Wish I would’ve read the reviews. Regarding friendliness, I’ve been treated better at the BMV! You walk into what looks like an illegally operated makeshift business right before they put a needle in you. Now I feel like I have to get tested again somewhere else to make sure I didn’t get a blood disease from this place. The disorienting, brain melting, door alarm on your way in and out that beams directly into your ear drum is the real cherry on top.

I usually go first thing Saturday mornings so it’s usually a different person doing the draw each time and I’ve had some really bad sticks. However I want to give a shout-out to Aya (sorry not sure if spelled correctly) bc she’s so friendly and does a great stick. I’ve had her a couple times and she’s consistently nice and good at her job! Also going first thing I never have to wait more than 5 minutes.

Absolutely awful! Rude from the moment she saw us. This woman is angry about something and takes it out on everyone. I will do everything in my power to make sure anyone I know does not go to this Labcorp. Unprofessional and unacceptable!! If they won’t fire her they will pay her to do nothing because soon enough this location will not have any patients.

SO RUDE!!! The African American woman who collects the samples is so extremely rude from the second she saw me she was uncaring and impatient and then she refused to finish my test, I dont understand why LabCorp has people like this working with clients treating people worse than dirt this woman needs to be fired

Nice location. Experienced Lab workers. Heidi is great at what she does, one stick and done. Would definitely recommend going to this location for labwork!

This is the only place that can get my moms blood. The girl that works there works the whole place alone and does a good job... Give her a raise... Lol. I personally would not feel comfortable letting my daughter work somewhere alone like that but she gets the job done. Front desk and in the back . Great service when I arrived. No wait. The young lady, I believe her name was Heidi was very helpful and attentive with my sons drug screen. This was our 1st time going there. I live in Grove City and wasnt aware of this location. I will be returning if I need labwork in the future.

The individual I had to deal with this morning was Courtney, demands respect but has an issue giving it in return and then has the audacity to record like grow up child if you hate your job do better.

DO NOT GO HERE. Front desk lady is the rudest person. I had about 5 interactions with her, all terrible. Finally had enough and gave her her attitude right back. She didn’t like that!

My lab experience was excellent but the general office experience could have been much more efficient. I arrived at 7:15am, signed in, and had a seat. I was not called up to the counter until 7:50am. At a minimum, they should call you up to the counter within a few minutes of arrival and ask you why you are there and provide you with a wait time estimate since they do walk-ins. Having no communication made me think about whether I should leave because I had to be at work by 8am. While I was waiting another gentleman came in and asked how long of a wait it would be. He was told about 30-45 minutes based on the needs of the people before him. She didnt know the needs of the people waiting because she didnt ask why others were there. Once I was called up to the counter, the service was excellent and I was in and out within 10 minutes for my blood draw. The technician performing the blood draw was very personable and did a great job.

First time ever doing a drug test so I needed a lot of directions which I was not getting at all. The lady kept telling me the most vague things to do and then leaving to talk to coworkers again. At the end, she was saying she needs some kind of paperwork & I didn’t understand what so I contacted the company’s customer service and they don’t even know either.

Them girls work hard having to deal with people that dont want to read signs and bring their children in when they have to do drug screen. did you bring your kid to the interview so why will bring your kids to a drug screen. i seen this lady cuss this girl out for no reason cause something didnt go her way. read signs and have your id and paperwork ready. and your visit should go fine like mines!

Based on the reviews I was nervous coming here for my pre-employment drug screen, but Im glad I did. The woman at the desk was very kind and helpful. I didnt realize I could schedule an appointment ahead of time, so I walked in on a Friday at 10am and waited behind a few other people. But I was in and out in less than an hour. Painless process.

The worker was very rude. Hours on the website arent correct, so couldnt get test done. Asked her how was anyone who worked suppose to get there since their hours SUCK and she said its wasnt her problem. Told us we could go to another Lab Corp to get test run, but wouldnt give us a list, so had no clue where to go. Wont be back!

She was so rude and argumentative and the proceeded to follow me to the parking lot through the back door while flipping me off. How very professional.

Go to another place. The Grove City location is horrible. Always a long wait, employees talk with each other instead of doing their job, not a good experience.

Today is Saturday & they close @ noon & I walked in at 11:40am. Well, kind of expecting to be told that I was too late. But, the lady working there by herself (I wish I wouldve got her name now) was the coolest woman! She was super nice & talked to me bc I was nervous about giving blood. I was in & out in not even 15 minutes & thats Awesome! So, if you need blood drawn then go on Saturday bc just maybe the same great woman will be there!

The hours here on google are wrong. I arrived at 3:45 and walked in people were still in the office the receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude from the start. She stairred at me with a straight face while I stood at the check in window. Aggressively said “my office is closed!! Can I help you?” . I told her that I did not know they were closed because online it said the hours were until 5pm and that I wanted to take a test. She then said that I need to come back a different day and that they would not be able to let me take the test because I needed to have a physician order the test. But her being so rude and her brain in the clouds didn’t even ask me if I already had one orders and then I responded to her and told her I already knew about that information and that my employement office already had it requested. This being my first time taking a test I told her I had a email confirmation and wanted to show her. She then said I needed to come the next day. She seemed careless. I then told her I just wanted to make sure I had the correct information she needed so I don’t come back the next day and waste my time. And then she again rudely and agressivly responded well we need an ID to check and that I needed to wait because she had other things to do. Honestly a really bad experience. I hope this is addressed to the employee and hopefully she can improve her presentation, attitude, tone of voice and care. If it’s any help I came in June 14th at 3:45 pm .

Been going to this lap corp for a while and I am finally done. Not only have I left with very large bruises after blood draws on multiple occasions but today I was not informed of the parameters of a certain test until after I was halfway in. If I have to drink a bottle of glucose for a test and sit and suffer in your stuffy waiting room for an hour with no food drink or place to lay down then tell me that before I drink the Damn bottle. I will NEVER be returning to this lab corp again. Beware the staff after lunch!

We had been at this facility before and had zero problems. My daughter was treated terrible by a staff member and a student. She left in tears, not because of the blood draw (which was terrible as well) but because of the way she was treated. I will tell everyone I know to Never go to your facility.

I would give negative stars if that were an option. I went in for a drug screening at 4:45 on Thursday and I was told it was too late and I would have to come back, which wouldnt have been a big deal except for I tried calling multiple times to ask if I would be able to make it in time and no one answered the phone. I went in the following Monday to take the test and was told twice that I didnt provide enough urine and I would have to stay there until I was able even though the 2nd time it was above the line they said they would need. After the 1st try I sat in the lobby and drank some water, while I was waiting I heard the employees talking about me and making jokes about how I needed to leave by a certain time. I had other obligations and had to leave after the 2nd sample. I was told they would mark that I refused the test and it will most likely cost me the job, it seemed as if my employment was some kind of game to them. After I left I talked to my dad about the experience and he told me this location had done the exact same thing to my step mother.

Went to have my sons blood done and the lady difently didnt know how to work with kids. I told her he was scared and had bad experience with blood draw at childrens hospital. After trying with him she gives up to go help someone else then when she returned she said Im not going to force you maybe you should go to Childrens. Maybe she should learn how to work with kids not every person is easy. I WILL NEVER go to LabCorp again. Totally sucked.

There should be a minus stars for this place, the people are extremely rude not just to the customers but also the other people that work there. I sat in the very full waiting room while the workers sat around and talk. I ended up walking out.
