I had a large steel staircase that needed to be relocated. These were the only guys that could help. On time, professional and a decent price. Just because its not a vehicle, dont think you cant get it moved. Get ahold of this company and theyll take care of it.

I just caught a tow truck from this company and its drivers attempting to steal my truck. They were positioning to hook up to my truck as I was coming out of Walmart in Arroyo grande. When they seen walking up to the truck they pulled off real quick. Not the first time Ive seen a shady company like this one steal a truck or in this case make an attempt.

I want to make this clear thats a negative 1 rating youre better off broke down in Compton than to call a wrecker from this company. I had called for a tow he came and tried changing the tire. I told him that I needed a tow he said no and left me stranded until 330 am. I have never seen a piece of $%&* driver of a towing company be so mislead in his life that he feels like a big bad man by belittling women. He said his name was Mike . If thats true I hope this company understands I made a complaint to the BBB. Also I have contacted my insurance company to tell them to drop the contract with them. They have agreed to stop using them. Especially since they called them and got a chick that told them no they dont do after hours towing but I guess they really arent a tow company they are just a driving box of harassment for civilized people looking for help. This company deserves nothing but bad ratings and a white flag for surrender . I need to say one more thing . He said he was there to change a tire. He didnt even have a tool. Claims he lost them. What a good company. No one use them unless they are looking for humiliation and an uncomfortable feeling in your soul.

Its NOT OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY!!they can pick up cars 24 hours a day BUT you cant get cars out ... Idk what time they close because it says open 24 hours a day... Yall need to update this ... Misleading. Also I called to ask if I need a government approval paper to get my car out or if I can just take it out without one and they didnt know !!! SMFH.

Its a tow yard. And the place is a dump. And they wouldnt negotiate because they didnt own the business but found out that was a lie.
