Samantha did a wonderful job with assisting me. Very educated, friendly, and was sure to explain everything to me with no hidden agendas. I’m impressed with how many good deals I can get from AT&T! The store was fairly busy but she managed to move in a very timely manner while giving each customer the attention they deserve. The layout of the store was great and everything was very clean! Will return!
I went in to cancel a line and get a new phone and let me tell you, it was a great experience! Fredrick (sorry if I spelt it wrong) assisted me the whole time. He was friendly, detailed, and extremely patient with me! Definitely wanted to give him 5 stars and more! Thank you Fredrick for making it such an awesome experience!
My husband and I being a military family always tried to make sure that no matter where we lived we had the best phone service possible to be able to communicate with each other as needed when we were apart. When we PCS’d to Groton, Connecticut we still had T-Mobile. However we had not known all the wonderful things that came along with becoming AT&T customers until one of our close friends convinced us to make the switch! Not only were we having horrible experiences with T-Mobile customer service but with the employees in the store itself. I witnesses things happen that in a professional workplace I would never expect to happen. The day we walked into AT&T in Groton and we were greeted by Samantha was the best day ever! Not only were we met with a warm and very welcoming environment but we felt so much more calm. Not only did AT&T fix our phone bill so we were paying less than other phone companies including our previous company; but they invited us in and made us feel so at ease and comfortable. Anything we had problems with or questions about Samantha answered and helped with immediately! She made us feel a lot better about the hands our way of communication were now in! I love absolutely everything about AT&T’s phone company and I think that anyone who has the chance should 150% make the switch! That is not only for the sake of saving money, but you should always feel comfortable and confident in your phone company. It is the way you keep in touch with friends, family and all loved ones who are all around the world! I know for us, the fact that we are a military family who have 3 young children who absolutely adore their grandmas, grandpas, aunts, uncles and cousins who live many states away; it is always very important we have a phone company we love and we can trust and always rely on!
I went in to the Groton store today to get a new phone for my daughter, I was skeptical to get her an iPhone because she’s only 10, but the young lady Sam helped me set it up, and showed me how to use the screen time and family sharing so I was more at ease. She probably spent an hour or even more just helping me and showing me what to do and no other att would have done that. I just want to commend her because there are not very many people like her these days. I I don’t normally do reviews but this young lady really deserved it thank you so much.
The groton store is one of the BEST AT&T’s I’ve ever been to!!! Very clean and organized! There’s a woman in there Samantha I think her name is she is just such a doll and made my overall experience in Groton such a breeze answered all my questions was very patient with me !! Thank you so much again for all your help ! Keep up the great work !
If you go into the store see Samantha. She is very friendly, kind, and knows what she is doing . Samantha goes out of her way to help you get what you need. I would definately recommend this company.

Would not recommend. At first I felt we were getting good service but we are about two weeks in now and have had to go back once. And now my bill does not reflect what was explained and services I requested were not added as I had asked. I visited a different att that stated they do not advise we use the Groton location due to them not being corporate.
The tall, red headed gentleman who works here was a huge help! My phone was working fine but was not charging. I was sure something was internally wrong and I needed a new one, so I went to the store to replace it. Instead of simply ringing up a new phone for me, the salesman at this store inquired about what was wrong and why we were there today. Turns out he was able to fix my phone quite quickly on his own. Though he didn’t technically make a sale off me that day, I will most certainly be returning to this store when it comes time to replace my phone, because the red headed salesman went above and beyond to deliver great service.

Zero organization....1 person....5 customers in store! Worker definitely had zero pep! It was like a robot!
This store has a new, courteous, and very knowledgeable staff, as well as a NEW location, an experience store. I had visited this store at their previous location and THIS new location is MUCH better. They have had some staffing changes for the better! I recommend them highly!

I went to this location recently bc I had broken my iPhone and was eligible for an upgrade.i would give four stars due to having only one employee working, but the store was closing in an hour, but the guy working was very helpful and professional and got to me very quickly. He wasted no time getting me a new phone and began transferring all of my files, pictures, apps to the new phone. Last AT&T store I had been to to do the same thing, the employee made a huge deal about transferring everything. He tried to tell me I should delete some photos or videos or else it would take at least an hour. Thats store was much busier at the time, and I understand it takes more time, but if thats what I was asking for, I dont understand why it was such a big deal to do. So at the Groton store, by the time the man got my new phone connected to transfer everything, the store was closing in 30 minutes. He said it would be about 20 minutes (mind you I have even more files to transfer at this point bc Im terrible about deleting things...I just have a hard time deciding what has to go). And I even asked if I could go grab a few things at the store and return in 20 minutes he said sure no problem. I returned in 20 minutes, the store was closing in 5, he handed me my new phone and said youre all set. i only wish I could remember his name to give him credit for being so nice. I will definitely be returning next time I need any help with my phone service.
