Josh was amazing, nice and very kind. We live in a rental property and one of our doors is not seal so we get a lot of outside insects that come inside. With the weather turning hot we experienced more water bug coming inside and it made us really uneasy. Josh was kind enough to explain the type of insect it was and reassured me that the bugs we had were strictly outside wood bugs. They do not thrive in the house. He came and sprayed the outside and inside and it didn’t take a long at all. I have much more peace of mind knowing that my house is protected from these insects as well as other outside insects. I have used this company several times and they give exceptional service. They are very professional and fast. Josh comes out to our location and he is very polite and very helpful in explaining what type of pest you’re dealing with and the methods to get rid of them. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone having pest problems. I have used this company as well as another well known company for a different pest problem and noticed that the well known company is slightly more difficult to deal with. You have to deal with several different people on one issue and they may not even know the reason that they have to come out. The sales people that come first (at least in my case) really didn’t explain things well and said certain things were covered that actually were not. I did not have to worry about that with Griffin Termite & Pest. Everything was very simple I spoke with someone who told me prices and told me Josh would give me a call to schedule. A few hours later Josh called and scheduled, and then he came out and did the initial treatment and was on his way. Easy as that. I loved not having to deal with 4 different people about 1 problem and having to wait the course of a month to fix it.

The seller had a termite inspection done on three properties on Monday. Per the conversation with the Seller, he advised the technician that he would need the inspection certificate before Wednesday which is the closing date for the properties. The seller had to text the technician while at the attorney’s office to request the certificate. The closing appointment was at 11:00 am and it was after 1:00 pm, and we had not received the termite inspection certificate. This is poor customer service. My question, why was the certificate provided yesterday or why was a receipt provided by the technician?

I have a small dog who lives inside but somehow got a bad case of fleas. I tried to handle the situation myself, epic fail. So after trying constant dog washes, flea & tic products, bombs, sprays and hotel stays I broke down and called Griffin Termite & Pest Control. Best decision EVER! They were very professional from the beginning. Their prices were unbeatable and they came out very fast. The technician whom I believe is the owner was great. He educated us on the process and sprayed in and around my house. He explained that we may still see some as they die out. So its been about 2 months and I noticed them returning. I called them back and just like that no questions asked he came back and retreated my home. As he explained I have several squirrels and chipmunks around my home that could be carrying them in addition I have not replaced my shoe molding around the house so they could have moved in the cracks. Anyways again their customer service was superb. I will definitely refer them to all my friends and family. THANK YOU GRIFFIN TERMITE & PEST CONTROL FOR A JOB WELL DONE!

The products they use just do not work. They are very friendly and on time, but Ive had to call them out too many times. The bugs just dont respond at ALL to their formula. Ive got to find a new company after allowing months of trial with this company. So sorry to have to switch.
