on my pool everything was ready on time didn’t have anny issues even when i paid them they wait 2 weeks to cash the last check to be sure i was 5,000 % happy with the remodelation they did at my 1.2 mil house great guys 👍👍👍

At the moment I am dealing with a pool that is five and a half weeks past a new re-plaster. There is plaster spatter all over my brand new heater. I guess that is of NO concern because DESPITE cashing all my checks IMMEDIATELY after receiving them, the heater ISNT even wired! So, I cant use the spa. There is a 2 gap between the coping and the top of the skimmer opening that is just bare broken concrete because they didnt add tile there. They no longer answer my texts or phone calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FLORES POOLS.These are not gigantic issues unless of course you are foolish enough to believe that you should receive 100% of the work you PAY FOR.

I do not recommend this person for business, I have not had a good service, I have a year that they repaired my pool, but I still have a leak, I have been waiting like a year to repair and I do not receive calls, so do not pay for good service . and I have to pay someone else to finish the job !!!! and I called them and they came back and Im still waiting for them since I was a year old !!!
