Hacienda Express Car Wash is well maintained car washing place I ever had. There is special personals who guides me for the completely process . From the moments of drive through, the friendly staffs are great helpers . The place is super clean and has gender natural bathrooms . The drive through wash provides the most foaming soap and It is the longest washing place ever in term of the whole process : from get in to get out, it took 2 minutes and 37 seconds ! It has over 10 vacuums stations that I can use it from both side of my car . I just wish the vacuums pressure is a bit stronger so it is more easily vacuuming the small dusts in my car . There are 4 different car washing options that I can choose from . It is affordable cute . Overall. I like this place that provide great quality services .
I drive a small car and i have to do a y turn to get in and out. Kids could have designed a better car wash. Too small and no real shade to dry off the car. Hole back of car still wet. They need to go back to the drawing board and try again
So I might so happened to run into a story on IG were this spot was being advertised giving their first week free car washes valued at $15 I had to go check it out! The drive through car wash really did the job made my black car looking glossy and the overall wash was pretty good has some cool lights and signs telling you whats being scrubbed or applied. The vacuums are on your right side once you get out the drive, their about 12 of these stations so its very helpful on busy days like the one I went. Overall staff was friendly, heck I enjoyed the free car wash service. Will be coming back soon!
Paid $17. We received no soap/foam, no moving brushes and no dryer. We returned into line to let them know and they immediately cut us off by saying, I know, I know, well give you a free wash. They left us waiting while they proceeded to allow other cars to enter. We honked for them and again asked them and they told us, calm down. The person claiming to be the manager (Hector), continued his rudeness and claimed we were the rude ones. He refused to give us all that we paid for. We asked for the owners name and information. He refused to give it to us and walked off still ridiculing us. I WILL NEVER RETURN and warn you all to be aware of the short changed car wash and the rudeness of the manager.
When I go through this car wash the workers never push in my side view mirrors and there is always someone in front of payment area!! Its a self help payment machine !! Why is there always someone collecting cash 💸 when the machine is not broken 🤔?????

Like any new drive through car wash, all rollers are in great shape and nice. Turning in to the vacuum area is a bit harsh specially if you have a large SUV. Prices are fair and vacuums are nice.

Excellent car wash. The location is in a very high traffic area and also in tight quarters wouldnt bring my S550 Nuff said. Once in line you are committed no getting out except to back up. Single line entrance but had 2 pay kiosh at the end. Paying is straight fwrd with no hassle. Attendants are very professional and have your car interest in mind. Took advantage of their mail out coupons and prices are within reason. Vacuums are good but may sometimes appear weak but they will correct any problems right away. Recommended for small to medium vehicles otherwise one can feel a little skittish here. Would recommend this wash.

Its same price as the one off Nogales Arco car wash. But they at least have someone dry out your car for you. But here you have to buy towel or bring your own towels to dry yourself.

Based on the #2 Package for $16.99 ($2 more for most standard SUVs), the service was great. They start with interior vacuuming and cleaning, move onto exterior manual application of soap suds in some cases. Vehicle then gets moved into line for the hands free conveyor wash. They utilize a combination of long strips of wet, soapy cloth and high pressure water. As the vehicle comes out of wash bay, they incorporate pressurized air to help remove excess water, this is done by a staff member, after the usual drive through air is applied. Process is completed by a staff member, wiping down both the interior and exterior, while applying dressing to tires and interior if chosen. The usual experience elsewhere, will bring on drips coming from beneath mirrors or similar, after driving away, that didnt happen. Vehicle looked as good hours later, even after driving around, as it did when they first finished it.
The service here is pretty good. I usually go to one like this up by my work, five star Express. what I like better about this one is they actually spray your car down and give it a brush depending on which one you get. the only thing I wish they would add would be an air sprayer to get the water out of the cracks, like mirrors window seals, etc.
Good for a quick wash if your not particular about paint swirls. These machine car washes do that to the paint job unfortunately.
Excellent customer service when needed and very friendly staff. I was skeptical about having to vacuum on my own since everything here before was hand wash, but it worked out really well. Also love the little light show in the car wash, really cool!
Not a bad place for a drive thru car wash
Mon thru fri says it opens at 7am. One Saturday i went they didnt open till 745 then as they had 8 cars waiting there car wash wasnt working. Maybe they should be here early testing there equipment double checking things instead of walking around in there slippers!!!!! Smh

Terrible experience. Damaged my car. Manager, Luis, was rude and completely denied any responsibility. Cost was very high for a drive through car wash. They started by manually hosing off your car which is never a good sign and you still have to vacuum your own car and dry it as the air dryer is not sufficient. The car wash seemed to malfunction and it stopped 2-3 times during the process. Workers were yelling something back and forth but my car was covered in soap so I couldnt see what was happening. My recommendation is to stay far, far away!!

Some weeks ago I gave this place a fair review, due to the closeness where I live, I bought a plan. On 7.5.2020, I went to get my car washed, had a very bad experience going through the tunnel, the car in front of me was having problems, the rollers that push your car, pushed mine into the truck in front, when I complained to the attendee, he said they were not liable because they have a disclaimer saying so before you drive into the tunnel. The manager would not speak to me and today I called, left a message and have to hear back. Needless to say, I am canceling my plan. Their reaction to stopping the system is poor, the system should shut-off to avoid these type of problems, more importantly their response is less than professional, deny, deny, deny! I purchased the deluxe $15 car wash & it wasnt even close to what it was advertised to be. My car was still not completely clean & there were water spots. Wheel & tire shine dressing was part of the package & I didnt notice it at all. Well at least I got an air freshener & a towel

I purchased a 1 month pass in April. There was no mention of a subscription at purchase, but I have been rebilled every month. After the first rebilling I attempted to contact them only to discover that their phone number was disconnected. I moved out of the area in May, so I dont even know if they are still open. I ended up having to change my credit card number rather than dispute the charges every month forever. Dont do business here, as you might also be subjected to similar possibly legal, but obviously unethical buisness practice.
I purchased a monthly pass at its lowest rate $19.99. Free vacuum with stalls to finish dry. Outstanding value for my budget. My car looks great. They placed a barcode sticker on the window. I drive up and the gate opens. No coins. It you drive Uber it’s Ideal. Que mas quire.

If you want a good deal, cheap carwash and free vacuum this is the location. Friendly staff and the cheapest you can choose Is the $7 express wash. Other than that choose what kind of carwash you want. They also have unlimited monthly wash. Nice location too!
The prices are a bit high compared to other companies with same offers. The dryer doesnt dry your car off at all. So come prepared with a towel

Im a pretty big fan of drive-through car washes however I try to stay away from the ones wjo are stingy with the soap. I paid for a delux wash $10 and the soap looked more like used dirty water.

I took my work Truck the guys took about an hour to do it after it was washed the truck still had some soap on it. The truck was left to dry by itself and 30 min later the guy came and finished off the truck. He left a lot of spots un touched and dirty wasnt to satisfied with there work.

The car wash speed is too fast, so it is not possible to wash the car properly. If a car is washed, the side mirror on the drivers side will be blown away. If there is no place to go because it is cheap, it is a place worth a visit.
Everything is fine but there is only one small drawback because the vacuum cleaner should have good pressure and it should also have an air hose to blow the vehicles.
