The customer service was great, patient, and very friendly. They were very accommodating to what we wanted and needed. I came with 5 little kids under the age of 12 years old. It was very affordable, technically the 6 of us we paid only $122.00 for 2 hour play time, pretty good quality pizza, a pitcher of lemonade, and 4- $5.00 video game play cards. The only downfall is that you cant see it from the main street. You definitely need GPS and its pretty dark getting there once your off the main street. The lady over the phone that works there convinced me to come (Destiny) on a Friday night, and it was well worth it. I will be coming back. Thanks

Very disappointed first of all it wasn’t mentioned when we arrived that several activities would be closed until it was time to pay I noticed the small sign, it’s a Friday evening special served with 2 slice of pizza but they don’t even start that until 8:30.. I do understand COVID the safety of the children..

Used to be Jump America, which was great and affordable. Now its Launch Trampoline Park under new ownership. Its horrible now. Price has increased but nothing in the place has changed. They had an ad stating that all Wednesdays and Thursdays in December were unlimited jumping for $9.99. When we went the day after Xmas, the rude staff stated that the offer ended Dec 19th, and showed us a print add where that was listed in the fine print at the bottom of the ad. When we showed them the online ad, which did not list the expiration date, they still would not honor the reduced rate. Our two families have been going to this place at least once per month for the last couple of years. Obviously the new owners dont care about repeat business and are only concerned about money. We wont be going back. Try Sky Zone in Vernon Hills instead. Its cheaper, has more things to do, and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

Went to a birthday party here on a Saturday and it was surprisingly sparsely occupied. The staff is excellent, the trampolines were safe and well attended by watchful staff. The issue was with the pizza arranged by the staff. It was 2 hours late and the kids were hungry. Could be a one time thing, I dont know, but worth a try on a rainy day.

It is close to home and because we went in the AM it wasn’t as loud or busy as other places which was a good thing. It has sections portioned off for different ages which kept my toddler safe and out of the way of the big kids. But their price per kid per session of $14/ hour was too much. I have three kids and I wish they would have cheaper rates!

The new management is retarded. Prices went up on a few things just because they added more mini game machines that arent even new. The place barley checks under their machines for old food that sits under there every time I visit. I dont agree with the fact that all they have is hot Cheetos, pizza and ices as junk food; Its a trampoline park and kids dont know when they had enough to eat. Thats why theres puke ever so often. The new team members are poorly trained aside from the old staff. I see kids and adults laying along the trampoline when theyre supposed to be jumping. Someone could get very injured from that scenario alone. Its bad enough their rules have been printed on the wall for years now and kids dont ever read them. Jump America needs to do a better job at keeping their environment clean and making sure all kids play the way they should... until then, sky zone seems to guarantee your safety every time you visit 😉

Largely a staff of high school kids which you expect are about as helpful as high school kids. Basically, an indoor amusement location with trampoline based fun activities.I took a bus load of middle schoolers there during their day camp. While, at my age, it isnt my thing to jump around on trampoline, trying to avoid onslaught of incoming rubber ball projectiles, the youngsters had a blast. The facility includes a number of additional options, refreshments for purchase and adequate amenities. If you and/or your children are into such things, by all means go there and enjoy. Just, know that it really gets pricey once you add up everything.Jump America, are you reading this: you should give free entrance to bus drivers like many other amusement places do.

The trampolines are fun but I would be careful about holding a birthday party there. The check-in for a group of 12 kids took about 15 to 20 minutes. Add that 15 minutes plus the 5 minutes of the safety video plus the 30 minutes of pizza/cake, your group is only on the trampolines for just over an hour. Also, the staff mixed up the gifts with another small party. When I called the manager-on-duty, Courtney, I explained I had another girls gifts and explained how we didnt receive gifts from several of our guests. I spoke in detail for a few minutes when Courtney final shared that she received a call from the other party saying their gifts were switched. I asked Courtney that if she knew the gifts were switched, why didnt she call me. Courtney said she was going to review the video footage then call. In the area we were sitting, there were only two parties. Furthermore, Courtney also didnt seemed too shocked or embarrassed by occurrence and was not apologetic at all. I asked how often switching gifts occurs, and Courtney said it was the first time she knew of.She called back later to ask if we could drop off the other girls gifts to Jump America and they would drive them to the other girl. I told Courtney that I would drop off the gifts and asked how my daughter would get the gifts from her friends. Courtney changed the above story to say the other party (who called Jump America first) said there was one card without a signature so there may not be any gifts.I told Courtney it was not necessary to worry about my daughters gifts and I would make sure I bring the other girls gifts to Jump America. So, Jump America is fun, but I wouldnt put too much faith into the staff, in particularly, the management.

Its run more like a boot camp. Not really sure why they have so many kids working there with attitudes and the need to act like trampoline police. I understand safety, but they go overboard here. The blue socks and wristband detectives ruined our experience. Blowing their whistle every ten seconds. We were in compliance, but my heart went out to a few people, including a mother who confided in me that she couldnt afford the mandatory blue sticky socks for herself and her son, so she just bought them for him. She couldnt jump ( for five seconds, literally) without a guy jumping down her neck. Naturally, I bought her some stupid socks. Then, I noticed them yelling at another dad for the same thing. All they were trying to do was bounce a couple times...BEFORE I KNEW IT, ALL I NOTICED WAS HOW ANY TIMES THEY RUDLEY INTERUPTED HARMLESS FUN. TIME AFTER TIME.Its not like they were stealing some diamonds, but the trampoline sheriffs seemed to think so. Control freaks, and annoying. Theyre lucky my daughter enjoyed herself, or I would have gave the little punks a lesson in respect and understanding.
