In my 60 years of life on earth, I have had some pretty bad haircuts, but I have NEVER had such a HORRIBLE ABOMINATION of a job as Makayla did to me!! I cant even comprehend how this happened. I dont think its even salvageable, except maybe to shave it all and wear a wig. I am a very calm and unearthed person when it comes to haircuts, since my hair grows pretty quickly. But I am livid! I now have to walk around looking like theres a hole in my head! Soooo ridiculous!!! 😡😠🤬

The woman who is working is all complaining about working. Refused to do people hair how they want it. Omg this is the worse I ever seen a worker be so rude.

I had a hair cut and she did a great job.

Walked in at 5:15 pm they said they were closed it says you close at 6 so she looked at her watch than said the last appt is at 5:30 i said its 5:25 pm and the place is empty and there is 2 employees that came out of the back and were just joking around so my guess is they were lazy and did not want to take another customer 30 min before closing. RUDE service asked for a corporate number i was told to look it up myself. young black female needs more training in customer service NO where did it say walk ins are NOT welcome

If I could give it zero I would. I may be wrong but I thought you had to go to barber school to be able to cut hair. Terrible, terrible outcome I will never take my son here again. She was a nice girl but I would wrather have someone rude that can cut. The first time my son got out of the chair I had to ask her to sit him down and fix it. The second time it was just as bad but I was not going to continue to let her make it worse. Had to pay another place to fix his hair. Waste of time and money.

The stylist I had took absolutely no pride in her work. One of the worst haircut experiences of my life. The stylist seemed to have no idea how to perform the most basic male haircut.

I went to this Supercuts because of the great reviews so I am adding my own because my hair really does look terrible and others should be warned. I just needed a trim and some new layers added and the results are embarrassing. My hair looks choppy and uneven in the back and in the front. The front is not even close to symmetrical.

I had one bad experience lori didnt come in one sat and i let this new lady cut my hair my hair kept falling out i called up to shop they gave me free hair cut lori looked at my hair and just shook her head my hair has not totally grown back but lori got it growing healthy again never again only lori if she leaves im leaving
