I’m being Blackballed by the Griffin location, all because of Ms. Ginger personal feelings & lack basic communication/People skills.Today I just called the Stockbridge location as well as McDonough, Thomaston, & Griffin trying to report my availability.I was informed that there’s a “Note” saying “I’m not Express Material” on my account.🤣🤣🤣I haven’t worked for this company since 2017, after a verbal disagreement with Ginger about my Wages being short for the wk. I was on a assignment for Perkins.I asked for a explanation she failed to provide a logical one.As a “Staffing Agency” how are you refusing an available & experienced worker who is seeking employment in the mist of this pandemic?If I’m “Not Express Material” why am I still receiving text of open job position? In which I opted out 3-4yrs ago.Ms. Ginger (hope you reading this) can’t give a real reason of why she is boldly displaying discrimination against me.My work ethics are beyond Express Expectations, I have over 6yrs of Warehouse experience from Forklift operation, Machine Operation down to inventory count.My past managers as well as my current Manager can and will confirm that.Ginger’s “NOTE”/ “reasons for depriving me of employment opportunities” are personal and childish.She lack the ability to talk to people that she/you technically work for with respect, understanding, and compassion.Like what professional “Staffing Agency” person in Management positions hangs up the phone & threatens to call police when you start to question her actions. 🤣🤣🤣Like shorting temps Hr/wages, or reporting no call no shows when you was at work.Failure to inform temps about what they will actually be doing and getting paid for the labor.Ginger is a prime example of unprofessional behavior.& I’m not the only person that feels this way.Read the comments🤣🤣🤣I highly recommend corporate get involved with the behavior going on at the ((1327 W Taylor St GRIFFIN, GA location)) your company is sadly being Managed/Represented.

The staff and Express have been exceptionally professional. They’ve been always prompt and on time with making phone calls and finding job to place me in. I suffered out of work injury and they worked with me for 2 1/2 three months and waited patiently. For me to return and Immediately had to be placed another wonderful job. Thanks so much for your compassion, professionalism,And smiles that you put on everybody’s face. Thank you guys for all you do. Forever grateful . Sean Kleynen

First of all this is not a temp service . They are an agency. They do not want you to be hired because it would take money out of there pocket . They will lie right to your face and never blink an eye . If you take a job through them you will never be hired where they send you . They do not back you up and will do everything the company you are working for wantsthem to do in fear of losing the account !!! You will never get Holiday pay, they will always come up with some garbage reason that you don’t qualify for it . You will not get an increase in pay !! They will say it’s not up to them !! Terrible company to work for . Look at there reviews... You have been warned !!!

Working for Express Staffing was Great!Having Stephanie Gilbert on site allowed me to breathe easy knowing she was very professional and also an advocate for me during my time at Caterpillar. Not knowing she was watching my performance, it felt nice that she was so attentive to my needs and concerns. She a great asset to the company. Ms Stephanie is one the most nicest n caring ppl I met since I moved to Georgia shes will do whatever for her employees and when she says she works for us she really means want she says n for that I am thank full ..this is not just a job to her she really cares about us and knowing that I have somebody like her in my corner makes my job much easier... I began working for Express six months ago and that was the best career choice I have ever made. They seen that I had HVAC experience and immediately got me a job in my field. With the help of Express I am glad to say that I now have a permanent job doing what I love. Griffin and the Thomaston office isn’t organized .I started at cat in December I let know HR and Express know a week before at my appointment and I was coming to work soon Im finished so when the day came around to handle my important business i got a call about why I’m not at work when I communicate the week before I was let go because they didn’t communicate on there end with Cat and made it seems like it was my fault now They going threw this and that to verify I worked so I can get paid well that’s not organized because I have witnesses and proof I worked and the Thomaston Georgia express office terminated me because turkey creek lied and the staff at express lied and said I didn’t call them to let them know I was late I have all that recorded when I left a voicemail at express and when I talked to the guy at turkey creek he told me not to come so I didn’t express is starting to get Ridiculous I loved express for years but now they are getting very unProfessional/UnOrginized. I just want my pay check and they can take me out there system for good this the 3rd time something like this have happen

The griffin location is very rude and unprofessional and will tell you a lie in a heartbeat, they have a lot of jobs on the website but when you call them about the jobs they will say they no longer available or they will call you back and find out but never do.

The staff at the Griffin office are rude, unprofessional and absolutely incompetent. The woman in the office named Jessica is probably the worst of them all and has gotten very aggressive and nasty with several people that I know. Rather than addressing the issues that causes so many people to end their assignments at the companies they hire for they choose to reprimand the workers and blame them. You would be better off flipping burgers at McDonalds than wasting your time with this place!

They are very unprofessional at the front desk . HR mrs. Amanda is a liar . I left this company for a year and I recently came back to apply as a new employee and they tell me to come back in 6 months with no explanation as to why I would have to wait soo long . After I told HR I was moving and unable to continue my assignments HR then proceeds to mark me as no call no show when I CLEARLY turned in my two week notice.

After securing you one crappy temp job, they refuse to assign you to another should that assignment end for any reason. They make money by getting everyone at least ONE job, so if jobs are limited they will happily replace you with a new client.

I worked for the McDonough office for two years. They are a very understanding and very accommodating company. I dont understand all the bad reviews. This is a TEMP service. No offense meant but you have to pass 5th grade reasoning tests and pass a drug screen. They will always hire if you pass both.

This office is bias in my opinion. Ive lived in Griffin for over 11 years and not even one time have this office given me work. But,they had me come to their office to waste my time in interviews just to tell me we will give you a call. And at times,I would call about a job position,they would direct me to the Mcdonough office. I think this office is racially bias,and in my opinion they pick who and choose who they want to get the job
