The crew, Anthony, Tim, Brian, Tyler, & Franco, were fantastic! They worked so well together. They moved so quickly, each knowing exactly what to do. From the moment they started, they did not stop, and had our very large patio finished in just 3 hours! They were very polite and professional. Thanks guys, we love our patio!!!!

Scheduled to come out and compete the job on 3 different occasions. Each time they did not show up and did not call prior to give a reason why they weren’t showing up. This was for a pool house, so 3 times we emptied the pool house anticipating them to show and they never did.They have a sales team who will collect a deposit and promise quick work, but not enough workforce to actually complete the jobs.

2019. After the firI had the company put down nature Stone on my porch in Oct. of st year I was to get the first sealant done at no charge. I called in late august or Sept. 2020 and scheduled an appt for that same month. The day of the appt came and mid afternoon I called to see if they were still coming out. She said the installer was to have called me and tell me they would have to reschedule. I received no call. when he did call I agreed to reschedule the appt. I did that and received a call I believe the day before that due to possible rain they could not come out. I received no call at all from them in the next couple weeks and I continue to wait but once it got cold I knew it would have to wait. I thought surely in 2021 once the weather broke I would get a call. No call as of 9/27/21 so I called the Urbancrest # I found on the internet so I called a number in North Columbus. I had to leave a message yesterday for a call back and as of 1:30 pm on 9/28/21 still no call. I really like the product but their follow up service is terrible!Roger Clark Ashville,OhioLET ME BE FAIR--THE DAY I POSTED THIS I GOT A CALL ASKING IF THEY COULD COME OUT TOMORROW {MEANING TODAY] TO SEAL MY PORCH. OF COURSE I SAID YES AND I RECEIVED A CALL ABOUT 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE APPLICATOR WAS TO BE HERE. HE WAS HERE IN ABOUT 20 TO 25 MINUTES AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD AND HE THEN SEALED MY PORCH. HE WAS VERY CONSIDERATE AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND THEN DID THE SEALING. IN THIS INSTANCE THEY ADDRESSED THE PROBLEM RIGHT THEN AND DID A FINE JOB.

I had a smooth experience with having an estimate given by Matt and a great experience with Rick and Cody applying the product to my garage floor. On both ends, I enjoyed working with each person. I cant give a 5 star rating because of company responsiveness. It takes a lot of time to talk to someone in the office. They were so busy when the men finished the job that they couldnt call in my payment. I had to call later myself.

We had Nature Stone install a garage floor. We are so please with the finished product. We hate to move stuff back into the garage! They also wrapped the two steps leading into the house. The installers were Dustin Doug and Rob. They explained everything to us as they worked. They explained the process and also the care of the flooring and the warranty on the product. The weather was so hot and humid, we felt sorry for them but they never stopped working. These gentlemen were so hard working, professional and mannerly. We actually give them a TEN STAR rating!!

Got the date I was promised and time...no delays...installers Rick,Cody and Jesse were so polite and answered all my questions..were so neat and tidy with install and fast! We had Nature Stone resurface our garage floor this week, and are very happy with the results. Shout out to our installers Cole and Dustin, they did an excellent job. I plan on leaving a very in-depth review because I couldnt find a very thorough review online and think there should be one.I gave them a 4 star because their customer support aka the office was lacking.The installers, Tyler, Dustin & Doug were on time, professional, and gave me more information than the office did for just about everything. They went over everything with me and ensured I knew how to maintain it. Im happy the installers took such pride in the work. 5 stars for the install!The saleswoman, Christina was great to work with, and she was very personable. She was informative, helpful and worked diligently to get me the install date I requested for, I also think she did work with me on pricing.As a salesman myself, I dont like the approach nature stone takes for pricing/sales. They quote you very high, and discount you down and use pressure tactics for the purchase. Example - purchase today and you save 15%. High volume discount 10% (its only a 2 car garage). They quoted ~8500, and we worked out to ~4500. Its a little more expensive, but I will say it looks fantastic. The installers really did a good job and took their time. The time for the appointment was like an hour, and for all other epoxy quotes it only took like 15 minutes.Complaints -I lost the sales # and I called the office and they refused to give me her number, after telling them to cancel my installation because they wont help me get ahold of the sales lady that I just spent thousands of dollars with, she talked to her manager and gave me the number. This kindve bothered me. As a salesman, I would be pretty upset if the office didnt give my client my number.Additionally, I called the office to get the install time (the afternoon before the day of the installation) and they said she has no idea, that only the installers know and that they wont call me until the morning. This bothered me as it made it very difficult to plan my day. I think there could be some improvement there.I will update this review If for any reason theres an issue getting the free first topcoat maintenance, any issues with the quality or anything like that.Overall, major improvement. Luxurious looking floor and I feel as though it will last a long time. Again, if it doesnt hold up I will definitely check back and leave this information.

Rick and Cody were friendly, knowledgeable, and very considerate of our deck. They explained what they were doing and why. They left us cleaning solution and matching stone for emergencies.we were very pleased with the product and the service!

We love our new garage floor! My husband had taken a pretty bad fall on our old cement floor and now we feel safer plus it is beautiful!

We scheduled an appointment online for 4/23 - when the date and time arrived no one showed. We called, they said they left a voicemail and are currently scheduling for 7/2021. No voicemail received and while they had our email address, no correspondence. No outdoor appointments are being scheduled in person till 8/2021according to the young lady that answered the phone. Very disappointing - the online scheduler is still setting appointments for 4/2021 but the company is unable to meet that commitment.

Although late getting to Trotwood from Columbus and many companies have problems finding our house. Once started Rick & Cody got right to work and within 90 minutes our 171 sq ft patio was covered with the Small Arkansas floor. They answered all our questions and made suggestions on care and maintenance. They were very personable young men and my wife appreciated their candor.

Very nice result; major improvement over plain concrete garage floor. Rick Manns and Cody Compton were courteous and outstanding with the installation. Looking forward to having the front stoop finished in the spring.

Cole, Dustin and Alexander just put a new Nature Stone floor in my basement. They did a great job and did it efficiently. The Erie Stone brightened up my basement.

Placed around pool. Cannot get epoxy now. Had to use utathane last year.did not look or last through summer. If I did over again I would not have done it. I would have just put down cement

Worst customer service ever. Need a repair to my floor, called 4 times to get someone to come out and estimate. Finally came out but never sent estimate. A year later Im still trying to get an estimate. Do not deal with these people-it will only cause you grief. The floor is overpriced anyway.

I am so disappointed in this company. There is no service after sale. I have called three times in August to get somebody out to reseal our patio and garage. They were to be here this morning a 8 am, and no call or representation. We have spent over $10,000.00. The customer service reps are so rude and arrogant. They act as though they are doing me a favor by taking or returning my phone call. I due battle every year to get service. I am reporting to the Better Business Bureau and talking to my attorney.

James & Tim had excellent advise to maintain the floor in the garage as well as the other Nature Stone flooring in my basement. Great Job, a great investment. Thank You!!!!

I had NatureStone installed last week in my basement and it turned out better than I expected. I want to give a shout out to the installers - Cole and Dustin. They showed up on time, did fantastic work and had the job completed in just a few hours. I wish I had done this years ago.

Aaron, Cole, and Dustin did a fabulous job. On time and very professional. Kept area clean and were careful with our property and landscaping during installation.

Unfortunately, I feel like I’m placed in a position wherein I have to post how our situation is being handled. My wife and I have encountered some fairly serious medical issues for her over the last few weeks and just this past week, my daughter was involved in the mass causality bus accident in PA. With my wife undergoing surgery within the next two weeks, we were placed in the unfortunate situation of having to cancel the installation of our flooring.Upon reaching out to our sales rep, I was informed that I would need to follow up with the office in order to cancel. I did and spoke with the office manager who asked what the situation was that was causing us to cancel, after informing her in detail of my wife’s medical issues, the office manager stated that we still have a “legal binding contract” and that I would have to send in a letter stating that I wished to cancel along with a doctors statement addressing why; at which point they would forward to their legal department for a determination as to whether or not we would receive our deposit back. I truly don’t feel that I should have to medically disclose that extent of her cancer or my daughters injuries and believe it’s illegal for them to force us to do so in order to receive more than $2000 dollars back that they are holding as a deposit. I will never recommend them and will be seeking legal advice immediately.*Update 1/15/2020Im editing my former review to 3 stars. In follow up, Mr. Papa reached out to me (actually emailed prior to my review) to state that he had received my request to cancel along with the decision of the company to do so, and at what cost. In reply, I took the time to detail my experience so far with the office and within minutes Mr. Papa replied with his apologies to the situation and asked that I work with him in attempt to resolve the situation.I do appreciate the time he took when he saw an immediate concern with a client. We all know not all businesses have employees that will take that time or care in what they do. Thank you Mr. Papa.

I had nature stone installed on my front walk at the end of September to cover the original walk that was put in in 1955. Very pleased so far because the other one had sunk so low I had a lake on the front walk. Just recently had trick-or-treat and got more compliments on my walk then the candy that I passed out. Thank you. They did have to come back a couple of times but did what they said every time they were here

My friend has this on patio and front too. They give him this milkie stuff to rill on. Never gives him enough to do floors and walk way right. He put to down and doesnt even look like he put on. He would need 2 gallon to really seal this stuff. Sad they took this mans money for th iui s bad flooring.

I was pleased with the sales rep, Brad Hill, when he visited my home and explained how the process worked and showed me examples of the different types of stones. On the date of installation, 4 installers arrived and completed my 2 1/2 car garage in half a day. They were punctual and very professional; I was extremely pleased with the results. They were cordial and answered the few questions I had about the job. I would recommend Nature Stone and the Columbus, Ohio office to anyone wanting to have this type of flooring installed. Just a note, when a business has good employees they should pay them accordingly; I hope these gentlemen all receive good raises next time raises are handed out. Thanks again!Charlene J

They do a great job selling your their product. However, when issues and problems arise good luck getting them to do what they gave you a warranty on. I would not recomend them to anyone.

Im an installer for them and its a really cool place to work. I havent had any problems with any job my crew has done and i hear from a lot of the other customers that they are more than satisfied

I just love my Nature Stone garage floor It has really improved the looks of my garage and it is so easy to keep clean.

We have spent at least $15,000 with Nature Stone in 2 houses over 20 years. At the second home the installers laid the stone over the glue from pulled up indoor outdoor carpet. I questioned the longevity of he installation and about 15 years later it had to be pulled and new installed (glue turned to powder and flooring came loose from concrete), unfortunately at our expense. Last June, 2018 I called to get an appointment for a new coating of epoxy on our patio, front entrance and garage. I got an October, 2018 date and it was too cold to roll it. I called last winter to get a spring date and received a 20 May 2019 appointment. It rained so they came on 28 May 2019 and rolled the garage excepting the threshold because of the threat of rain. Since then I have been in contact with Nature Stone to get the patio, front entrance and garage threshold rolled. After a couple of attempts to have it rolled by Nature Stone and with rain cancelled appointments I foolishly drove to Grove City to pick up epoxy and do the job myself. Big mistake! It has been nearly a month and the epoxy has not dried. Thursday 11 July 2019 I was told that a gallon of urethane would be sent and I could roll the patio, front entrance and garage threshold with the new product. It has still not arrived. Calls to corporate have failed. Calls to grove city have failed. I feel that Russels Promise is very hollow and I am being ignored/disrespected. This morning, 25 July, our condo association sealed the roads and driveways. This leaves us no exit because the Nature Stone is still wet and sticky. My 75 year old wife and grandson had to climb out of a window to go to an appointment this morning.I have since been contacted by Nature Stone and I made a mistake in the mixing. They have since sent me new epoxy mix and I will roll it properly. Thank you Nature Stone.

Had Nature Stone installed on my pool deck about 4 years ago. Price around $7,000 dollars. Installed in one afternoon. The installation went fine, had a couple small areas that had trowel marks. Not a big issue. Part of our package included a free reseal of the product the following year.When they resealed the following year large areas turned white after drying. My wife called five times, they finally returned. We were told the batch of material used must have been defective. End of story. No attempt to repair or remedy. After a dozen phone calls we just gave up.We took several quotes on this project, Nature Stone was twice as expensive as the next quote. We chose Nature Stone thinking the Peace of Mind would be worth the extra money, not so.This year I orderd topcoat and a repair kit. Is has been 3 plus weeks and I have still not recieved my order. Each time I call I am told should be in end of the week. They did however manage to double bill my credit card. Would not recommend this company.

I scheduled an appointment online for an in-home cost estimate. The day prior to the appointment, Nature Stone called to confirm the appointment time and I expected to meet a representative at 11 AM on 11/28/2018. By 11:30 AM nobody from Nature Stone had arrived or attempted to contact me.

They charged us big bucks and did a nice job, except they trashed our stairway and our kitchen floor and left a mess in our garage. Seemed responsive at first, but contracted a carpet layer to fix the carpet on the stair, who did not show after I took a day off work. Then it became MY PROBLEM to find someone to fix it because he was too busy. Dont hire this company.

Absolutely beautiful garage floor that was just installed. I have nothing but great things to say about the sales representatuve and the install team.They were quick to communicate all aspects of the process from pricing to installation and everything in between.I immediately noticed the insulating properties of the flooring when i opened the door to the garage and was blown away by the look,feel, and crafstmanship of the priduct.Ignore the negative reviews out there, some people you just cant please, look at our government - lolGreat job Nature Stone. Horrible product, horrible install, company could care less about customers. Their product might look good at first but then you will realize that they damaged your house around it.Added 3/6/19Nature stone contacted me via Facebook. Initially they acted like they cared then went dark on me. Only solidifying their quest to treat their customers like garbage.Added 6/26/19If you would like to call having their product fall into the pool and glue itself to the liner possible damage go right ahead. Needless to say my parent were stuck with a partial bill from the pool company. Dont know about you but when a company comes in to perform a service and they break something they should cover 100% of the damage not 75%. Oh well though lesson learned, hopefully this review will keep others from making the same mistake and trusting their home to nature stone.

We had Nature Stone put in on Sept. 16, 2016---we have not been able to get anyone from the company to come out and check the floor. It is uneven and the furniture has to be level with boards and even with the boards the furniture is not level. We paid cash for the job and at least someone should care about our complains.
