Jennifer is a really knowledgeable and caring audiologist. For the first time someone helped me understand the implications of losing hearing. She also gave me good advise regarding the type of aids that were best for me and answered all my questions.I feel that I was able to get devices that are going to help me hear much better and also control other related issues like tinnitus and dizziness. There is plenty of free parking and one handicap parking spot located at this business. The building is in excellent shape and well organized. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about hearing test and services offered in this audiological center. Overall, I am well satisfied with my experience here.

Tammy the receptionist is always pleasant and helps me with my appts. Jennifer, the audiologist, is professional and listens to my problems. She developed a plan for me so that my hearing is not effected by the wax buildup in my ears. I have been a patient here for about 4 years.

I did not get to stay in there long enough to know exactly how good they are, but, the doctor seemed very knowledgeable and I have to go back in 2 months to get a stress test done. Maybe then I will know more about it so I can rate it better
