This was the absolute worst company for car insurance I could have chose. Not only are the claim agents unresponsive but the overall hoops you have to jump through is awful. My car was stolen, on a Friday and recovered that night. I had to wait till Monday for anyone to even answer a phone or an email message. They also do not tell you what proof they need for your claim until the last minute and my personal belongings that were taken out of my trunk are a loss to my pockets. Never received any compensation for them. Lastly they did not cover even a fourth of my rental car costs. Would not recommend to anyone.

Due to COVID-19 I am not working right now. I am retired military so I have that income but it was not enough for all my bills so I have been needing to cut back on a lot things. I did shopping around with other insurance company’s for car, motorcycle, and home and found amazing deals with Allstate. I really didn’t want to change company’s. Both plans for everything were side by side alike and Geico worked with me to get my payments to what I needed. I’m paying 500$ less now for my homeowners and I am now getting more than what I had as well, with the car and motorcycle I am paying just about what Allstate was going to give me just a few dollars over but it was not enough for me to change my company’s and go though the Hassle. Along the way they gave me a few other ways to save a $ a month. I have been with them since about 2006 and I will continue to stay with them due to their great service with what I just went though and due to a great experience when I was in a automotive accident a while back. Never had any hassle from them. Thank you.

Changed my policy over to Geico about a month ago. Haven’t had any issues, Yolanda and Howard are great. Always cheerful, pleasant to work with and find solutions to my questions without “beating around the bush”. Thanks to you both!! Less headaches for me.

They dink your credit when getting quite

Awful Im never going through youre company for insurance again I was a valued customer for years and because of misfortune they go can cancel my policy on my became im and quote Im in their higher risk bracket so Im too much of a risk for them

Real Test will be when I need them. After 12+ years I switched from AAA, so obviously I experienced the best an Insurance company could offer. Fingers crossed only time would tell how GEICO delivers on its 24/7 bragging over media/advertisement.
