Packages constantly lost or put in the wrong lockbox. No mail for days, then suddenly everything shows up with some items clearly being sent days before. The main office is horrible. Go to the little Sunnyside post office if u need help, really nice lady in there

I live in another country and came to the Griffin post office to get a passport. Stephanie processed the application. She was pleasant and professional throughout the process.

Shoutout to ms dee she helped me locate a very important package I had coming in was very responsive and even called me back personally to let me know that I will be getting it today we need more people like ms dee thank you very much

Its been since Janaury 13, 2021 I visited and called several times. Ms.Lyons always hang up in my face and walks off when I am in personToday is March 6th still no conformation movers or any mail smh.

I’ve ever had such an u pleasant experience at a post office in my life.not only do someIf the employees speak in a rude manner but they do not have good customer service at all.I went in to shop something internationally which I’ve never done before. After waiting in a like for about 15 minutes I was told I had to fill out a form and to go do it.....I then had to wait in another long line...I get to another employee who tells me I filled it the wrong form so she have me a new one so I shelled aside and filled out the new one. Once I was finished she proceeded to give me problems with the process. I then just had her give me my stuff to leave. I proceeded to the Williamson post office and the employee was super nice and the process was super smooth quick and efficient. I was practically in and out no issue.

Absolutely useless

Well, I dont know about the others honestly because I never spoke with them, but I do know that the postal worker Melody is very nice and helpful. There was an issue with a mail I sent out to someone, and she helped out finding it and checking on it, and having it mailed today after figuring it out with me. She was very polite sounding, too. Thank you.

I absolutely hate dealing with this post office. Will typically drive an extra 15 minutes to the post office in Sunny side. This post office has some of the rudest workers I’ve ever shipped with. Brought in a package that was already labeled, and the woman working refused to ship my packages due to it being placed in a priority mailing box. She then told me I HAD to buy a 4 dollar brown box to ship it. Took it to another location and it was accepted without hesitation. The postal carrier for this location is also a big let down. Our apartment has lock boxes at our mail building so our packages don’t sit out on the front porch for everyone to see. Postal delivery plays a weird game of leaving some packages at the door, and locking other packages in the parcel boxes. No rhyme or reason, just however they’re feeling that day. Now I have a missing $300 dollar package. Super displeased.

The people are nice for the most part but one person working the front every time you come on. If business were run this way it would be out of business. Waiting in line for 30 mins or more.I wouldn’t come in if I didn’t have to.

Very rude wouldnt tape 2 small boxes together like they were shipped to me so they charged me double the amount. I explained to them that the Williamson Post office would not act this way nor would they treat the customer poorly I will never do business with them again !!!!

Ms. Pam is the nicest passport lady! She has helped us with our (large) family twice and helps with a smile!

Griffin Post Office rock. I mailed my packages on 12-21-18 and everyone received them on the 23rd and the 24th. Thanks for your dedication

Longest wait at a post office Ive ever had to experience just to drop off a package.

The mail person, will not bother to come to your door with a package, they just put a note in the mailbox Without checking to see if anyone home. I seen my postman do this.

Worst Ive never seen!! Dont expect to get your mail. EVER. management is NO better!!
