I blew a tire on the interstate and thankfully we pulled into their parking lot. They were gracious enough to give us a hand. I don’t know what we would of done.

I worked here full time for a few months. Some things came up, and I had to leave, but I couldn’t stay away! I still dispatch part time because this wonderful company helps so many people, and is so good at all they do! All of the drivers and technicians are so kind and always do an amazing job. All of the office staff and corporate staff are very kind and understanding people, and are always willing to help where they can. If you ever need a tow or roadside service, please call! One call truly does it all.

Too expensive and I used to work for them. Got it done for almost half of what they wanted. Im not being a disgruntled ex employee either. I have nothing personal against Mike or World Truck. You are just too expensive. I had it done for about 50 percent less and with just as good equipment. I was towed in by a International Lonestar Harley Davidson edition just like yours. You are just too expensive. Dont get your shorts in a knot, thats just the way it is.

Driver went above and beyond to help me out when roadside assistance for my vehicle did not handle the situation properly. Very professional and courteous.

This company was contacted through Tesla service to replace a flat tire with a loaner wheel. My wheel was then delivered to a service center for replacement. I was amazed that this could even be done. Saved me from having to tow the car to a tire place. The woman I spoke to at World Truck was delightful. Helpful and positive.

Started out just having issues with a couple marker lights, by the next day I had no lights anywhere on my trailer. I had tried everything I could do fix them on the side of the road. I had stopped at several places along my route and couldn’t get any assistance anywhere. Dropped the load off of my trailer and had several hours before I would be reloading so I started searching for someone that could fix my issue. Found the info for World Truck Towing and Recovery on google. I called and was told to come on in and they would look it over. The mechanic Jeff W. Was great. I had several different wiring issues. He was quick, super efficient, and the price was good. Thank you.

This was scheduled through Tesla’s tire swap program. They showed up on a Sunday afternoon were professional and had me ready to go in 10 minutes. They were awesome.

Worst service and owner/staff attitude I have seen in the industry.Had trucks towed many times across the US along the years but never had I ever been mistreated and overcharged like Wold Truck did.Had one of our units towed fro 9 miles from a truck stop to their yard(after a police impound)Arrangements were made with Wold Truck and they were notified that I will be flying next morning to pick up our unit.Arrived in Columbus next morning to go pick up my truck.After at least 10 phone calls and 2 hrs in-front of their closed gates they finally told me that for safety reasons they need to send 2 employees to open the gate and they dont have 2 employees available to send on Sunday.Bill at this point was ~2600$(that is to toll a running truck for 9 miles and keep it at their yard for a night,mind you truck wasnt even in a ditch or in need of any kind of special service,an employee of ours just decided to steal company equipment and was captured by police and tractor unit with empty trailer was towed)However they did not allow me to take my truck that day so next day I had to get Columbus police department involved so I can go to their premises as they felt that I was too aggressive and sent me an email that I am not allowed at their property.Very convenient for them to play their little games and drag on releasing the equipment them as the bill went from 2600$ to 3983$ overnight.I was also denied any other payment options than cash so for my safety one of the police officers had to give me a ride to the bank where I could do the 4000$ cash withdraw(what century are we in?).If I were you I would twice before using their services.In my opinion they are over priced,rude,unprofessional that goes both for staff and the owner Mike that doesnt even show up in person to try and resolve issues but hides behind a telephone line and acts like he doesnt want to hear what you have to say.All he kept repeating was cash only.Beware of their rates,do your research first.Their 24/7 service also doesnt mean they are open 24/7,you may end up paying additional storage if your towing falls on the weekend.Worst experience ever,would not recommend.

Amazing people!!!Got into a pretty messy situation after my Qualcomm steered me wrong. Ended up on the grass shoulder and my trailer, 48,000lbs loaded, decided to keep going. I had a 1 1/2 inch gap between my fifth wheel and skid plate, I thought for sure my entire rig was going to flip. But nope! Brook hooked me up and pulled my heavy butt out of that shoulder no problem. I am SO impressed with his work I’ll recommend them to anyone

Do not use this business!Our vehicles were towed on a Friday night. At 9am the next morning, I called for the information and was told I could not get any vehicles released until Tuesday because of the weekend and the Labor Day holiday on Monday.I informed them that they could not legally hold our vehicles for 3 days, but the person answering the phone said she had worked there for years and thats always how it had been.After doing some research on the Ohio Revised Code and consulting with a friend who operates another tow company, I found that they cannot in fact hold our vehicles but could charge up to $150 for a release out of normal business hours. I called the Terminal Manager Brooks Huber to figure out how we can get our vehicles released that day. He said they were closed, but he could see what he could do. I asked if they would tow to another location that was open to process our release and he said they were pretty backed up and it might not be that day. I asked to be added to that list and for him to make the call to see if someone would be available. He called me back about 2 hours later to say someone would be coming to release our vehicles.If I had not pushed back that they cannot hold our vehicles and called a manager, we would have been left without vehicles and paid a daily storage fee for 3 days. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE. If ORC dictates that vehicles must be released outside of business hours if there is no hold, and the owner is capable of providing the required documents to get the vehicle released, this company should not be practicing business in any other way. These would deem the storage charges fraudulent if the are advising vehicle owners inaccurate information.How many other people have waited, been inconvenienced, and paid unnecessary storage fees because they were told invalid information by this company? If you cannot release vehicles due to staffing, you should not be towing vehicles. They were open to tow vehicles, but not to release vehicles.This business should provide accurate information to the owners of the vehicles that they have in their possession and to operate as outlined in the Ohio Revised Code.

This was the best tow I have gotten. My tow operator was very professional, and was able to easily able to get a harder job done right. The angle and slop the vehicle was in had to have been difficult, but it was done very quickly and safely.

The drivers dont get out of the trucks to check youre cars sticker they just pull up and tow away my car has been towed twice the sticker in the window both Times the 1st time I got my car back free the second time even tho my sticker was in the window the driver said he couldnt see it and they Swindled me out of 80$ they are tipoff artists that do a terrible job and take advantage of ppl

Had a flat tire on 33 on a Sunday afternoon and it was fixed and replaced in one hour and 20 minutes, and mind you they had to go pick up a tire and wheel to replace it with from Tesla.. Great job!!!

Quality and Professionalism was only some of it. Another thing that I really liked besides the attitude of the technician was that when he arrived, the problem with air leak was no longer apparent. What I liked and appreciated was how he wanted to completely and thoroughly check everything out and correct anything that couldve caused it or would lead to it reoccurring.

Called on Christmas Eve late around 10PM to have my moms car towed - she busted a tire earlier that day. They arrived within an hour. When the guy (wish I remembered his name he was super nice and professional) came out he said do you have a spare I can just change your tire that would be a lot cheaper. He was honest!!! Hard to come by these days. There were no hidden fees gas charges etc. Hopefully I will never have to contact them again but I certainly will if I have to. I honestly cant praise them enough.

Had a rear flat on my Tesla Model X while on a road trip from St. Louis to NYC.3 clicks on the Tesla App and all info was sent to World Truck Towing including GPS location and All I go about the car and contact info. Got multiple texts updating me of the status.Took about 2 hours but that was because they traveled about 49 miles to my location and they were in the middle of a accident cleanup.A tow truck was dispatched with a FULL SIZE loaner tire and once they arrived I was on my way within 5 min.Very friendly and professional staff!!!

Sent a truck to the wrong city and then still took well over an hour to dispatch someone to the correct location. 4+ hours from time of call to getting my car towed. The poor truck operator also spent forever sitting out in the cold trying to get my payment processed; apparently there was an ongoing issue with getting the city of my tow correct. Look elsewhere.

The man that did the service was fantastic, quick and friendly it was an extremely dark night dangerous spot police had to come guard car from trucks hitting us and him . I can’t thank him enough . Tesla though needs to hire more staff for shorter wait times that was not acceptable

Nothing but great things to say. I called on a Sunday night at 7:15PM, and the closest auto store—which is where i ultimately wanted to end up— closed at 9PM; The dispatch understood the situation and by around 7:50 or 8PM a truck was at my location and, by quarter after 8 PM, I was at the auto store and able to replace the battery. I honestly was just going down a list on google of towing companies in the area to call, and the first 3 or 4 companies i called prior to World Truck Towing said they would be at least 2 hours before a truck could get to my location. Then i called World Truck and, again, dispatch completely understood my situation and explained how they would be able to get a tow truck to me within the hour after i called. James was the driver that night and was extremely quick in hooking up my truck, very professional, and extremely kind. He, along with whoever I had spoken with on the phone through their dispatch were very compassionate and very genuine. If i ever end up in a situation where I need a tow, or need to recommend a company, World Truck Towing will be at the top of the list.

Had to have a semi towed from Lancaster to Columbus. Dispatch was polite and kind and the driver was cool too. It took a bit longer than expected for them to get out to me, but that happens from time to time in that industry. Once on site I was hooked and on my way in about 15 minutes. All in all: good experience 👍🏾

Had a fuel issue came and towed us to their shop good people offered to drop us off at a hotel it was Sunday when this happened we got it running the only thing that I we dont like is where we were at they had to tow truck and trailer separate the tow truck drivers were supper great the gentleman who put our drive shaft on was great even made sure there were no bad code will use them again ( put drive shaft back on because had to be towed forward) recommend this place

Got changed two hours for a 7min commute

One call really does do it all! Both (yes, both) of my flat tires were fixed within 45 minutes of my initial phone call. World Truck provided top notch customer service and made me feel like I was family. Highly recommend!

May have just needed help changing a tire because of sticky lug nuts but the they came quick. Got thr job done and everything went grear.

I had my van towed because I blown a tire on 270 heading home from work on Memorial Day. The Tow Driver hooked my Van the wrong direction and pulled it breaking my transmission. Mr. Huber came out and confirmed transmission was messed up due to his tow driver hooking up the wrong end of my van. I was told to get an estimate and World Trucking would pay for it. I did just that and the mechanic bill was $3,220 and they started right away. 7 days goes by and van is finished, I inform Mr. Huber(manager) and he doesn’t respond for 4days later saying he doesn’t want to pay for it, then decides to offer $2,000 to mail a check. I said no I want the full invoice . He says he has to talk to other people in the company and will call next day. Three days go by and he calls saying the “ Best they can Do” is $1800. Shockingly I declined, and haven’t heard from them since July..Please be WARY of this company, if something happens they WILL NOT take responsibility and make what is right.. take my lesson and learnThanks

Worst experience ever!!!! They will BREAK your vehicle towing it, then will NOT pay for it. They will hide in their office and not return any calls or emails from lawyers. Use ANY tow company but this one!!! You’d save money and time by dragging your vehicle by hand and walking .

When I found that they had a new location in Columbus, I couldnt help but feel actual relief. I travel that way to see my friend who lives in Cinci all the time - and with my track record of cars breaking down, Im glad to have them around me wherever I travel to. I waited about an hour for roadside assistance.They brought another tire to put on. Changed the the tire in 5-10 minutes and I was back on the road again.

I will never use this company again, especially when they dont explain what the port to port is until i called the 2nd time, nor did they explain about the surcharges, the mileage charge prior to them holding my truck up on the tow and wouldnt let it down at the shop until i paid their ridiculous price... NEVER TRust them, NEver use their service again, and the Amber girl that answered the phone was the worst of them

Would not recommend. My experience: Semi broke down. The female I spoke with on the phone told me it was $195/hr. I asked if there was a set hour minimum and she said no. The tow place chose to send someone out prior to the tow truck to remove the driveshaft. He stripped the bolts and didnt even have the decency to tell me. That will cost me at least $150 to fix. Tow was 4.4 miles to their shop and took no more than 1 hour and a half. I stood there waiting a little over 2 hours for the bill. The guy told me to wait so he could go on another call. Then he told me to wait as he went to lunch. Finally I had to tell him I was done waiting, I needed the bill so I could leave. He hit me with $606.70, charging me for 2 and a half hours. He also charged me an extra $100 for the person who came out before the truck which I did NOT ask for it nor did I authorize.

Great people; very considerate. If youre in a time of need, especially in a different state (like I was), you need good people. If you need to be towed, choose these people.

Tire change for my Tesla was done within 5 minutes. Gentleman was a pleasure to talk to, would recommend them.

Will give a zero star if I can. I called in for a tow and they told me it will be 135 dollar per hour and I told them they will tow the tractor and trailer together but they didnt tell me anything about split towing the trailer and charged me 120 dollar per hour for that. Do not use them unless you want to be scammed.
