I was really disappointed when I got home to learn my shirts didnt have starch and my sleeves did not have creases in them. I took over 40 button up shirts here for nothing. I wasted my hard earned money on something that I could have used doing something differently. For future reference I guess you have to ask for starch and creases in your shirts. Totally disappointed. Will NEVER go back.

If you have a Davids bridal dress or another name brand, and need it altered you are better off taking it back to where you bought it. Spend a little more and get it done right the first time. I got my dress back and its still to big. Its horrible. I wont be making the same mistake.

I have been a customer at Bunns since 2014. For the most part, I have been really happy with the service. But, in the last six months they have ruined three shirts/sweaters by laundering them when I requested that they be dry-cleaned. Accidents happen and I thought it might be an issue with communication. So, I went in the store the other day to drop off some more garments to be dry-cleaned. I tried to give clear instructions to the young lady at the counter to NEVER launder my garments and to always dry-clean them when another young lady interrupted and informed me that regardless of my wishes that they always follow the care instructions given on the garment tag. This is disappointing! Now I will have to find a new dry-cleaners! :(

Its a good place to get things altered

This is the best Launderers in Griffin, Ga.They also do alterations by a very sweet lady who is a great seamtress. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Ive been taking my Hawaiian shirts to Bunns for 5 years... Colors are still vibrant and bright... They also do my $700.00 red velvet Santa suit... Never any bleeding onto the white cuffs and trim.... Always very courteous ... Send email when clothes are ready... I give them 5 Stars...

I have my shirts laundered here regularly and have also had alterations performed on a sports coat. The work is excellent. The staff is very friendly. Parking is a little challenging but not a big enough issue to reduce my rating.

I took a huge load of shirts to Bunns, and they shrank them. When I asked them to make it right they looked at me like I was a crazy person.The staff was nice though, so they get more than just one star.Here is a cute picture of my kid as a bonus!

Will not be doing business with them ever again. I took my comforter to get dry cleaned for $23.00 and I got it back the same way I took it to them. It still had spots on it the reason I took it to have it cleaned all they did was put it in a bag. It didnt even smell clean and they refused to give me a refund for not doing there job. In which I played $23.00 for nothing. Recommended you wash your own comforters because they dont they just put it in a bag like it has been washed and dry cleaned. Very upset and disappointed. Didnt want to give any stars because they dont deserve not 1👎🏾👎🏾

I went to this cleaners in hope to get my suit and dresses clean for an event that i was going to a couple of days later. When i picked up my clothes i didnt think to check the smell or whether or not they were clean, because i have had very good quality service with them in the past and plus it was bagged PERFECTLY. As if i had just purchased the clothes. When i got home i soon recognized that there were still stains and spots on the dress that we there previously. I then checked all of my dresses to find that they all still had spots on them and some even had a very bad smell to them. I was sure that these dresses were not cleaned! The next day i proceeded to go back to the cleaners asking that they redo my clothes. When i did they basically argued with me saying that they did in fact dry clean my clothes and they also complained that everytime they dry cleaned my suit they had to cut the buttons off an sew them back on. The first thought that came to my head was OH WELL!!. I probably wouldnt have thought that if the dress was somewhat decent but they decided to give me my dress back that smelled and had spots on them after i paid my money!! Later on they took the dress and told me to come back and get it at a later date. So i did. Only to find that once again for the second time they messed up my dry cleaning and it even started to look a little faded, and the must smell was replaced by a even WORSE smell!! Over all i wont be going back to this cleaners!! I hope my experience can help someone else who is thinking about going!!

I used this cleaner three times and every single time my clothes had a strong mildew odor on them. Im a chauffeur and my clients are sitting right behind me in an inclosed vehicle. I cannot have a smell to my clothes, this is unacceptable. I did not complain simply because I shouldnt have to. Im changing cleaners, I already found another one. I hope I get better results. I will never return to this establishment.
