I called to ask if they tow cars to people’s homes. He never answered my question and deliberately misunderstood what I was asking even though I kept trying to explain. I didn’t know if I wanted to use the service yet which is why I was asking. He kept talking over me and didn’t let explain what I needed. I ended up hanging up on him because I didn’t want to keep arguing. I would have used his service if he had been kind enough to actually listen to my question. Poor customer service. Reeks of incompetence. Find another towing service.

Fast and friendly service. They came to my help at 2 in the morning when every other tow truck service was closed or noncompliant. Give them a call if you want a safe and reliable ride to your destination if your car needs to be towed.

Great service and Robert was very professional and kind. My 1962 Jaguar was towed 85 miles to its new stored location without any problems. Robert went out of his way to make my experience pain free.

My front drivers tire debeaded on the 10 freeway and Atlantic. Charlies Towing came to rescue!! I gave them a call and Robert gave me an ETA of 20 min. But the driver got there sooner! Talk about fast service! Due to that I did not have a spare tire I requested my car to be towed home. My car is lowered but Charlies Towing had no trouble getting it up the truck because they have a specialized flatbed that gets really low to the ground with no wood!! Knock on wood but if I ever need another tow Charlies Towing would be the only I trust with my car!!! Highly recommended!!!

My car overheated in Hacienda Heights. They answered my call immediately, and then called me back a few minutes later when the guy was on his way. Just then, I was able to start my car and made it home. They were totally cool about it and said they would just call their guy back. Will definitely call again.

Was stuck in the freeway called charlies towing and he was there within 10 min. Super fast sevice, polite and reasonably priced. Even gave him a nice tip.

I didnt use their towing services but the office staff was able to help me out over the phone by finding me someone to come fix my tire on the freeway and save me money! Thank you!
