Only place in griffin selling car stereos that know what they are doing. Great bunch of guys that do a great job. I shipped all of them in griffin and Bass station was the only one I would give my business to. The others were rude and act like I was bothering them, also they acted like they were doing me a favor by talking to me. Im old school and I want the people were I spend my money to appreciate it. If you get anything at Bass station you can bet its appreciated and youll get a professional install.

Don’t waste your time with this place or your money I got charged 125 just to fix a wire didn’t even get no speakers or anything only to fix a wire!! Don’t waste your time or money would be better off doing it yourself

Great customer service, fair prices and work efficiently. Had them install a radio for me and they did a good job but a few months later a wire got knocked loose so I brought it back and they fixed it quickly and free of charge.

Ive been going to the bass station since I was a teenager and Im in my 40s now. The guys have always been professional and courteous! Work is always on time also! Even though I install myself, I still take certain jobs to them because of the quality Ive seen through the years! You wont go wrong taking your vehicle, boat, etc, to these guys!

Seems like they may do good work wouldnt know could not find out what equipment was being put in. Wanted a written estimate the guy wrote down a bunch of illegible stuff on a card so we went to griffin stereo and had it installed.

Me and my husband went and was trying to ask questions and be informed on a good stereo system. The man was extremely rude. He was bald with tattoos and glasses.My husband said what he wanted and the man says “we can’t do it today” nothing else. And looked at us like we were stupid. And then when we walk away he wants to speak up and by then my husband was tired of the disrespect. And decided we will not do business with them.

I thought this was the only complete service station that there was. Then I was told that there were others and I thought why would you want to leave the best?

Overpriced, horrible attitude. Never again.

Went there a few years ago with my first car. The speakers were blown in it and so my dad said he would pay to get new ones put in. We get there and my dad says, “we want top of the line stuff.” The guy said no problem Sony is the best of the best and my dad not knowing anything about car audio heard Sony and thought yeah that sounds good and so they put in Sony speakers as if Sony is any where near a line when it comes to good quality. They are a bunch of cheats and scammers just trying to make the most money from whoever they can.

Got my lifetime warranty tint done in 2015....window started peeling on driver window in 2018....called them about it...They asked if I had a receipt from 3 years ago..Nope. I would think they would have things in the computer like most people....nope. The guy says I should have been given a pamphlet-I wasnt. I keep ALL my records for my Lexus. THEY DIDNT HONOR the warranty.

I had them install a Kicker 10 and a Kicker amp in my new car. I already had the equipment. They were fast and went to get a part they needed from another location on the spur of the moment to do the job on my only day off. They gave a very fair price and the 2 guys that did the work were extremely friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Been going here for years! Rightfully so too. They have done tinting on all of my familys vehicles, flawless, they have installed three radios for us, flawless, and a new subwoofer for me. Super nice, always ready to work with you, and most of all you GET WARRANTIES! Not many places give those or are as courteous as Bass Station is. If you want quality work done by people who care, well, what are you waiting for?

This place does great Window tent but when it comes to Stereo systems they dont know what theyre doing.

Called and made an appointment the same day to have my windows tinted on my pickup truck. They matched the front to the back (factory) and applied additional tint over the rear sliding window. I have not been here before, as I have always gone to Klassy window tinting in PTC. I have to say that they did a great job and finished while I waited. Their prices were a lot lower than several others nearby as well. I would recommend them to anyone wanting this service.I can not speak to the quality of work from their stereo installation department but if they are as precise as they are when tinting windows I would imagine that they would do a great job there as well.

Went to have a radio and amp hooked up. Then the guy who hooked it up, named Ryan seemed like he never hooked up a radio in his life. First he got the radio hooked up and working, then did something to make it stop working and said it was defective. Then I got in and got the radio working again, after him telling me it was defective. And what should have been a simple install took 3 hours. And he left gap in dash under radio. And after all that they charged $180 for install. I would not recommend going there at all, they are very unprofessional and rude. You are better off going somewhere else because they do not care about the customer and they will tell you to go somewhere else.

Went there to get my windows tinted. they did a great job at a good price

NEVER GO HERE!! This is a poor excuse for a car audio shop. We had two amplifiers and some speakers installed here on a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. They wired both 400 watt amps back into the factory speaker wires under the dash, and used but connectors to tie it all together. When the system started acting up, we took it to another shop to fix. They said it looked like a high school kid with no experience wired it all up. We paid Bass Station $300 for the install (brought them all the equipment), and they might have used $30 worth of wires. There are plenty of good shops out there, find one of them.

They sold me a 58 dollar Walmart subwoofer for over 100 and knows nothing . I guess its my fault for expecting honesty from a snake.

Dont go here. They are dishonest people. I asked the guy to test ONE FUSE! He charged me $20 and wouldnt give my keys back until I paid. They tried to charge me $35 to ground my amp..... like seriously. Take your money elsewhere.

Do not go here! Two bad experiences! Second time i came here was to get a gps stereo system put in. They called at the end of the day to say it was ready. The volume never worked. I brought it back the next morning, and they charged me an extra 65 dollars to fix their bad installation. They parked the truck in the front and said the volume was working when they drove it out the shop. To add insult to injury, my ac compressor quit working and was getting zero voltage to it. Bad service. Took our new car in to have front windows tinted. When my wife received it, she noticed a scratch in the paint above the drivers door. She told them about it but all they would say is they didnt do it. They claim there is no way they could have. Mind you, its a new car that barely had 400 miles on it. She brought it home for me to look at. Not only had they scratched the door, there were scratches in the new tint.Called them up, they said they will fix the tint but the paint is not their fault, they dont touch the outside of the car. I asked how they get inside the car. They said they use the door handle. That convient, thats right where the scratch is. They replaced the tint, but wont own up to scratching the paint. Save the hassle, go to a business that actually takes care of your car.

I wont even go into the story but will tell you to take my word for it. RUDE RUDE RUDE spoke to me like i didnt pay them any money at all I wish I would have given my money to someone else.

Do not take your car to the bass station in griffin ga thay will cut up your wires in it will cost you about $1200 to have it fix
