Apparently there towels were dirty when they wiped the interior of my car down. Must have had a rock in the towel because the scratches over my gages are very deep. This was only my second time going, and my last!!! The car wash its self if fine, just do not have them vacuum or wipe down your interior. I had to clean my interior when I got home, dirty looking film all over everything.

Absolutely the worst experience I had since doing business with them. Sad because I’ve alway love taking my vehicle here. Will take my business elsewhere from now on.

I pay for a service every month but only use them about 3 times a month when I go seems like every one in front of me gets the full treatment but when I go through they barley Clean my windows tires or grill . The guys see me they see see the color of my skin and decide to give me a half job... This is not the first time. I wont continue to pay for a service if I cant get the same service as everyone else. MY MONEY SPENDS EVERYWHERE!!!!!!

Vacuum was strongest ever,top of line was left alot to be desired........

We had to drive our truck through the automatic car wash before it could be detailed. When we entered the car wash, all the trim was on the truck. After we drove through, we left it to get detailed. Upon returning, my son said the piece of trim on the drivers side door was missing. We reported it and sure enough it was found in the car wash. First the guy said a chunk was already missing, thats why it came off and second its an older truck. He said we could get 2 sided tape and put it back on. Yes, the truck is older, but it was in great condition and the trim was not broken before we entered the car wash. I didnt pay $35 to have the trim ripped off and run over. Not only did he not ever apologize, but never once offered a refund due to the damage. I dont expect them to fix it, just apologize and offer a refund. Great customer service goes a long way.

I love Magic Carwash in Groves the attendants are always very nice. Plus unlike the other new carwash that I wont name they have a free air gun to get all the nooks and crannies and they provide towels to dry your vehicle off. The Simple Wash is only $8 and worth it! The inside out I believe was $25 and they did and excellent job🥰 I recommend this place to everyone!

Very rushed service . I had the monthly plan and at first enjoyed it until the clean towels scratched my window to heck and back. Cancelling and going somewhere else. May seem like a small problem but didnt pay 35,000$ to have a 1$ towel scratch it because they dont know how to properly clean towels

Got a free wash from a card they sent me, so brought my car in and bingo, Bango, it is so clean it looks brand spanking new!

Waited for over 1+ for interior detail just to come inside my car and see a dusty dash board nothing was hardly wiped down still had spots with dirt on the carpet.

Definitely liked it better when they vacuumed, and wiped down your vehicle for you after spending $70 on an oil change.

The Mid County location is better. The area for drying is very uncomfortable. Too tight for large vehicles.Towels are too far from car drying areas.

I really do like this place. I utilize both locations. Friday I was waiting in line to get car washed when one of the workers barely brushed against my car. At first I freaked out, the managers came and immediately reassuring me all would be fine. And it was the small scratch was buffed out. Thanks guys.

I went to the business for the first time and spoke to an associate that gave me information about prices and services. I was quoted 29.95 a month for unlimited wash. I asked did that include drying and vacuum and was told yes. Went twice and was given that service but on the third I was told 29.95 was only for a wash. Thats highway robbery when you can get a wash, dry, wax and vacuum at another carwash which i wont name. Do not waste your money people, all they do is take your money and scratch your car..

Went to get a car wash and the car wash attendant just stared at me. I waited for him to come talk to me but he never did. I guess magic means lazy. I wish It would of never changed, the people before the upgrade were alot better. They made you feel like family. Dont waste your money.

I have been coming to this place for 14 years never had a real problem, since they remodeled and may have changed ownership, they are CROOKS, they double charged my debit card, didnt find out until the next day and they lie through their teeth about it, I bought $128.33 of services and they under handedly charged me $256.66 . Beware of this place and all of the magic wash CROOKS.

I should have paid for the least expensive wash because thats all I got. Its pretty bad when you open up the driver door and the driver mat is filthy. In fact it wasnt that dirty when I left it. When I brought it to the guys attention he blew me off. He made me very mad and I decided not to cause a scene and left. I wont be back!!!!

On Aug 10th around 10 am I got my wife’s car oil change done. We specifically told them the $50 oil change. They did a $90 oil change and used the history off the car from 2018 instead of my last oil change. I’ve been getting $50 oil changes for the last 10 months. And when we complained the managers got rude, hung up on us then disappeared and wouldn’t give us a complaint number. They are rude and disrespectful and always try to charge you for the expensive oil change. I do not recommend this place.

I absolutely love the way these folks care for my car! They always go the extra mile for my car with 230,000+ miles on it to keep it running great! Every oil change comes with a free Basic wash that is anything but! They have always done an amazing job cleaning my interior without stealing things from me, unlike other places in town. HIGHLY recommend!!

I absolutely do not recommend this place. I just left to get my car detailed with a wax job at 12:30pm and was turned away because they are too busy. This was my first and will be my last time coming here.

I want to give everyone a heads up about the Magic Carwash on 39th st. I dropped my car off Wednesday for an oil change, wash and wax. When I picked it up, I mistakenly didnt look close at the hood. Today, my husband asked what happened to the hood and showed me all the scratches and swirls which were not there prior to the wax job. We went to talk with the manager and he denied everything. He said the swirls were made from the motor getting hot. Just wanted to warn everyone about what happened. I spent alot of money on the detail and wax and, the pictures attached, is what I got.

I TOLD them my tool box wasnt tied down, to please remove it. They didnt. It went flying, opened and stuff flew everywhere.

Not So happy with the service I received. Paid for services I didnt get when I was told thats what I was getting before I paid. Tires were still dirty. Dirt inside the car when I paid for it to be cleaned on the inside and outside. I come here often and the time I decided to pay more I get screwed out of services I paid for and didnt get! I will not be back. For 19.99 I should of just washed my own car with the half done job I received. 🖓😡

Great service & they do a FANTASTIC job every time. I have 2 long haired dogs who shed more than you would think possible. Took them camping & BOOM. Fur seats & carpeting. These guys got every single hair out, I swear. Cannot find a single hair in my vehicle after they cleaned it up. Very attentative - they are very respectful when you give special instructions.Overall, five star experience. Highly recommend.

The man doing the interior detail of my husbands truck went on and on about how last time my husband brought his truck in that he gave the nastiest, greasiest handshake and how he had to immediately go wash his hands. I asked him if he ever thought maybe he put in a hard 12 hours of manual labor and didnt get time to wash his hands because he was rushing to get his truck clean so his tired aching body wouldnt have to, so he could get a few hours of sleep before he needed to go back to work. The man did not reply to my question. Instead he went on and on about how filthy the truck was. I asked the young man could that maybe be because he isnt able to do it himself and I dont always have time to do it for him. Then he asked to see my ticket so I could pay. I left angry and heart broken. I will never return to magic carwash.

Really quick..inside was great, outside they missed a rim and noticed I had spots all on the inside of my windows.

The people that work there are friendly and efficient but if you want the best detail job done ask for Larry Badeaux he thoroughly details your car just like he does his just go in and ask for Mr. Badeaux and he will gladly do anything you want done and if you look at his car then you will know what he can do!!!

Car wash is great but the oil change service is horrible. The lady changing the oil tries to charge you for anything she can. This does not happen before.
