I have had nothing but a GREAT experience working for Office Team. They really strive to fit my needs and work hard to find what will work best for me! - Not like other companies Ive had experience with or have heard of just hurrying up and placing you anywhere they can and DO NOT CARE about your best interest! The staff has always been professional and friendly. I have gained great experience at great companies working through Office Team, and over all they have gone above and beyond! They are the BEST! and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I know in need of work! Thank You Office Team!!!!

I was brought on with no staffing experience with a manager who only had three months. After three months, that manager quit and I was forced to fend for myself. Then when I was progressing to a point that was better than what I had been doing, a colleague was let go. I asked if I was in any danger because of my performance and they said I shouldnt be worried because I was headed in the right direction. The very next week a new manager was hired and they let me go saying that my performance level was too low and discredited my efforts for any of the progress that was received. After being gone for two months, that newly hired manager also works somewhere else now. They are currently also looking for correct staff. My friends that I made while working there also mentioned that they feel that the current reps there are rude. Thats everything I know.
