We have a very large old factory down here on the south side. It is a beast to inspect, but Silco is always sure to send a representative who has been in before so he doesnt need to be retrained on the ins & outs of the building. Garrett & Thomas came out today and did a great job. We love how self-sufficient they are-- we can keep working while they are doing their thing. Silco is our preferred vendor for all things life safety related. Thomas Cooper is an asset to your team. He has come out to our property on several occasions and is always friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He even came out at midnight one night and stayed for hours until we could figure our the device causing issues! Now that is dedication.

Thomas Cooper did a fantastic job fixing our leak in our dry system. He was very polite and had a great personality. He explained the process and showed me the pictures of what he had done.

We hired Silco Fire to come to our location after receiving our annual inspection by the fire marshal. Silco sent a rep out who walked with me through our 3 buildings and explained what they needed to correct.Zac Colvin and Trace Ruff arrived a few days later and did a fantastic job. They were extremely professional and communicated everything they did at the end. They conformed 100% to our safety requirements not only our standard stuff but also to the Covid-19 protocol. When done everything was sanitized and cleaned up. They went above and beyond what I expected. They will be called back for our annual inspections from now on. Great job.

Silco Fire has been inspecting our building for many years. Heath is great. He is always in a pleasant mood and is happy to answer all of the 50 questions I always ask him. Being new to building maintenance, Heath has been especially helpful in guiding me on the details of our sprinkler system, fire pump, dry system and backflows. Silco is always on time; generally notifying me of needed inspections before it comes up on my radar. Thanks to their service, quality, and kindness, I recommend them 100%.

On May 31, my condo sustained water damage from a failing cast-iron connection to the sprinkler system in the ceiling. Mr. Zac Colvin was the Silco technician assigned to the repair, and he executed the entire process impressively well. He made a timely arrival, with a professional introduction and immediately got to work on his investigation of what was wrong. He walked me through the details of what he found to be wrong, and he informatively responded to any and all of my questions. As a condo owner, who has experienced similar damage in the same location in the past, I just wanted to clearly understand what was going on, and Zac was always courteous, flexible and understanding of my perspective, throughout the repair process. Furthermore, Zac remained courteous and flexible with any additional questions that I had, after the job was completed. He was never rushed and never seemed strained by the questions or concerns that I was presenting, as the homeowner. I was very impressed by his understanding of my perspective, and I genuinely appreciated his friendly demeanor, throughout the entire repair process. Zacs work presents a fine example of the Silco brand and anyone else in the industry to follow.
