Generally very good excellent quality. Reasonable price and fast. The only downside to one. The software keeps trying to upsell you on more products. Two. The keys have a lot of metal scruff on them, in the filing system that they have attached the kiosk is not very good at removing it

The key kiosk machine made a perfect copy and it works great. I wish the decorative key was made there instead being shipped.

I have made keys two times using KeyMe. Both times there was no issue with the keys, they worked perfectly. I will use them again.

It was my first time using the KeyMe machine to duplicate my front door key. It was easy to navigate plus there was a voice prompt to guide you through the process. I like the feature to choose your own custom key design. I was surprised to get a 3rd key free as well. Overall I enjoyed using this machine and I would use it again in future. By the way, this machine is located inside Menards in the door key section.

Called today at 9:32am and it’s 11:40 am right now and I still haven’t heard back from them. I had to call another company named Midwest Lockouts and they assisted me right away. Definitely not calling this number in an emergency again.

This is my 2nd time using key me. It is easy, convenient and stress free and cant go wrong with that prize
