Was stressing bout the stain on my 12 month old tooth, so I made her her first appointment at toothworks. They put this momma 2 ease. Everyone was so nice and pleasant from the time we walked in up until we left. They ate my little princess up🥰. Everything was clean and they walked me threw every step of the cleaning. I love it hear. Wish my 15 year old coul attend but SHES AT THE TEENAGE STAGE🙄. My sister been talking bout them for this last year. I let them know she referred me and they sent her a gift card. Great hospitality 🥰. We love it here already.

They dont take care everyone fairly. They made a big trouble for my son.it could be a disaster in my life.lots of miss information from the office staff . I will never recommend to this dr.

My 3 & 5 year old had a very positive experience here. Was especially concerned for the 5 year old as it is a bit more challenging having him sit still and take direction. The staff here was wonderful, patient, and kind. They explained each step and somehow managed to get my 3 year to hold still for an Xray of a cavity that was found. They also have some games in the waiting area and stuffies to cuddle near the dental chairs. Really appreciate having a dentist like this for the kiddos. The business was clean and dealing with insurance was easy.

Both of my daughters had a cleaning appointment. Two different doctors the one (Dr Sara) TERRIBLE CLEANING SERVICE-that was Impatient with me and my daughter when I was asking her questions reguarding my daughter tooth. My daughter asked her what Molar teeth are and she just waved it off like she didn’t hear her... She half cleaned my daughter teeth...Left her with feeling a sticky mouth and sticky pieces in between her teeth. Feeling like very dry-cotton mouth and kept gagging. Did not rinse her mouth at the end only beginning. Looked like her teeth were covered in bread like pieces...My daughter felt very uncomfortable with this process,that I had to personally ask and get the key twice to go to the bathroom to clean off my kid mouth very Disgusted of her to treat my daughter this way where I thought I could trust her services! How can a hygienist leave her patient with a terrible cleaning process, just to clarify that I wasn’t just making it a big deal I compared Dr Ashley’s cleaning service that she have done with my other daughter in the other room with her not a single piece,very smooth left her mouth clean very happy said she was nice didn’t feel gagging and feeling yuck as for Dr Sara did with my other daughter... When we left the office my daughter said she does not want to be seen with Dr Sara that she would rather have Dr Ashley. My daughter felt like she was not being taken care of. Dr Sara was being impatient, did not complete the cleaning because who would leave pieces and toothpaste still on, waving things off and socializing with her assistant about “how kids are cute when they are younger and grow up to be ugly” which shouldn’t be heard from patients inside the room even yet at a professional job community! This place is very nice never had a problem before and office is clean. Just depends on who is servicing you for your personal hygiene needs. The front desk was very helpful. Hope this review helps...Happy Holidays...

The entire team is amazing. Dr. Ashley had to extract 3 of my daughters baby teeth because they were not falling out and her mouth was beginning to get over crowded again. (we are in the middle of a very long orthodontic procedure) My daughter was in and out in 30 minutes and experienced very minimal pain. Great job and great staff!

We received world class customer service from the beginning to the end. Everyone was so pleasant. They were very aware of the virus and kept the office wiped down and extremely clean. My children felt very comfortable.I appreciated the professionalism and warmth of all the employees in this office. Thank you very much.

I was VERY impressed with the office and staff. They adhered to policies and procedures and were very efficient. I was very anxious about my visit and left very relaxed and happy. If you have a child with special needs, I would give this office a try.

I wish I could rate 0 stars. This dentist office lacks professionalism and communication. They had me take a day off of work and had my young child experience an unnecessary dentist visit just to have me come in and tell me he had cavities that I already knew of and had X-rays transferred from his original dentist that shows he had cavities. They didn’t fulfill our needs and didn’t do the procedure that we came in for. If you don’t want the run around and your time wasted do not take your child here!!!!!!

I wish I could give this place 100 stars. I have multiple children so Ive been in and out peditaric dentists for a while. By far Dr. Harvey is the best. She was able to complete 4 crowns, 3 fillings, and even added some sealant as a courtesy to protect my 2 yr olds teeth in one visit that took about a half hour. My older son had a similar issue and had to go to our previous dentist 12 times to complete his work on less teeth. As I watched Dr. Harvey do her work she almost hypnotized me lol, as she sang to my child and soothed him while working so intricately with her hands. She was very systematic and didnt waste time. Very neat and skilled for sure. One major thing I appreciated was that they used some kind of soft silicone tongue gaurd that hooked to the vaccum to suction his saliva so he wouldnt choke. This in itself was so much more gentle and less invasive than those old fashioned hard guards that some other dentists still might use. Im a mom who does a lot of research and calculation of where I take my children. This place has me sold!

Very organized office. The hygienist took her time to educate and clean my sisters teeth. She was able to make connection with my sister and create a wonderful dental experience for her. All staff were hospitable towards me and my mother. Doctor discussed treatment with us and a quick appointment for next sedation was made. Glad i found this awesome place. They also offer cool power toothbrush for kids that i plan to buy my sister one.

Staff is also nice and friendly. Waiting area is always clean and sanitized during this horrible time.

I was extremely happy with me and my 5 year old sons experience. The location was not close to us so it was a little drive but it was well worth it, this was my childs first dental experience and needed a tooth pulled and the staff was awesome. I definitely would recommend Toothworks to any parent.

This was the first time I had a bad experience there. Normally they are great. My kids actually had a different doctor this time. I did not catch her name. My son had an extraction and my daughter had a filling done. Both were very bad. My daughter explained that her TMJ was bothering her. The Dr. basically dismissed it. My daughter stated that she was not numb and the Dr. still proceeded to complete the filling. Which caused her more pain.She was rough with my son. He was petrified. Normally the doctors there talk to the young patients and try to ease there fears. She did not. She was abrasive when she held him down. Normally when they discuss the procedure with him he doesnt need to be held down. I requested a prescription for his pain upon leaving. She stated that she does not write prescriptions. Which is shocking, that a child would have an extraction, and cry as much as he did and she would not write a prescription.I doubt if I allow my son to go back to get the spacer if he has to see the same dentist. I am taking my daughter to another dentist to get her TMJ examined.I chose a pediatric dentist for the comfort for my children. I could have went somewhere else if the doctor was not willing to cater to kids needs.The only good thing is that there was no wait time and it wasnt a very long procedure.

This dentist office is one of the best. The staff are really nice, informative and care about your child. They treat you like family The waiting room wait is never too long. After the procedure the kids gets a prize and sticker which is AWESOME and makes the kid happy in the end. I’m over all pleased with this dentist office. No disappointment here from this mama. Keep up the good work.

Waited over a hour. When we finally seen the dentist she was very brief. My son had an abscess she sent him home with out draining it or pulling his tooth also no antibiotic. Can’t get in for another 2 weeks to have tooth pulled. After we got home( they were already closed) my sons cheek swelled up his mouth was in so much pain. I called the on call dentist 3 times within 4 hours no call back at all. She must of been busy it was Valentine’s Day!! I would not recommend this place. Horrible 1st impression. My son did not feel comfortable there either.

My son and I first time going to this place and I was blown away on how he laughed and smiled the whole time. The staff are awesome! Very respectful and pleasant and very comfortable place for me to return to if my son runs into anymore problems with his teeth. Thank you Toothworks! :)

This place is absolutely amazing!!!!!! My daughter was in severe pain and had to get a tooth pulled out. I called this dentist because someone told me about them. They got me in the same day and pulled my daughter tooth! She wasn’t even a patient of theirs. Dr. Harvey and her staff was so nice and helpful! My baby was in pain for three days and her dentist was giving us the run around. I switched all my kids dentist over to Toothworks! I can’t believe how fast and good the services were. I drove 40 minutes to get there and won’t mind driving 40 minutes in the future! They are amazing!!!!

I love this place they are very patient with my twins. My twins scream the moment they enter the dentist till the moment they leave and the staff comfort my kids a sing to them during their treatment. Plus the waiting room has games and books to entertain the kids while they wait. Overall it’s a friendly place I love all staff I can’t name just one they are all awesome

The decor upon entering the office was an ice breaker for my two toddlers first dental visit. The kid friendly atmosphere made them curious about what the back rooms had to offer. The staff was pleasant and everything was tiny tot accessible. The hygienist really went above and beyond to make sure the girls felt comfortable. She explained the procedures in simple terms, showed them the instruments to be used, and provided sunglasses to block the examining light. The dentist was calm, patient, but firm and was knowledgeable as her conversation related to the current movie characters. To end the visit they each received a sticker, a small gift and a hygiene starter kit. A very good experience.

Made me wait over an hour after being called in the back. That’s too long to wait for a kid who’s terrified to get a filling. Both times they tried to hold my kids down. I’ve specifically asked for the silly gas every time and have never gotten it and was told “it’s too late” when I’ve asked for it. First time they billed me for stuff I told them I didn’t want done and thus trapped me into coming back for a follow up so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket for a second exam and xrays. Then I was told my insurance covered my daughters first appointment and they still sent me a bill. The entirety of both of my visits had kids in rooms screaming in pain, very bad for nervous kids. My daughter never had a fear of the dentist before coming here. When you try to talk to the staff about anything, they are very uncaring.

Im in awe with this office!!! They were so great with my sons and made the experience of visiting the dentist effortless. We will definitely be back and recommend to any parent looking for a new dentist. Simply awesome!!!

Dr. Harvey is absolutely amazing! My autistic son is terrified of the dentist. We have had such terrible experiences at a few other dentists before I found Toothworks! My son is now 2 years old & his first time at the dentist was when he was 18 months old. They treated him very kindly & he never cried. I thank Dr. Harvey & the staff for being helpful with his first & 2nd cleaning. Thank you for keeping him calm. I appreciate you guys & we brush daily with no problems.

There is nothing I can say negative about our experiences at Toothworks. Dr. Harvey and her staff have made each visit as pleasant and enjoyable as they possibly could. From regular cleanings to getting a retainer for my son; on each visit we were warmly greeted by the staff and made to feel at home. The video games in the waiting room help put my son at ease and he isnt a bit hesitant to see the dentist. Each time we have seen Dr. Harvey she has been polite and friendly. She remembers our family dogs name and always asks how she is doing. Whenever she has recommended any type of dental procedure for my son, she has always thoroughly explained the reason and the treatment involved. The staff at tooth works have always been courteous and professional. I couldnt ask for better dental care for my son.

My daughter was very very scared to have her tooth pulled. These ladies were awesome. They worked with her and made her comfortable enough to get this tooth pulled. Nothing but professionalism and great coustomer service.

They are all for the kids missing school to accommodate themselves. Once I’ve had to take off work and the other she had to miss school. Bad practice for a pediatric office to promote missing school. They’re open until 5 but every time I’ve been made to make an appointment, they pushed for the morning unless I fought it.

The entire staff at Toothworks are great! My children have been patients her since they were both 2 years old. My son is now 18 and my daughter is 12. Dr. Harvey is THE most patient woman I have ever met!! ❤🤗 she along with her entire staff are wonderful and very professional. She has several new dentist in the office and she has clearly picked them well as they all have wonder personalities to! I have recommended soo many people to her office. Both my niece and nephew are her patients along with a few friends. And they love the staff as well! Best part Dr. Harvey said my 62 18 could keep coming to their office until he was ready to leave. 😂#theyarethebest

As a mom who has been to other dentists looking for help.... Dr. Harvey has been a God sent. I was in the office yesterday, at the end of the day. The job of working with children must be so stressful. Children get scared. My daughter was upset, not from pain but from fear. After a full day of other children who went through the same, Dr. Harvey was still peaceful and kind and patient. She has respected my decisions as a mother 100% and has worked to support me in the decision not to use sedation, eventhough Im sure it would make her job much easier. She never asks a parent to leave their child alone with the staff as MANY pediatric dentists do. I have a GREAT respect for Dr. Harvey and her staff. I spread the word whenever I have the opportunity because I hope her business is blessed and flourishes. First let me start with, I work in the dental field, for 10 years now. And I always believed patients being comfortable is always number one. With that being said, my boys and me had the Best Experience at Toothworks today. We were over 15 minutes late to the appointment and my 8 years old son got sick all over himself as I parked the car. With all of that, the front desk greeted us with warm smiles. I felt like they were happy to see us late and all. I thank them the most because they help me calm down and never knew it. Because I felt bad for being late then my son needed to be cleaned up before being seen. My 8 years old son has very High Anixety very High! To the point I have to remind him to breathe through situations. The dentist and her dental assistant were over the top Amazing! To the point my son when his exam was completed. He stated I Love the Dentist(how many say the words love the dentist) and he wants to come back. And asked me could he come back. Then my 5 years old son had no appointment. And we got an appointment not even 15 minutes after my oldest. He got his teeth cleaned and an exam. He was so excited about his visit he moon walked for the hygienist and the dentist. I and my boys are very blessed to be referraled to Dr. Harvey office. Best experience ever!! Keep up the great work!! You and your team are amazing!!

I went to see Dr nickie hosseini today with my girls. they are special needs and the office did amazing. they were beyond patient with the girls, let them know everything that was going on before doing so. the office was very kid friendly. we had a hike to get to the office seeing that we live in Clinton township but it was well worth it.

The worst dental office ever! They do all this work on my little 3 year old and shove a crown on one of his tiny molars... I call a week later saying he is in pain still and they say it’s no big deal he is just adjusting to the crown...a week later he has an abscess and they want to pull the tooth. I of course got very upset. I then decide to go ahead and allow them to pull it and they refuse to see us anymore. Mind you he already lost another tooth because the dr said it wasn’t a big deal when he was in pain and made us wait a month for an appointment which then lead to the tooth abscess and it being pulled! He is 3!!!!

All 3 of my children are here now and this Dentist office has the BEST staff ever....the office is awesome and I just truly wish the dentist office was this inviting when I was a kid.....Awesome friendly staff and I would recommend this place for children

My grandson was hysterical from this dentist office. We went there for a CONSULT as he is 13 months oldHis pediatrician requested it. His mouth was forced opened and instruments used. My daughter was traumatized too. NEVER go there.

I went to Toothworks today to get a second opinion for my 1 year old. A previous dentist told me he would need some work done, because of gap and muscle between his teeth. His pediatrician referred me to Toothworks. Toothworks promptly called me as soon as they received the referral, to schedule a appt for my son. The receptionist was so polite and very informative. At my son visit today they were great. We were called to the back very quick. We weren’t sitting down for even 5 minutes. The young lady that brung us back was very polite. The dentist did a great job. This office was kid friendly, clean and had an awesome staff. Before leaving I scheduled my other son appt. Both of my boys will be coming to Toothworks from now on. This office deserves all 5 stars.

Totally kid friendly, awesome work with childrens teeth. My son loves it 13yrs old and cant wait for his braces. Never known 4 children 2 be so excited about going to the dentist. My daughter struggled for the 1st year and her teeth need alot of work 4yrs old . Now at 5yrs old her teeth are beautiful and she loves going now and she always excited to pick her her gifts when shes done emphasis on GIFTS LOL. HIGHLY recommend for kids and children afraid to go to the dentist. There are also multiple games 2 play in the waiting area b4 the kids are serviced.

The staff was very warm and friendly. My daughter was very reassured and comfortable. She didnt cry at all, and thats very rare cause any kind of doctor makes her nervous! But not here, from the front desk staff, to the nurses, and Dr, the experience was a good one. They explained everything so that I knew what was being done which I appreciated. My daughter actually cried when we had to leave! Glad I made the choice of making this my daughters new dentist!

Frist time my daughter on the autism spectrum was able to get her teeth clean and even x-rays! They allowed me to be with her and hold her, which was super helpful!

Dr. Harvey proudly says that they dont sedate children during treatment. Indeed, they just use physical force restraining the child without trying to figure out what got her scared. My son was screaming during his treatment, and we are now working hard with his new dentist to overcome this new fear of dentists that he never had before.
