This place is a great place to shred documents that are no longer needed. Easy organized system - you drive up and someone will be there to grab the boxes from your car. They give you an option to watch your items get shredded.

Very unprofessional to deal with.

This was my 1st visit to this place. Didnt know about their services. Loved their ShredFest Saturday timings. Very easy convenient drive in option. Very popular among the locals.saw lot of cars pulling in. Its really quick service. The folks were very good, polite, courteous. It thing I didnt know (they didnt mention in their website) was they are cash only. Its $3/Banker Box. But they were very flexible and accommodative.

Everyone at Paper Tiger was so great! I submitted a quote request via their web form on a Sunday night, asking them to email me a quote. I had the quote email Monday morning, and the sales rep followed up with a phone call. Once I got approval from my boss, the job was set up for Wednesday. The two-man team called me when they were a half hour out. They were exactly on time, got the job done quickly, and were professional and friendly. We went from a storage unit crammed full of boxes to a nice empty storage unit in no time. Our office will use them again the next time we have a shredding job, and I would recommend them to anybody.

The least expensive obviously means no customer service. 1st they give me a 90 minute window and promise me a call when the driver is 30 minutes out. No driver, no phone call. I contacted the rep who set this up who gave me a 30-40 minute window and once again, no driver no phone call. Not only did I bring everything up from the basement to ground level, but I also took off work for 2 hours only to find out that they dont do as they promised. I guess Ill pay a little more with another company but at least itll get done.
