Nice driver good price

Have used Reed for about 7 years to and from O’Hare airport twice a year. He has never but late, usually 10 to 15 minutes early, and is always cheerful and we have a wonderful conversation to the airport or on my return home.

I scheduled a cab for 6. I called at 6:15 and they said the cab was running late and wouldnt be there till 6:30, the dispatcher was extremely rude. The cab didnt show up till 6:45. I had to be at my destination by 7 and it was 30 minutes away. Will never use them again.

I had a very similar experience. My girlfriend lives out of state, and we had to get to the train station early so I thought I was being responsible calling the night before and setting up the taxi. I tried calling them from a hour out till the time they were suppose to be picking us up. No one every picked up the phone, and no taxi ever showed up.

I use them at least once a week, the two drivers I have had (Brian and George) are awesome. They are always on time and the most dependable cab company around here!

So unprofessional i just called and asked how much a ride would be and the guy i spoke with was so rude he said my ride wasnt important that i should call uber he said airport rides are more important

If I could this company zero stars I would. They blocked my number from both lines that have. I wasnt rude in any way. The cab was for my son from Six Flags. I ordered a cab the night before. So I called them from my house number then they picked up and lied saying that they didnt have any drivers. I can tell how he said it he knew I was the same person from the previous night. God dont like ugly may justice be served.

The owners of this company are extremely unprofessional. As I simply called to verify some information, I was told I was confused, and this was after the person on the phone admittedly explained he didnt have any information that would allow him to verify my order. I was then insulted as this man referred to me as lady after sharing my name several times prior. Finally I was told to stick it up my a&&. I would not recommend anyone to this company. I wouldnt let them transport my enemy to hell!

Used there online pickup for a 10:15 am pickup. Said that it the request was received and accepted. I waited and waited for them and finally at 10:25 called and got a voicemail recording. Ended up having to get a uber which I just should of done in the first place. This taxi company is the worst.

Waited for them over an hour never showed up had to call a Nother company they were here in 10 minutes very impressed with the other company very dissatisfied with this one never will call again

I read the 3 reviews on these guys and it sure seemed like a dependable company.........boy was I ever WRONG! I called 2 days in advance to make a reservation on 12/24/12 so I could get to the train and get home to see my family for Christmas Eve and they told me no problem. I called the day of to confirm an hour in advance and they said no problem they would be there. Not only did they not show up they never answered the phone or called me to tell me anything. I sat there stranded at my house with no way to make it to the train on time. Merry Christmas to me for trusting theses guys. Missed the train and got there Christmas day.DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS IF YOU NEED TO BE SOMEWHERE IT WILL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF YOUR LIFE!!!

By far the worst service provider (they are so bad comparing them only to other cab companies would not be sufficient ) in the gurnee areaI waited 1 and a half hours for a cab before I gave up and used another cab service. I called all star 40 min after my original request to ask them why it was taking so long, they gave me no answer but said they would call another cab and that it should arrive shortly (the same shamefully deceptive promise I got when I first called). 40 minutes later and still no cab.This clown-foolery and disgrace of a company caused me to arrive 2 hours late for work.This is also not the first time that I waited over an hour. Foolish of me to rely on them after suffering from their grossly inadequate service?--absolutely. I learned my lesson and hope this review will keep other people from detrimentally relying on this terrible company.Conclusion: Do not use All star cab Co. ( I just checked their review under round lake all star OMG, I shouldve known )

Need a cab home, said he was too far away. This is a company with only 1 cab?

All people they write bad review they think the taxi should be sitting on there parking lot this way only one way no another

I called for a cab 45 minutes ago nothing came, they will never have my business again.... only gave a one star because i couldnt give a zero
