Lynn C and the staff are terrific. This is a warehouse. Not a fancy sales floor with a surly contractor. The Staff is totally knowledgeable and customer satisfaction oriented. Old Doug

Extremely helpful staff, once you get past the barrier of the Customer No Service at the call center. The drivers and staff at the Distribution Center are as helpful as one could ask.

Our boxes always come damaged and late. Had several deliveries show “out for delivery” for over a week before they showed up. I will never ship via UPS anymore.
