This is my second visit to this location! The first time I went, I called and spoke to a gentleman named Carlos. He told me as long as I got there before their door closed… they’d service my vehicle. But he also said they would wait for my since I was literally around the corner. So that was amazing! I pulled in… I was genuinely greeted. Not the fake forced “welcome” you get from other stores. The team was quick and super attentive. They answered my questions. They were super thorough with explanations of this and that. So that’s a huge plus for me since I’m always asking the strangest of questions. Anyways, so they did my oil change and to my extreme pleasure… they didn’t leave the oil cap OFF (like Jiffy Lube did) … there were no spills or leaks either. Previously I had went to jiffy lube. I had to go back twice just for them to clean the mess they made. Smh. Carlos and his team were amazing at VALVOLINE. The vibe they give off and the way they work together is phenomenal. Yes, they’re a bit pricier than stupid jiffy lube but they’re definitely worth the extra money. It’s the efficiency, genuine staff, and friendly smiles for me! Even tho I can’t see their smiles (masks required) … I hear it in their voices and see it in their eyes! Thank you Carlos and Staff. Y’all are the best. I’ll be back in a few months 🎄

Impressive. Carlos was very professional. This service was fast and everything was explained to me. They truly do give you the “pit car” experience. I was lucky and no wait. I had the whole team working on my car. They showed me my filters at my window and with no pressure offered me new ones. I kindly declined, but next time. The place was pristine a nice place to relax your mind. I was on my way back from the 4th of July holiday and it was a nice way to get my mind ready to go back to work. Its great to just stop and enjoy the simple things in nature.

No easier way to get an oil change. Always super quick and convenient. You dont even get out of your car. Only thing is its getting expensive. I suggest having a coupon which is always available online.

I had went in for an oil change and was recommended a radiator flush, so I agreed and did the flush. Unfortunately, the radiator is now leaking and now must be fixed. It was actually leaking when they completed the job due to the radiator cap breaking during the flush and the coolant had spread out all through engine bay by the time I got to an auto store to get a new cap. So I am not sure what happened, but I would only recommend oil changes. My overall experience was well since the staff is very kind.

🕶👍🏽 They were like an in sync Army brigade. One guy in front of my vehicle checking my lights and fluids, signaling the guy behind my car to check my tail lights, while the third guy at the computer was dictating the notes. After the notes were entered he gave suggestions for what my car was also due for due to the age and mileage on my car.🕶👍🏽👍🏽 Well done! Reminds me of the films from the 50s and 60s when you drove up for gas and they gave you similar attention.

Awesome service, friendly staff! My oil change was 15 minutes and I stayed in the car the entire time. I got 1/2 off my oil change during their grand opening. Would highly recommend.

Went for a oil change and now my car doesn’t work they couldn’t even get it back started. Never come here leave it to the professionals because obviously they’re not. There was nothing they could do ... didn’t even offer a discount or anything. Paid $50 bucks for them to break my car 🤬

I hate doing negative reviews. But.... I waited for a good 15min on the OUTSIDE of the oil changing entrance waiting. There was an open spot for me to enter(mind you I was the only one waiting outside in my vehicle)and the two woman working there were just talking and looking around. They kept looking back at me and nothing. The “quick” service they offer really seems to lack at this place. This has never happened to me at any other oil changing place.

These guys are awesome I stopped cause i couldn’t to find a auto zone and anything like that so I stopped here cause one of my boost hoses came off, pulled up got out and said I need help and that all there was to it. Even got some good info from one guy which will help a lot. Thanks guys!
