Will never do business with Walter Terry. His listing was not up to MLS standards, had minimal information, and no pictures, despite them being requested (at first he deferred, saying they were coming--2 days later still none--, then ignored requests). We drove 45 minutes one way to our apt time with our realtor (who confirmed multiple times, including upon arrival and seeing other cars there. He said the tenants were ok with us seeing it). The house was not in good condition as he had said; the outside needed obvious TLC, and likely so did the inside. We were unable to see the house, as the tenants were upset, and rightfully so as they told us they were informed that their only showing that day was 3 hours prior. Walter finally answered his phone and was somehow surprised??! Completely wasted our time, very unprofessional, and I will not ever do business with this realtor. If hes the agent, I aint seeing it!

Our company owns quite a few rentals in the Griffin area. Mona Bloodworth has been an excellent property manager for our company. She is very responsive to the needs of our renters and letting our company know what problems need addressed. Mona is also responsive to our calls.

Had a bad experience with this company.
