Everyone was friendly, very helpful. Each step of the process was explained. I had heard good & bad about Aspen, but I wanted to find out for myself, was very happy with my visit.

This place was awesome. People from the front desk to the assistant in the back, the hygienist, the dental assistant, the dentist and office manager were so friendly and very welcoming and kind. They all made me feel really comfortable and they all did a wonderful job. I am a nervous wreck and have PTSD from past horrible-disgusting experiences from other previous dental offices. So it takes a lot for me to actually get into a dentist office. I was having pain and couldn’t take it anymore, and they were able to see me within a day. The people here understood immediately how I was feeling and made me feel less anxious, and took their time and explained every process that they were doing. I never felt rushed. To be honest it’s the first time in all my years that I truly felt “somewhat” at ease at a dentist office. Everywhere else I had been to, I would feel like I was going to pass out or have an anxiety attack and cry. I’m a grown woman and believe me when I say, dental offices are my worst nightmare. But I would totally recommend this place to anybody that may have the type of anxiety that prevents them from going to the dentist. I don’t have dental insurance so the procedure I will be needing unfortunately is very costly but this is my own doing, and some kind of way, I have to get this done and when I do, I definitely plan on returning to this office.
If I could give no stars I would. Made an appointment for consultation and when called to confirm oh Im sorry we arent open that day. Ho does your office schedule an appointment only to tell the patient we arent open. Then when asked for an appointment for immediate extraction you get told You can be a walk in but no guarantee on being seen and no actual appointments available until October. So now they just want patients to waste time sitting in there to be toldno and still suffer in pain. No thank you AspenDental of Griffin I will not waste my time coming to your office ever. I wouldnt recommend this practice to anyone needing immediate help.

The entire staff was welcoming. This was my first time there and it was great. They were very informative and gave me great advice on preventative care. I loved how they welcomed any questions I had as well.
My mom got new dentures. Paid $1,600.00 upfront. Everyone was good about giving her full attention in beginning, then once she got her dentures each time we went back for adjustments, she did not get to see anyone except a technician to try and help adjust dentures.My mom has no bottom bone left for lower dentures...why didnt they tell her that before she had lowers made?They wanted the money.My cant use these dentures! I am having to rig up any adhesive to help her and sand off rough edges of dentures.I should have bought the homemade kit and made my moms teeth at home! It would have saved her the money! I would not recommend this place for anyone!.
My very first visit to Aspen and I was there all day. They took very good care of my teeth and explained every detail of what we doing and our plan for future visits. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to everyone.Also, Sherry was great! She has the awesome job of poking, prodding, digging, cleaning, and sharing the news with you! She does all of this with a smile and a joke to keep you feeling calm. I enjoyed the total experience.
The entire staff was fantastic. I like the way they have the office manager discuss the cost of any procedure before it is done. Shelley, the dental hygienist, was great. She explained everything she was about do in detail.
I have never liked going to the dentist. Most of my experiences both with the hygienist and the dentist have been horrible. Fast forward to Feb. 21, 2021, I had an appointment to visit Aspen Dental in Griffin, GA, and to say the least I was not looking forward to it. My first encounter was with the dental x-ray technician, she was quite pleasant and listened; she didnt just rush me through the process. Up next was the treatment coordinator. She was very personable. She presented the treatment plan to me. The plan was broken into phases and she took the time to go trough and explain the procedures scheduled for each phase. Prior to seeing the treatment coordinator I had a brief visit with the dentist who discussed the plan with me and took the time to answer my questions. My visit ended with the dental hygienist. Ms. Shelley, I remember her name because she made getting my teeth cleaned pleasant. She was very personable and explained everything in detail. She also went over preventative dental care. She is a great communicator, very bubbly which helped to put me at ease as she was cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Griffin, Ga.

My experience yesterday was amazing. I was very surprised with Aspen. The staff was very nice and gave me info I needed about my mouth. The price is very reasonable I must say. All the staff have a great sense of humor love it there. I cant wait until my next appointment.
My husband broke his tooth and we needed a dentist quickly. We went to Aspen as with the COVID epidemic we couldnt find a dentist open. When we got to the office, the office manager took us in her office and told us that we had to pay $927 for his treatment. Then she told us that if we took this Dental plan for $267 it would be less. Which we did.Then they said that he needed periodontal treatment and he paid them another $369.He got his tooth fixed and then we got another bill for $1059.Which we do not owe. We have called their office several times and they never answer. When I finally got someone on the phone, they told me that the manager that we dealt with was no longer in their office. They also admitted that the information that she provided us was incorrect, and that they didnt use the prices that the Dental plan recommended. In other words it was useless.The management there is absolutely awful. They mislead you, they never return calls, they make mistakes on your bills and refuse to correct them.I would never recommend this company to anyone. They will be so disappointed. I have never written a bad review on any business before but people should be warned about this companys behavior.
I was a walk in so had to wait for a while to be seen but they fitted me in couldnt do anything for me at the time because of infection got perceptions but very nice people and I have a appointment to go back when infection is gone. I would recommend them
So, I had my first initial visit recently. From the start every single person I came in contact with was beyond sweet. They made sure I knew what was happening beforehand & explained thoroughly what my action plan was. I appreciated every minute of being there, it made me less scared of the dentist. Highly recommended.
I am extremely disappointed. I made an appointment a month in advance. I had trouble confirming my appointment through the link provided in my email (it kept giving an error message) so I called the office the morning of my appointment, confirmed that I would be there at 5pm and asked for my account number in order to fill out my new patient paperwork online. I made arrangements for someone to watch my children and when I arrived at 4:55, I was given a packet of paperwork to review and sign. I was then told that bc I never confirmed my appointment through the email link that my appointment had been cancelled and they would not be seeing me.I was really looking forward to treating myself to a new smile but I will be going somewhere else, somewhere that values their patient’s time. I can’t believe I waited an entire month just to be turned away upon arrival. So very disappointing.
This was my first visit to Aspen and my friend had referred them that live in Michigan, I will always utilize your services for any future needs.
So I walked in Monday at 0800 hours due to emergency. I knew my gums were infected and didnt want to spend money twice. I have ambetter Insurance and went here as self pay. They welcomed me like family. Unfortunately I was correct and couldnt get the tooth removed due to the infection. The pain was out of this world. Well prior to leaving I became very ill. My right side started hurting along with another place. They offered any help that I needed. But I didnt want to leave my lawn equipment in the area so I lied and said I was fine. Well made to to in laws and was transported by ambulance to the hospital with a 5mm kidney stone. In which I still have. But aspen dental gave me a prescription for antibiotics and had me come back today 5/26/17. Dr removed the tooth and I requested stitches in which she gladly did. They knew I was hurting when I left Monday. They really took care of me and removed the tooth and asked several times if I was OK. Well after 10 in law enforcement my PTSD gets a little more anxious than I do. The Dr knew what to do. She was patient, kind, spoke to me through it, and asked if I needed to stop. Thought Id never say that was the best ptsd moment in a while. I highly recommend them.
Arrived 15 minutes early and couldnt get in due poor answering service that wouldnt let me leave message. I had to bang on door to get in. Once in they laughed at how slow and unorganized they were in receiving patients. It took an hour and a half to finally see hygienist. She was pleasant and informative and the only reason I gave 2 stars because they deserve a -5stars. Also they incorrectly billed me and there is noone to answer their phone to fix it
I just moved into the Griffin area and needed to getestablished with a dentist. Im glad my husband and I chose Aspen. Great team work! Each person was thorough in our treatment and consultation. Was a pleasant experience from the time we walked in the door. Thanks Aspen family! See ya soon!

To be honest I suffer from extreme anxiety when going to the dentist. SO going in I was very nervous and my blood pressure was through the roof. I was greeted at the door taken to a desk to make sure my paperwork was correct, and then taken back for my evaluation. When they took my BP and saw it was high they were of course concerned. They allowed me time to try and calm down but of course my body was having none of that. They took x-rays and made a 3D image of my mouth. The doctor came in and started my evaluation and then we discussed my treatment plan. Everyone was extremely professional. I enjoyed the fact that the doctor was willing to listen to what I want to accomplish and honest on what he actually though should be done and the cost. Lastly I sat with a wonderful lady that explain the cost in detail. Overall I was completely surprised as to the quality of service I received there. I plan to move forward with the plan that we agreed upon together.

The staff was extremely pleasant and professional however I think it’s completely a waste of time if you have no insurance and looking for reasonable prices for care... I do not see the point in offering free exam and x-rays if your going to price every service to the extreme max!!! You still won’t get any money out of the patient... ends up being a waste of everybody’s time honestly!

All I wanted was a general cleaning. They made me come for a new patient appointment just to tell me that I was not going to be able to get the cleaning I have always gotten. The way they bring in patients is totally different than anything I have experienced. The custom is to go for your cleaning and then they tell you if you have cavities or need other dental work. That is not how it works at Aspen Dental. I did not enjoy Aspen dental.

Great first impression and experience with Aspen Dental! Plenty of smiles, pleasantness and professionalism from the first call to my first visit to explaining to me what was going on in my mouth! A great team that makes me not want to seek out anyone else to treat me!
My initial visit with Aspen Dental was great. The office staff was wonderful and very helpful. I was looking for a new dentist and this first visit was very promising. I had a complete exam with full mouth X-rays. The x-ray tech had a great attitude and was quick and efficient. The dentist (Dr. Smith) was wonderful and I just hope this all continues with the next visit when I actually have my cleaning. Just one additional mention, Yolanda was an absolute joy. She helped me to understand the fees both current and maintenance and she was beyond helpful when I explained that I wanted to use ApplePay (I forgot to bring the actual card). Although she had never used it she figured it out and all was good. I will post an update after the first cleaning.
I had X-rays taken but that was it. No one offered to clean my teeth, which was supposed to happen during the first visit. I wont ever go back.

This was a terrible waste of time. I spoke with someone Friday, confirmed I would be there at 2pm today and waited over an hour for them to tell me they had no record of my appointment. I waisted a half a day of sick leave for nothing.
Aspen has really nice staff my visit was pleasant but... I had an emergency and still have an emergency I went in for toothache come to find out my wisdom tooth has a cavity which needs to be pulled.. okay no biggie let’s go pull it... but nope, no oral surgeon on site and when he does come he only comes once a month. What good does that do their patients. I’m in excruciating pain! They say they take of all emergencies well that’s not true! They can’t even help the patients talk about false advertising!!!They gave me a script for antibiotics and ibuprofen for pain,I’m still in pain!and the wanted me to wait until the oral surgeon come in which will be 2 weeks after my appointment. I can’t shoulda found a private practice to begin with. Back to square one...

Made an appointment after hours. Somehow my Monday appointment was in the books for Tuesday. They saw me anyways with little wait time. Staff was very informative on my treatment plan. Office manager extremely nice and helpful. Extreme patience with woman with small child. Excellent Covid precautions in place here! Checked temps and Covid screening before being checked in. Can wait in car until you’re next. Would definitely go here again.

I really try to reframe from writing negative post but the lack of responsibility and carelessness is unbelievable. When I came in to the facility I was greeted by nice personnel but the communication between the staff needs work. One staff member actually called me while i was sitting there in the office, assuming i was late and requested i reschedule. For a simple check up I was in that office for an estimate of almost 4 hours. Detailed instructions was given on paperwork of what was needed for my occupation and location on where to send my information. This was not completed. I was then sent an email requesting that i give authorization again in order to send the instructed information that was previously given. After emailing staff about this matter with questions about the request, my email was ignored for 2 weeks until i called. I could have lost my job and more opportunities for the lack of care and irresponsibility that has been taking place at this place. The staff are really nice but communication needs work.
My second experience with Aspen Dental in Griffin was even better than the first experience. Outstanding staff with an outstanding practice.

Very professional and super friendly staff. I so appreciated that they devoted a day, a Saturday, to see us veterans and our most urgent needs. I had a tooth extraction and tooth reshaping and contouring. I was a bit nervous but Dr. Monica Dawson took extra special care of me. She numbed me up extremely well that the in office procedure was painless and expeditious. I really appreciate her and her wonderful staff. Im looking forward to making them my dental family. This place only cares about money and not the patients. The personal only hear what they want to hear. My husband went in to have work done to his broken tooth. Instead work that he did not request was done and the charges was made. So now I have to pay out of my pocket for a bill my husband did not ask for. I do not recommend this place to no one.

I have always been nervous and scared of going to the dentist but when I first walked into the office of Aspen Dental I was greeted by such a soft spoken young lady who had a big smile from there I went into the back and everyone that I came in contact with made me feel as if they knew me for years and we were best friends. My tooth cracked overnight and I needed dental assistance right away but I was unsure who would be able to see me as COVID is running rampant and I am not too found of my regular dentist. My father stated he would see the ad for Aspen dentist advertised everywhere and I should give them a call. Well I called and was able to seen within an hour and a half of the call. I was directed to the griffin office which I was skeptical of seeing how I’d never been to griffin. I arrived and was blown away at how pleasant and helpful the staff was. Jazz the X-ray tech started the visit off. She was funny and friendly and eased the pain Of knowing I’m in the dental office. Allen the office manager was knowledgeable when assisting with the cost of repairs and informing which route to take to fix the issues. Yolanda flew right in with follow up answer with a hint of comic relief. For my cleaning I was assisted by Shelly. Shelly was very comforting and reassuring that everything would be alright. Shelly made great small talk and was very gentle. Last but not least Devonte the tech and Dr. Smith the dynamic duo. These two were awesome and knew their stuff. Devonte answered all questions and was also very instrumental in what can be done and what can’t be done once I leave the office. I loved Dr. smith! She made me feel very at ease. This women knows her stuff! Dr. Smith got in, extracted my tooth, and made me feel like coming back to get the rest of the stuff I need done won’t be a problem at all. She was very optimistic and this went a long way. Overall my experience was amazing. I’ll be back as a regular for sure! -David Austin

Billing was a problem for me even with dental insurance. The billing manager doesnt explain your full bill with you until you come back for your appointment.
Had my consultation on 6-30-20. I was nervous and scared but they explained everything to me. Well today 7-1-20 was my procedure I had an Awesome experience #ASPENDENTALROCKS.

This was the worst dental experience I have ever had!!!! They are unprofessional and I was very uncomfortable!!!! I didn’t feel like the wanted to treat me at all!!! All they want is your MONEY!!!!! I simply came in for a cleaning and they refused!!!! I’m going to get a a second opinion on the reason they refused my cleaning and I will be filling a report with their corporate office!!!! I wouldn’t bring my DOG to this office and I don’t suggest you come here either!!!!

The dentist here is great. Your first visit will be nice. BUT!! A year later I got a bill saying I owe more and I only had 2 days before it was due when I got it. They only said my insurance didnt cover my procedure. They printed out the bill and highlighted what I owed that was all. No one wanted to help me understand why I owed anything, I had already paid what for what my insurance didnt cover and that wasnt in their records they just kept saying we cant help you. When I asked to talk to corporate I found out you cant, they arent available to the public. When I asked for an extension on the bill being due I was told it didnt matter if I couldnt pay it anyway. It turns out my insurance did cover the procedure they put the paper work in wrong and my insurance denied it. I wouldnt go here at all. Its a scam to get you to apply for credit to pay for a procedure you really need with a lot of add-ons you dont. My extraction was 1/10 of what I paid all together. Just go to a regular dentist office.
The personal was nice. The reason I went in was to fix or try to fix a crack tooth I had. I had exrays done, I ask many times if my crack tooth was going to be work on. Everyone I came in contact with said yes....wrong! I walked out with items I didnt asked for, work was done I didnt request. Now I am being charged (out of pocket) $900.00 when I went in for a crack tooth. I do not recommend this place to NO ONE!!!!

The Dental hygienist was so amazing she told me things I didnt know. She made me feel calm and comfortable about everything. The only part I didnt like was that they didnt take my insurance.
The staff was polite and efficient. The registered dental hygienist,Shelley, is great. She explained everthing so well in laymans terms and she has a great attitude. Dr. Griffith was very good also. He explained everything well and allowed me to make choices without being pressured. The insurance person was also very helpful and kind. Its a very nice, professional, and welcoming place because of the people. It makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience instead of something to dread. Im very pleased with the service I received. I recommend them highly.
Wonderful staff and dentist. I cannot say enough nice things about this dental practice. They are very caring with each patient. I was made comfortable during my initial evaluation. The doctor and technicians explained every procedure and were very gentle. Their prices seemed lower than most. I will be going back next week for my first procedure and do not dread it as often happens with dentist visits. I loved the receptionist. She was so thoughtful and helpful.

I already called and made a complaint because this was the worst experience Ive ever had to deal with going to any dentist the main doctor in that facility has the worst attitude the wait time is outrageous I got there at 1:30 and I didnt walk out until 5 and didnt even get anything done in my visit. When you first walk in there talking amongst themselves dont even greet you then when they pull you to the back you have to wait in another waiting room and while youre waiting you see the doctor and the employees sitting in one of the rooms conversating with each other while four patients are waiting to be seen and sitting for another 45 minutes waiting for her to finally come in to let you know that the woman that does the cleaning left at 3 and that Im not getting anything done horrible
I have had two upper dentures in the past six years.You couldnt see them when I smiled which mademe look as if I still had no teeth.I went to Aspen Dental recently in hopes of receivinga natural looking smile again, one that actually showsmy teeth. Now I have a nice smile. The teeth look asclose to real as they could possibly be.I have much Tori yet this denture fits perfectly.Thank you Aspen Dental !Sincerely, Roxie Patton
I had a great dental office experience at this location .. the staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the service was top rate with up to date digital equipment. My previous dental visits at other providers in past years had not been good and I was apprehensive about going to another dentist but, at Aspen I was comfortable from the moment I went thru the door. I was treated with respect, patience and understanding. I would definitely recommend this dental office!
Everyone there is super nice and seemed to really care about you and what they could do to help. They were having to work me in for a broken front tooth and I was there most of the day, so I really got to watch how they interact with other patients too, and it was great, a truly caring staff. I highly recommend these folks.
I read the reviews and STILL followed through with my appointment (due to being in so much pain). I arrived almost an hour before my appointment time which was at 1445hrs (2:45pm) and I didn’t go to the back until over an hour later. I must say the young lady that did my xrays, was very pleasant and swift. But after I completed my Xrays I was put into a second waiting room which was FREEZING!!!!! Waited there for an hour in a half to be put into a room around 1630hrs (4:30pm). I looked at my phone THEY CLOSE AT 4!!!! Unfortunately, that room was FREEZING!!! An assistant (JAZZ) went out of her way to find me a jacket, so that I could keep warm. Thanks Jazz she’s the only reason I didn’t get up and walk out! But even after that Dr.Dawson came in around 1700hrs, only to look at my chart n look at my tooth to say I need a root canal or pull it and get an implant 😒 and sent me to billing. I had to ask for something for pain (hence the reason I was there). Needless to say The FREE Exam and X-Ray deal they have on their window is a FRAUD. They billed my insurance company. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE TO. Worst dentist experience EVER!!!
