Called this company because our house in escrow is closing soon. I stated clearly on the call that this Termite inspection is for a real estate transaction, and we will need a inspection report. The person said they would do it for free because Im a Real Estate agent, who could help to promote their business to other clients. Knowing this company can do it sooner and free, I cancelled the appointment with another company. Not a smart move. After sending all the information over, they replied by saying they will charge $100 for the report. Wait... that was not what was stated on the call! Their explanation was, they charge inspection and the report separately, and if we want them to report it with no Termite found, then they would do the inspection free but report $100.Obviously this is not the first time they lie to customers like this. If you are looking for a Termite Inspection, dont fall for this company, no one does inspection and report separately as they stated. The company I cancelled, they charge only $85. Plus a huge waste of time speaking with them, canceling and re-looking for another company urgently. No accountability.

They were very respective of my time needs, showed up on time, provided thorough inspection, and I was pleased that they use in-house repair professionals, who completed repairs when requested and cleaned up after themselves.
