Be aware of trailerbridge company the have like a scam to sole you money i send a suv from jacksonville to puerto rico when i pick up the car they charge me $150 extra they stated the car dont turn on cause a dead battery and the had to make arrangements how it comes the battery is new and how turn on when i pick up and still working nobody gime explanation about it also try to reach customer service without any response

Fast check in for personal vehicles. Just follow the instructions to ship out your vehicle and youll be set. They do take a lunch break as 12pm to 1pm so take that into consideration. Friendly people

Why the counter service is lousy the people who attend there

They tell you to pay excise taxes at the Hacienda booth located in the booth on the side. You line up at the door of the Treasury. Then, after an hour and a half, a spoiled Treasury employee comes out asking what youre doing standing there. Then he tells you that you dont pay excise taxes there. Trailer Bridge and Hacienda are neighbors who do not speak to each other and are in trouble.

This man has a monopoly there, he abuses his power, the attention and terrible offices, I have a paid load but when wanting to pick it up they lost it weeks went by without an answer to this day nobody knows where my load went, this caused 10 employees to pass two weeks in their homes due to lack of materials that were found in the lost cargo.
