After moving around a lot, my son fell behind in school. He started attending Sylvan and absolutely loves it! He actually gets up and looks forward to going and learning and is excited about what he is learning. Makes my heart happy that he is gaining confidence, having fun and looking forward to going to school.

My son has been attending Sylvan for 4 months. He was lacking confidence in math and other areas in school. His confidence has returned because of the tutoring hes received from Sylvan. He looks forward to tutoring and enjoys the small learning environment. The homework help has been amazing for me! :)

My daughter has always struggled with her confidence in school, especially during tests. Since coming to Sylvan she has made the 4.0 honor roll for the first time ever.

What a joke, couldnt tell you about actuall service and if my daughter made improvements in reading because a assesment I paid for two months ago was never done. They get all your info make you pay the $100 assesment fee to schedule then call you back telling you that location doesnt do assesments but you can go to dublin on a sat 3 weeks later just to show up there early that morning to be told your daughters not scheduled there and they dont do assesments to call the lewis center location which also didnt have her either but that they would look into it and call us back never did. Then someone from new albany will call saying your daughter missed her assesment ( this location is almost a hr away). I have requested a refund several times from the location by phone and email also the corporate office as well and still havent gotten a refund. Please dont waste your time here take it from me and my very bad experience and stay far away. There is better and more honest places out there. Its terrible that companys like this are out there.

Big rip off still charging me interest and my kids are grown . What a shame dont waste your time . They are no longer located in Mansfield.
