They do not answer the phone, period.

Go in circles for hours: call here...we dont do that, call there, and so it goes.

Tienen un servicio muy malo, esperaba más del gobierno federal, un tiempo extremo de espera en teléfono y en persona no te atienden. Tremenda logística se vive en PR hoy día, claro para salvaguardar la salud....y por supuesto el cobro $$$, eso no tarda en llegar...Dios nos ayude..
