Had a flat tire went and asked about getting it fixed or possibly another tire it was 11 in the morning. Said Couldnt help. Asked if they could air or put spare on and still no.. Just wow

Can’t speak on truck rentals but I can tell you this is the place to go for quality auto repair. You won’t get fed BS, prices are fair, and things are done quickly. Don’t even bother taking your car elsewhere. I have before and it ends up here afterwords.

Well, I see I’m not the only one who was treated terrible here. Literally the RUDEST I have ever been treated somewhere. We were there to pick up a moving truck and the front desk lady was beyond disrespectful. She should NOT be in customer service.... period. What’s sad is that I was going to consider this place to have both of our cars worked on, but I’ll NEVER go back there. I think I’m actually going to make a call to budget truck rental too. Absolutely uncalled for. GET OUT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY, my lord. I’d hate to see what she’s like outside of this place. Didn’t explain ANYTHING, acted as if we rent moving trucks daily, Very short, talked over me, literally sighed as soon as we stepped foot in there. I, as a customer should NOT feel unwelcomed and disrespected immediately walking in. I never was rude with her back....and i should have been. She proceeded to give me a sheet to fill out to mark damages on the truck. Apparently there is a right way and wrong way to mark the sheet ( but how would I know considering she NEVER told me how to do it) so I apparently marked it wrong, and her attitude was even worse (as if it could get any worse)...well excuse me! Explain it! Better yet, you should be fired.Maybe work in a warehouse or something...away from people.I feel bad for any employees who work under her. I’m sure this place is just miserable. To top it off our truck had a check engine light on, couldn’t roll down the window....which I assume this place should report to budget BUT you know, let’s just break down on the freeway with all our stuff. Cool.You have been warned!

Somewhat new to grove city and went in hoping for a tire patch. They said nobody was there to help out and suggested to try firestone. Welp, wont be back thats for sure.

The worst service and blatant rudness I have ever experienced in my life. I was scheduled to pick up a moving truck at 8am on the morning of my move. When I arrived I was told the truck was not ready and I would have to wait. I told the very rude woman that my fiance and I would go have a coffee and be back in a half hour. When arriving back I was told the truck will not be ready until her brother came in and that he was sleeping in. She was intensely rude why we waited for her brother who finally showed up a half hour later, now an hour and a half behind. I attempted to shake his hand and say thanks for coming in but instead got a stare and sillence. He took the truck and filled it with gas. Uppon arriving back he spoke with his sister then looked at me and said the truck had something wrong with it and I would not be leaving with it. He then asked me to leave or he would physically force me out. I hope to never experience such disservice again. Please do not offer such horrible people your business.
