I would like them to fill the tank completely before we take the cars. They either expect you to give them extra on return or theyll charge you. Not a fan of this practice. Car was nice but the detail work was not the best. Found pieces of candy and melted chocolate. Wind shield wiper fluid was empty. Prior persons phone info was still on the car.

Pickup was easy, and fast. Car was clean. Due to maintenance delays on the car scheduled for me, they gave me a choice for our replacement. Ive had unpleasant experiences with Enterprise in the past, but they nailed it this time.

I reserved a mini van months in advance and I was disappointed that it wasn’t ready when I arrived to pick it up. I was told that it needed an oil change. I had to wait almost 30 minutes. How does this happen? Everything was fine after that.

I reserved a vehicle for pick up at 6pm and as we are on our way we called them because google maps said they close at 6pm. We didnt understand how we could pick the vehicle up at 6 if they close at 6. My husband told them we are on our way and we were told that they are not waiting. They transferred him to the main office. They said we could pick a vehicle up at another location but it would be over $200.00 more. So we either have to wait til 8am in the morning and delay our trip or pay over $200.00 more. The whole situation makes me not want to use them ever again. Very disappointed. How am I even able to make a reservation for a time that no one is there to give me a vehicle. How weird is that. Now they said that we should have been there 15 mins early. I didnt make my reservation for 5:45 I made it for 6:00. I made for the time i could be there. I tried again to call and talk to someone to make sure that i could still get the vehicle in the morning but i was told that i have to wait until 8am to talk to someone. So now Im left to wonder all night if i can still get the vehicle in the morning. So messed up.

Philip and the team there in Grove City are some of the best in the business. The customer service is excellent with fast and friendly service. I was running late be a few minutes and Deontae stayed late and made it possible for me to make it home for the weekend. Overall my experience has been wonderful with the exception of some of the vehicle. Last weekend the Dodge Caravan I rented lacked technology. Two weeks prior to that, the Nissan Sentara I was in started losing power to the radio. Although, the cars I had were not the best the customer service was always superb!!!

I called 2 weeks in advance of needing a car. Was guaranteed that since I was calling so far ahead that this location would have exactly what I was needing. I received 3 calls during those 2 weeks assuring me that everything was in the computer & set up. The 3rd call was the day before pickup. Again everything was on board so to speak. Two hours before I was scheduled for pickup, they called again. Had nothing on the lot except for a 15 passenger van! I wanted a midsized suv. I have used Enterprise many times but never again. I couldnt believe what was happening & how I was talked to on the phone.

I rented a car in Ohio for a day trip. The night before I got a call with a family emergency in Richmond Virginia and was about two hours from home in that direction. So I decided to go ahead and take the drive. When I returned the car later that day the young man was more than understanding. He not only took the car back at that location but also told me that I was a valued customer and they appreciated my business. I think his name was Jack. ( I’m terrible with names). But he works at the Midlothian branch and you should definitely thank him for putting a bright spot into a tough day. I’ll tell anyone who wants to rent a vehicle that your customer service is amazing. Thank you.

This experience is hard to rate. Initially we were told our reserved vehicle might not be available, and we would get a free upgrade to a larger vehicle. After calling multiple times the week of our rental, I was told the day before we would be in the larger vehicle ...come the day of the rental, they had the vehicle I initially reserved. So as of that, everything seemed copacetic.However, after getting the vehicle home, we quickly discovered it would not be big enough, and asked to upgrade to the larger vehicle anyway. The rental place was happy to do so for a minimal charge, so my wife returned to change out vehicles - only to find out they would not let us rent the bigger vehicle on my debit card. Policy required a credit card on the larger vehicles. We were stunned since it was okay to rent the smaller vehicle and/or get a free upgrade on a debit card, but not to rent directly. We were in a jam - we needed the bigger vehicle and we dont have credit cards.No matter how much we discussed the strange logic or pleaded our need, the manager would not budge on the policy. However, an associate, Dwayne, recognized our situation and called corporate - and got the larger rental approved (manager wasnt all too happy though). Thanks Dwayne!The vehicle turned out to be just what we needed. Without Dwaynes help, not only would we have taken our business elsewhere, my brother-in-law was going to change his rental as well. Dwayne saved two rentals in one solid customer service action!

I rented an suv for a trip to Tennessee. I was given a Jeep Wrangler. We had planned to pick up friends that live an hour away and ride together. My friend was unable to get into vehicle as there were no step boards and was too high off ground. They had to drive their own vehicle. So I rented a car for no reason. Last year I requested a suburban because I needed the cargo room and seating room. Enterprise said they can do that no problem. I reserved it well in advance to be able to give time to get one. I was given an infinity q80 which is not equal to a suburban. I didn’t have room for golf clubs so had to take a cargo holder for the roof. I will pay a little more somewhere else than to go back to enterprise. I was very unhappy with both experiences I had there. Employees were nice but the vehicles were not practical. Waste of money. Would been better off taking my GMC Sierra. Would of had room and more comfortable. Didn’t want to put miles on my truck is why I went to enterprise. It is highly unlikely I will return there to rent another vehicle.

It took me three days to decide on a vehicle. But Tyler made me feel like I was his only customer the entire time. I test drove multiple vehicles over the course of those three days and never felt the least bit pressured to buy. I loved the variety of options and that it seemed to me at least, that this dealership had no loyalty to push any particular brand, make, style or price point. I would totally recommend visiting Enterprise Car Sales on Morse Road for anyone pursuing or considering a previously owned/leased vehicle in the Columbus, Ohio area.

My family member had a stroke, so it was very important to get a car. We reserved one at Wilmington ohio. When we arrived there we were told we dont have a car, and tomorrow evening would be the easiest time. In addition to not having a car they were extremely rude.We called around again and found the Grove city Enterprise. Phillip was very professional and a pleasure to deal with.

I get rental car this place for one day and i droped of in 20 hour but get charged for 3 days ... i called to customer service many time to ask refund for overcharge but they said i have to call to the place where i get car from and lady from Grove City, OH office soooo nusty and she said because of i rented on Friday and droped off on Saturday and offices was closed till Monday so way they are charging for 3 days ... I have a receipt for rental .. rented on Friday and drop off day is Saturday and there is only one day charge .. If their office is closed that is not my problem but they charged me for nothing .....

These people at this location are awesome. I’ve had to rent a car several times in the past year and I always use Enterprise rent-A-car. Not only is it really convenient being in Grove City but they are great to work with. The employees always go out of their way for me and are very meticulous in my rentals. They always answer any questions and/or concerns I have. Plus they have even helped me save some money on rentals.I had an emergency and was stuck in DC for a few extra days. They were able to extend my rental and didn’t even hesitate letting me keep the car for a few extra days.The best feature they offer in my opinion is picking up the customer in the rental car. In fact in one instance I was able to leave the rental car at another location and they were able to come there and retrieve the vehicle.

The car had a leak in the windshield area and it was very loud and annoying. I told the employee about it when I returned it, and she said sorry, but that the previous renters had not mentioned it. We should have been offered some type of reimbursement. It made our vacation driving very unpleasant.

I received a call from the technician at Enterprise an hour before my pickup time, that the full size Dodge Ram that I wanted to rent was returned damaged. But the technician said you can have any car on the lot. I took an Infiniti QX80. What a ride! Thanks Enterprise!!!

My most recent rental with Enterprise was less satisfying than previous rentals. The car assigned to me was a Chevy Malibu. Quite a nice car all in all. However, two major items were present. First, and foremost, the car had been smoked in!!! Whatever Enterprise does to try to eliminate the odor does not work. I wish now I had taken the car back, but do to a time constraint I didnt. I drove a great deal of the time with the windows down to avoid the smell. The second item was a stained passenger window. It was as if a chemical had been sprayed on the window and allowed to etch into the glass. It was difficult to see the right rear view mirror. I tried to wash the window at a gas stop but to no avail.Enterprise is a good company but they need to crack down on the smokers and learn how to clean the windows.

My favorite guys! I dont care what problem I am having they fix it period. If I dont understand something and have to call 11 times they will keep explaining and even in different ways they will take out time or get back with me. They are more understanding then any other Enterprise and they are so patient. I would refer this location to anyone. I promise you will not be disappointed. All the guys here are the same. The way I was treated from the moment I stepped in the door was just really embarrassing and awful. I had called in ahead to explain that we werent sure whether we needed to rent a full-size car or an SUV because of needing to fit in two car seats and an adult in the back, and would like to try the car seats in a couple of different vehicles to see if theyd be wide enough, or if wed need to go with a bigger vehicle. The woman said that was fine. But when I arrived I was immediately spoken to as if I were an idiot, as they explained they have different cars at different times. I tried to explain that I just needed to see if it would even fit (not a particular make or model, just the different sizes they offered). So if I tried them in the back of a full size car/SUV and it wasnt big enough, Id know I needed to get a vehicle with more seats. They eventually allowed it, and pretty quickly I saw it wouldnt work, so I asked if I could go ahead and book one of the larger vehicles with more seats. The entire time the manager was standing there staring at me, as the worker tried to get me a quote. Then the manager pulled him aside and when he came back he told me they wouldnt have that vehicle available tomorrow. I asked what they would do if Id booked a vehicle with 8 seats and showed up there were none, and they said theyd give us a 5 seater (which we just verified wouldnt work). They were unapologetic and unhelpful. I couldnt help but feel it was because Id shown up straight from the gym in my workout clothes, because of the way I looked. I have plenty of money to spend and would have gladly done so to get the right car, but they acted like I wasnt worthy of their cars. I left in tears over this treatment, it was so depressing.

Make sure you pick the enterprise closer to your final destination, this location seems to NOT want to give you a ride even if its about 8 miles.. company likes using this location but that will probably change. My rental experience at Grove City, OH Enterprise on Broadway was great! I rented twice recently once for a week and once for one day. The staff really made an effort to say my name and remember it. When I entered the door to return the car after a week I was shocked to hear Hello Mr Ray well be right with you. The same great personal service continued when I returned a few days later for another car.Both cars were just right for our needs, and the price was good! Ill definitely rent from this location again when I return to OH.

Understaffed - had to wait 30 minutes at pick up while the 2 staff members answered phones and ran around like crazy all while the manager locked himself in the office behind closed doors. Have been on hold for 40 minutes (including a hangup on me) this morning trying to contact them about extending a day since we arent going to make it back by ther noon turn in time. Absolutely horrendous - calling corporate now and hopefully they take care of me like this local office cant seem to.

Easy reservation made online and easy pickup of our car. We previously had a bad experience with Enterprise so I was a little apprehensive, but everything went smoothly this time. We got the upgrade car we ordered and it was clean and ready to go.The parking lot is a little difficult to get in and out of and the entrance is confusing, its easy to miss the turn.

I appreciated the confirmation call the morning before my rental started later that afternoon. They had the car I desired to rent ( which sometimes doesnt happen ), it was clean and ready to go. I like the fact I can park my car there while I use theirs and the ability to drop off the car and keys at night. The representative was very friendly and the transaction was smooth. First of all let me say that I will never try to rent a car from Enterprise again. I called to make a reservation at this location and they gave me a reservation number only to tell me later that day that they will not have any cars available. They wanted me to call other locations in the area to see if they would have any cars. I was told that the person that booked the reservation is out of St. Louis and they dont know what inventory we have. Great way to run a business Enterprise!!! If it was possible to give negative stars I would!!! Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Update to my post............Omar at the Grove City location was able to find me a car at the Sawmill location. This still will be my last time renting from Enterprise. I would like to thank Omar and Shawn at Sawmill for helping me out.

Benny is great!!!Its the waiting for the car with which my last two rentals has not been ready. Made a reservation with Enterprise, Grove City over 3 weeks in advance. Explained that my car is going in for repair at 9am. Mentioned that we may pick it up the evening before if Im not available that morning. Arranged my schedule so I was available & called to let them know I was headed over. Then find out they GAVE MY CAR AWAY yesterday. WHAT IS THE POINT OF A RESERVATION IF THEY DONT RESERVE A CAR??? Switched my reservation to Hertz. Rental went smooth, on time, clean, ready to go, oops had an empty tank. The vehicle was the exact one wished I wouldnt get, but short on time I took it. Drove a long way and was sold on the idea that was the vehicle make I will never buy! Brought vehicle back full of gas, on time and had a quick checkin and close out of the rental. Reading the bill noticed they charged me for spouse as add on driver? (She drove all of a couple of ours) Communicated this to them and they credited my bill and credit card and made it right! Thats why I love Enterprise Rent A Car in Grove City, they greet you with a smile and you leave with one and they take care of all the in between details with no fuss! (Should look like a 4.7)

As usual the Grove City, Ohio Enterprise store did not have the car I rented online. They honestly believe they are giving you a deal when they inform you they dont have your car but you can get a free upgrade; they are not.Twice now I have requested to rent a specific car and both times received a free upgrade to vehicles I was most unhappy with. Even though I dont rent often, when I do I want a comfortable car with a comfortable ride. As I no longer seem able to get that from Enterprise I will most likely take my business somewhere else when the need to rent arises again.

Grove City Branch Manager, Robin Darr is rude, unprofessional, and has no business being in customer service or management! I had been renting a vehicle through Enterprise for two months. The first month was covered by my insurance company, the second month I had been paying for. I talked to several Enterprise associates, including Robin, to let them know that I would continue to rent the vehicle after the insurance payment stopped and that I would cover the cost personally. Enterprise has been making regular withdrawals from my bank account to cover the rental expense of the vehicle in the second month. I received two phone calls from Enterprise in two days. Both times I was in meetings and unable to answer the calls. Within 35 minutes of the second phone, I received a very nasty email from Robin at Enterprise telling me that he had reported the vehicle as stolen. I explained to him everything that I’ve included so far in this complaint, and that I still needed to rent the vehicle for a while longer. He continually cut me off in conversation, told me that it “wasn’t his problem” that I still needed the vehicle, and that he was “repossessing” the vehicle from me. I asked to speak to his manager, and he refused to let me do so. He informed me that I couldn’t talk to anyone else until the vehicle was returned. I have informed Enterprise on several occasions that I need to continue renting this vehicle. I have been paying to rent this vehicle. I do not appreciate being made to feel like a common criminal who has “stolen” a vehicle from Enterprise without any payment. I do not appreciate the lack of respect shown to me by Robin. I do not appreciate the nasty, threatening, and condescending email that I received from Robin. I am shocked that someone with such little professionalism is in a leadership position with your company. I will never rent from Enterprise again, and I will share this experience with anyone who will listen – to warn them against renting with Enterprise.

I was given a 2017 Dodge Caravan GT as a rental while my car was being repaired at a local body shop. The car was filthy (you could write your name in the dash dust) and smelled like a wet dog. The change oil indicator was on when I received the vechile. The car shook at 60 mph and the check engine light came on after a few days of local driving. The car had high mileage and was not a vehicle that should be used as a rental. If I would have rented this vehicle for a personal use/vacation, then I would have been furious.

Just trying to get them to pick me up is a hassle. 20 min on hold just to tell them I need a pick up and I have been waiting for 30 min.Its an half an hour before they close and after they finally pick up after ive called them time and time again they tell me they dont know if theyre going to be able to get to me on time.Its ridiculous, its not that hard to drive 4.3 miles and pick someone up. Have more than one pick up person if yall are that busy. I shouldent have to wait near 90 min to be told I may or may not be able to get picked up.So no so far it has not been a very good experience.
