The experience is unpleasant...Seems to always be some fees and extra money to be spent and when you speak to anyone in the store....Everyone is on a different page,everything is explained differently...I love my furniture but after I pay out..ill never make payments on anything from a Buddys again.I feel like I have to be careful with any furniture company such as them because you can easily be ripped off if you arent able to understand their system....My experience,my opinion!!

Tried buying a bed and mattress and had to wait forever, when the salesman asked us to wait,he forgot me. I walked next door to BIg Lots and purchased beds an mattress for both.

These people are so rude its not even funny the day your payment is due they are calling demanding money. And God forbid you miss one day on a payment there coming to get your stuff and or money for two weeks worth of payments. So I changed companys and now that I done that we dont have any couches because they came 3 hours late

It was good up until about eight months ago when was her have issues in my dryer they kept pushing us off the stress off pushing it off by December we got the dryer fits because it would never come out and do it and then all the sudden they start taking money out of my checking account without notifying me or anything like that I had to Red Flag them in the checking account change debit cards in to my account and now theyre saying because we breach the contract first when it was them who breached it first because they didnt want to come out and fix it or switch it out or anything like that for 4 month theyre taking the washer and dryer back this place is absolutely horrible customer service they fight with you every step of the way as long as youre making your payments everything spawn even we were making a payment want to fix their product was it was just horrible dealing with them they are Under New Management nail which is made it 5 times worse because he dont know what the heck was going on with everything

They have VERY poor customer service!!! Delivered my washing machine Tuesday, needless 2 say it wouldnt spin out. Called Wednesday 2 have it switched out, they said theyll be there Thursday. Friday comes & still no washing machine. I called Friday & wouldnt u know Brandon, the manager, forgot about me. I didnt pay a payment because i seen no reason 2 pay on something i couldnt use. Been 11 days & they still havent replaced my washing machine despite the fact that they call me everyday for a payment & i ask every time about my washing machine. Theyve been coming everyday since Wednesday (9/7) & here it is 9/17 & still no washing machine. I would NOT recommend this store 2 anyone!! This store is no longer HomeSmart... Its Buddys & when u add it up.... NO!! Buddys is NOT better!!!!

This company is bad!!! I would never do business with them again! they are rude and demand money on the due date or they threaten with the law! and we get a washer and dryer that has bee drop and they broke the legs on the dryer and refuse to fix it! so never getting my business again!

Anytime i call this store about anything they have available they dont have it. Gaming systems, cellphones or laptops. I know where i will not be shopping again. Horrible customer service.

I would never go here again we have had three washers and none of them would work the dont care about nobody but themselves

Broken end table delivered that way and never fixed.
