They are awesome. I have had the pleasure of using this company for over 2 years. They are helpful ALWAYS. The care taker we use has been with us for over 2 years and we think the world of her. Martha, The Synergy contact person, is always willing to help me no matter what. I highly recommend them.

When you are desperate for help and need to leave for work at 8:00 and the person shows up at 8 on the dot, never being at my home, what was I to do but then leave late!The next day NO ONE SHOWED UP! I had to call into work! As it is I was going to be gone 5 hours so I could work only 4, and at $27.00 and hour for ONLY companionship and safety (NO dishes, laundry, cooking, cleaning, etc.) I expect them to be even 5 minutes early to meet us, see what is needed, and show up!I found somewhere else!

I have been at Synergy home care for 2 months now and it is a great place to work, and a great place to call to get care for a family member, friend, or to refer someone to...we provide 24 hours service 7 days a week.. I would say overall I love working here and giving the companionship and care that our clients requires. You will not be disappointed.

Working with Synergy Home Care in Gurnee for almost 3 years has been a very positive experience. The caregivers were compassionate and skilled. Each one demonstrated sincere concern for the assisted living resident they were serving. Over that length of time, with them providing 24/7 care, there were 2 problems which were brought to my attention. At my request one caregiver in one situation was removed and one in a different situation was retained. The response from the owner and the manager to any question or need I had was prompt and efficient. Ruchir (the owner) and Martha (who managed the caregivers) were very easy to work with. I highly recommend Synergy Home Care for in-home or in-facility caregivers.

They provide great care for my dad. He lives up in Fox Lake and I live in Chicago so it’s very difficult for me to care for him. The caregivers come and they know what they are doing. I’d recommend Synergy 10 times out of 10.

If this is the company that has been taking care of my uncle who has frontal lobe dementia, I’m not sure how you call yourselves home health care. Changing diapers only once, sitting at tables doing nothing, wont do laundry or help with animals or help with anything. Just what change a diaper once and allow an older man to live in his own filth? I thought home health care was to assist with all things the elderly and sick can’t do on their own? Cooking, cleaning, laundry, eating? Do your workers just show up sit at a table collect money and leave? Completely disappointed in what I’ve heard so far... way to collect health care funds and not worry about the sick and elderly.

I have been with the company for about seven months . The company is helpful and compassionate to staff as well as the love ones we care for . I am proud to be part of this company thanks for bringing me on.
