I spoke with Eric W on the phone, discussed my needs and sent the requested information to him via email the beginning of January and was told I would receive an estimate with in one week. After a month I contacted Eric again via email and was told he was looking into it and he wasnt sure why his guy did not get back with me. Three days later I received an email from Eric to inform me that he would not be looking at the project, needless to say I was confused as to why a company would do this to a customer after promising for over a month to do something. I responded and shared my displeasure with the way my request was handled and was immediately contacted via phone by the estimator John P who told me that he would have the estimate to me by the end of the week, well that was over 2 weeks ago and guess what no estimate! This company came recommended by Drexel Metals who I will also share my experience with and I wanted to share with anyone that might be looking to use Martin Painting & Coating Company, BEWARE!! if they cant get you an estimate in a timely manner what does that say about how they will preform your project. Promises only get you so far in life.
