Hunter and all the other staff including the driver that picked me up was beyond friendly! I drove 5 1/2 hours to donate a car to a really good friend and needed something to get home and they went over and beyond to get me in something I could not be more pleased with the service the quickness and the drive they where all fantastic I was also pleased they called and assured me to have me picked up by a driver and communicated with me! If I could give them a 10 star rating I would have!!! Outstanding job!!!! 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

Deposit is really High. at Groves,TX location..Avis is alot cheaper and better cars than Groves location. However staff is very friendly and fast.

This place gives Enterprise a bad name 100%I’ve been on hold for over 35 minutes to schedule them to come pick me up and no one answers so I drive up there and one person is outside and the other is inside and still no one is answering my call?Call the NEDERLAND location and they offer to help out Without a question!

This location is closed due to COVID and google still has it open. You can also book cars from this location and have to drive 5 miles to the other one. I also called and the person that answered said nothing about this location being closed.

Had to rent a car while mine was in shop. Called Enterprise and in two hours they picked me up. Took only 15 minutes and I was one the road in a very nice car. When I turned it back in the transaction took 5 minutes. I will always call Enterprise

Insurance reservation. They had what I needed when I needed it. Staff were courteous. Was in and out in 15 mins. Car was new and in good condition, but a little dirty on the outside and had no windshield washer fluid. Other than that, all good.

Enterprise is straight trash. I will no longer do business with Enterprise ever. I was involved in a car accident on the first week of March. I obtain a rental vehicle and I was rear ended by another car. I called the police and a report was made. I went the next day and got another vehicle. I was told that I had to pay a deductible and I gave them the police report number. They told me enterprise would take care of this issue. So a month goes by and I returned the second vehicle I received. Then in the mail I get a bill saying I had to pay $3000.00 for the damages to the vehicle. Im over thinking enterprise must have lost their damn mind thinking Im going to pay the damages some moron caused to their property. So I called them and they would not give me information about the claim because I am not the person that rented out the vehicle. So after hearing that. My patients has started to grow thinner and thinner. They I picked up the vehicle. I used my car for the deposit on the vehicle. I signed with my signature for the vehicle and they put the car in my fathers name and he had nothing to do with this. I had to get my father to call and give me authorization. So I finally got in contact an agent and they told me they havent got the police report. So I had to miss work again to go get the report and email it to them. Well then a week passes by and I get a call from my insurance saying that they need the police report and a copy of the rental agreement. So now I had to miss another day of work because I had to go get a rental agreement and to find out they cant give it to me because the rental is already closed off. Enterprise used to be families preffered location to obtain a vehicle but this is the absolute last time I will deal with them.

My insurance reserved me a car to rent and when I got there they said I had to call the enterprise in Beaumont on I-10 because it was reserved in Beaumont. Eventually i stepped outside and called Beaumont and they said I had to call the one in groves because it was reserved there and when I went inside I told them that and he proceeds to say I can come back on Monday and pick up a car because they didn’t have one ready. Furthermore I went on Monday morning and they said we needed to have a debit card named under the person who is renting the car so I went home. After a few hours have passed I went again and they proceeded to say they weren’t able To let us rent because it was under my brother name however I had my dad with me to pick it up because his name is in the insurance and he had a driver license and we even had a debit card. They were like we still can’t let you rent it my brother would have to come get it but that makes absolutely no sense because he is under 21 and you can’t get a rental car under 21. In conclusion this is the worst place ever and just a waste of time and gas because I went there 3 times in less than 3 days

Attempted to rent a car here through the website. On the day of pick up I called on my way there and was told we tried to call you yesterday, were sold out of cars no message left and no calls around the time they said they called. And I needed to drive out if time immediately after picking up the car. Never again!!

They dont answer the phone.. under staffed... and want to charge me $200 to return the car in Austin...

Walked in and was ignored by the gentleman behind the desk. Assumed that he must be busy with the other customers sitting in the office. Was never greeted. Then the guy walks out and just never came back in. We decided to leave several minutes later and he was outside helping some guy wash a car. Why would you do that if you have customers waiting to be helped?! I decided to take my business somewhere else.

Got a car with them when I got in a wreck. There were no issues,just in and out. No complaints here.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! HORRIBLE PLACE TO RENT A CAR. I had a reservation to rent a car for spring break Friday March 9th at 5 pm until March 19th Monday since OCTOBER 2017. I called the morning of Friday March 9th to ask if I could get a rental car earlier than planned. I was informed that there were no cars but that if I could pick up the rental early she could give me a call. I agreed and she took my number down and said she would call me if it was available early. Fast forward. I arrive at the location at 5 pm to pick up my rental only to be told that my reservation was cancelled to say that Enterprise should ONLY call me if they had an available car to rent. NEEDLESS to say i was livid. The idiot guy at the counter couldnt answer any questions. And the ding bat that cancelled the reservation was no where to be found. Luckily the Beaumont location could accommodate me...

Groves, TX location never have any compact vehicles or vehicles at all to rent. They always want to rent customers a DAMN minivan! Minivan are NOT gas economy to commute back and forth to work....smh 😤

Bad experience, the whole point of someone renting a vehicle is because they dont have another vehicle to move around, so they advantage of that &overcharge people for the rental, then when its time to return the vehicle you have to bring it there exactly atvthe time they tell you or they charge you one more day,In my case if i didnt bring it back by 11 am they are gonna charge me one extra day, the guy was rude and very helpful, .

Made a reservation for 1pm and requested they be on time. At 1:20, I called several times only to be put on hold each time. After 4 calls, finally got a hold of someone who would talk to me. He informed me that they had no car for me and that I could wait in their office until one became available!! No one even bothered to call me and tell me that my reservation would not be honored! Corporate customer who will NEVER use Enterprise again. Left at the curve ...

Very uncomfortable car. As an corporate renter this location has taken a step back. Car wasn’t very clean and washer fluid was empty which makes it difficult when weather is rainy. May swap rental companies to another that takes care of their frequent renters.

First time I rented at the place, the car they gave me felt very unsafe. I felt the car shook as Im driving the whole time.Second time I rented at the place, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and also it was very cheap. What else can happen right? Well the tires were bad! Like really!?? I never wanted to rent there againAnd lastly, my fiancé accidentally rented at the same damn place. He saw the cheap price and went there! I really didnt want to come here but it was already last min! So as we are trying to get our car, with ALL the information that was necessary such as insurance card, ID and proof that our name was under our insurance the lady said it seem sketchy. She need more proof. Eventually she said okay have the person in the car come in and witness and prove you are who you say you are. Did I mention they even called the insurance company. And they said yes we are covered and they can go ahead and cover the rental under us. But no she said she needed more? What more does she need?? Eventually my fiancé got fed up and said forget it and he want to cancel in a very nice way and she ROLLED her eyes at us! Apparently she was the manager so she acted like the queen of cars. Come on now. What kind of customer service is that. Trust me guys yall would want to pay extra for the respect and dignity. You pay for what you get. Im clearance shopper and a coupon person and I would definitely not go back there even if its cheap!I eventually went to hertz and they gave me awesome service and was also very fair with the price. They even gave me extra stuff cause enterprise was horrible to us. Do yourself a favor and dont come here!

I recommend the office that is in Groves, not the one in Orange, they do not have car availability until the next day of the rental, at least, it was our experience, but as a recommendation, they should improve the quality of the cars.
