Called Wells multiple times over 3 months and every time was told they were backed up and they would call back. I needed extensive work and needed help to quickly. I never heard back and was forced to use another company which is what I would suggest from the beginning.

After a 3 day Holiday Wells was the only company that actually had a person answer and schedule an appointment, what a breath of fresh air, they got my family out of a motel and back in my home, the service technician was very knowledgeable and professional, I couldn’t ask for a more dependable company, I highly recommend Wells for all your Septic needs!!

This business customer service is horrible! Contacted them 2 1/2 weeks ago and still no reply. I was told by a driver he was on the way and he never showed. My last callaas 2 days ago, Im done! Gave to someone who wants the business. Those stars will be disappearing as fast as they rush people off the phone!

We had a great experience with Wells Septic. We called another company first, and they came out to pump our tank, mislead us about how much they would charge, and quoted us a price to repair a broken pump. So I called Wells on a recommendation from a friend. Even on the phone, they were very helpful and took time to explain the system and likely problem and quoted a price to us for repairs, worst case. Once the technician came out to service, he was polite, efficient, and explained everything that he was doing. We did end up having to get the pump replaced, but the cost was exactly what we were quoted on the phone. And we saved at least $500 compared to the first company that came out. (I say at least because even after being here and getting started, the first company still couldnt tell me exactly what it would cost, they kept saying it would depend on what they ran into and wouldnt know until they got started...). I would use Wells Septic again and recommend them to a friend.

After they dug in the wrong spot they pumped my septic tank covered it and it is no longer draining pooling in my yard. I called with concern and asked if they could come out to make sure nothing was hit. After speaking with multiple office personal trying to explain my concern and argue my reasoning for them to return, they finally agreedupdate: They did come back out to dig it up like I asked after lots of arguing with the owner who was very very rude I can say the prices were good but the costumer servicewas awful
