DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.Ive been in business for a long time and with this company for about 15 years. It has been going great, however, for the past couple of years the services of the business has dropped. I am not sure if it is due to change in owners or management. They have doubled their prices and the way they conduct their business. Due to COVID and the rigouts that broke out the last year our business has dropped and we closed for the better part of a year. Just recently they paid me a visit to the restaurant without direct contact with me (which is how we usually schedule our appointment) and then they sent me an invoice with double of what they usually charge me. I have reached out to the manager and they said that they would call me back with a resolution, with no luck. Since I didnt hear from them, I have been calling at least once or twice a week with no luck. They have sent me to collections and they are not responding. I have finally switched the companies and the new company is so much better, more professional and I paid about %25 less than this company.

If you actually want your hoods cleaned, call any body else. My 3 year old will do a better job.........

Literally the worst experience Ive ever had as a customer (these guys make Congress look like the most productive, forthcoming group in history! This is also my 1st google review EVER). I paid $362 for a hood cleaning that all they literally did was wipe down the stainless steel on the OUTSIDE of the hood & literally didnt even touch the inside. The only reason I figured this out was because the fire marshal came in to do an inspection & opened up the hood system! So I reschedule to get the system actually cleaned.....attempt #2 the crew no shows. Then another two weeks go by so I ask what the deal is, come to find out my stores keys are in a truck on the way back to Minnesota (which no one told me about until I asked) so its going to be at least another week before someone could come out for attempt #3. At this point I just want my keys back & a refund.....so shocker....another two weeks goes by and I have neither! I dont think Averus could have cared any less about my business then they do/did, truly unbelievable!

One driver definitely is not afraid to drive aggressively and engage in power battles with motorists while driving the massive company vans. I saw one racing an ancient Ford Focus at 845 pm right past the Pleasant Prairie Police Department on Green Bay Road. The best part was that he felt the need to get within six inches of my bumper - despite my complete and utter disinterest in his antics. The plus side is that I visited the Averus website and I got to learn what this company does.
I been trying to get ahold of Joe Harvey to try and set a meeting with him or phone call but damn near impossible. My name is Javier cooper same number as always, if he can get ahold of me that would be great.
Did a lousy job at our business and though the bill was promptly paid, several months later we got a call threatening us with a collection agency. We now use a local business with much better results.
Horrible company to work for. Been trying to get my pay stubs and gps (which is what they use to keep track of our hours yet we have no access too, to at least see what we have) and have gotten nothing
Im always willing to give a business more than one chance. I dont make a final opinion from one or even two issues. No ones perfect. Today, however was the final straw. Perhaps management should put their staff through etiquette training on how to treat customers. YOUR customers. Literally turning your back on one while theyre standing in the rain is NOT okay! True Story everyone I love working with this company great pay everything was good me and a helper just got hired on October.14,2018 at the shelbyville,TN branch we went out there for a week to train in came back home to do are routes in the Louisiana, Mississippi area. We got home on the 19th of October in work all the way to October 31 October 31 around 630 my helper call me in said a big ball of smoke came from under the van take it to the mechanic in they said the engine lock up on the van we call are manager to let him know what was going on he said it was going to get take care of we called him everyday to see when we will be able to get back to work he never call us text us or anything we been out of work for 3week. i tried call head office never got to the person i need to to give us the answer of why are manager having call us or why we aint working i never had this happen to me before in this is sad to say but this aint a good job at all

EVERYTIME we get a job done by these guys which is an overnight job, we come back to our equipment dirty which they shouldnt even be around. They are there to clean the hood not to mess with our equipment. They dont ever cover anything the way it should be we find degreaser everywhere and also they leave our sink dirty. Obviously you might need the sink but at least clean up after yourself. Id give them 0 starts. Worse service ever everytime.

I wouldnt ever use AverUs again. They try to make you think youre obligated to use there service & when you dont theyll get your local fire department involved. DONT EVER CALL MY BUSINESS AGAIN GO TO HELL!
