First of all I got approved for a $1500 loan which I accepted and bought $1500 worth of furniture. I’m thinking I have to pay monthly payments until my $1500 is covered but come to find out they put me on a 38 month payment plan that will total over $4000 when I’m done. They literally added fees, taxes, and interest for future payments which totaled more than the furniture was worth. Since I couldn’t really do nothing about it because I signed a contract I said okay I will pay the $4000 off and never rent to own any furniture ever again at least not from them... I’m very fed up with them because today really put the icing on the cake. I’ve been paying my regular monthly payments of $155 for 8 months now. I’m a 23 year old mother and college student that’s almost finished with my schooling. It is now time for me to do my internship which is a graduation requirement for my school but since this isn’t a paid internship and it’s strictly for gaining experience in the medical field I would get no income from it but still had to put in time and commitment as if it were a real job so I had to reduce the hours at my part time job working as a delivery driver. So today I called acceptance now and asked them could they decrease my monthly payment because considering my situation... They basically told me no and if I don’t make the same payments they would come and take back the furniture. I feel that is really messed up in there behalf. Do not waste your money with them son of a ******* because anything can happen. It’s life and those people can care less about yours.

Worst customer service ever. Georgio is painful to listen to his horrible explanation of their rip off program. He cant find his words to save his life just repeatedly says well you know, well you know no Georgio we dont know why dont you learn some sales skills and tell us what we should know. They are even worse on the phone trying to get your payment and even hang up on you with out a thank you or have a nice day which is practically the law in Customer Service and sales. Im pretty sure this is an outreach program because there is no way a corporation interviewed and accepted applications from this ghetto bunch. Dont get me started on the large and in charge attitude of the so called manager ?

WORST EXPIRIENCE EVER BETWEEN ACCEPTANCE NOW AND VALUE CITY. AS A FINANCE COMPANY THEY DONT KNOW HOW MUCH TAXES THERE GOING TO CHARGE YOU? AND I HAVE NEVER HERD OF THAT. TO TOP IT OFF. THEY STILL KEEPED CHARGING ME INTEREST AFTER MY PAY OFF AMMOUNT.

Horrible service, unprofessional supervisors and the worst attitude! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! GURNEE SERVICE IS AWFUL!! I finished paying my furniture and they charged me all of the money, between them and value city they owed me 100 dollars and RAC supervisor at gurnee is acting like they are not responsible, so why are you having to refund me then? Its been three months and they are trying to bak make me feel bad for asking about my check!! Rude and horrible customer service, im gonna speak to whomever I need to about this. Im so fed up!
