I spent a few months in the area fall of 2019 and returned for a visit this week. From the moment I walked in I was accepted as one of their own. Every time I visit there has been top notch jiu-jitsu instruction in a family-friendly gym. The gym’s cleanliness is unmatched. All levels, from beginner to expert will learn how to better practice the best martial art on planet earth. All instructors are bilingual (Spanish and English) and cater their instruction to all age levels and genders.

I have been training here for over 4 years and I can honestly say this school is unique. It allows more sparring time than other schools. Moreover, the instructors are world class. The best part is that my fellow teammates support each other by sharing techniques with each other.

I was introduced to jiu jitsu at BloodBank MMA when I enrolled in a womens self defense class. During my time there, I also attended muay thai and strength and conditioning classes. All of the coaches at this gym are super friendly, they encourage and motivate you to challenge yourself. I had a nice experience at this gym, I had to leave due to enrolling back in school and their hours did not work with my school schedule.
